Anyway, this breed is a Bichon Frise and originally from France. I fell in love with this breed because of The Cheetah Girls; Raven-Symoné's character Galleria owns this breed in the movie and he is so CUTE and super fluffy! If you're wondering, the dog's name is Toto.
Best part is the breed is hypoallergenic (yes I'm allergic).
Fun fact: My cousin owned a Bichon Frise when I younger and her name was Fiona.
