as soon as we got into the casino techno goes and puts some money into the chip converter. while he was doing that i spot niki and maddie sitting down.
as i begin to walk to them i hear techno begin to speak to me.
"do u want me to show you how to use the slot machines" he smiles.
they'll understand right? they probably don't even know i'm here yet. and plus one game wouldn't hurt.
"yeah of course" i say as we walk to the machines.
whilst we walk i notice that minx, schlatt and wil are all playing black jack and minx noticeably drinking a lot, of course.
"so what one do u want to go on?" techno asks as we arrive to the machines.
"what ones your favourite" i ask.
techno walks to the last one.
"i always win on this one" he says handing me a 5 dollar chip.
"high risk, high reward" he states.
i grab the chip from him and put it into the machine.
"press start" he directs his hand to the green button.
"press stop-" "NOW" he yells.
i press the large red button on the machine but i think i was too slow.
"i'm sorry, i was too slow" i laugh.
"i'll show u how" he smiles
his hand delicately puts in a red five dollar chip
i watch his hand travel from the slot to the button.
"so you press start when you feel lucky" he smiles as he presses it.
"then when you see these two symbols next to each other you try and press stop" he says as he presses the button.
i see the words winner come up on the screen.
"only 11 dollars but it's good enough for me" he smiles as he gives me the chips.
"here, you have a try" he says.
i put the red token into the machine as i see the screen light up.
i press start and as i see the symbols go past, with every millisecond i get more nervous, i finally bite the bullet and press the button.
winner
i see light up on the screen. ecstatic i turn to techno.
"good job!" he puts his hand on my arm.
i jolt back due to the sudden touch.
"oh, sorry did that make you uncomfortable" he rubs the back of his head.
"no, it was just sudden" i say.
"are you sure" he says "i'm sorry" he adds
"techno it's fine" i say as i collect what i won.
"$23, nice!" he says.
"i think i'm going to go to niki now, thank you for teaching me though" i smile.
"it's no worries" he says putting in another chip.
as i walk to niki i smile, it was nice that he taught me how to win.
"ah y/n"
"hi niki!" i say walking towards her.
"you had just missed minx, she went to go get me a drink" she laughs.
"also when she comes back don't be alarmed, she's incredibly drunk so wil had to keep her away from gambling"
"oh, how drunk" i say.
"just, keep your distance i would advise" niki replies.
"y/n" minx says.
"would you like a drink?" she asks.
"oh, what's there" i ask
"you should get the cotton candy cocktail, you seem so fluffy like one" she smiles as she touches my nose.
niki glares at minx as she continuously taps my nose.
"they sound nice, can you get me one of those please minx?" i ask
"okayy~"
as she walks to the bar i whisper to niki.
"she's incredibly drunk isn't she?"
"of course" she laughs.
i look around the casino, taking in the flashing lights and the people walking around.
i look over to techno seeing him collecting chips from the slot machine and i smile,
there's just something about him that's so different to everyone else here. since the day we met we had been good friends, not awfully close, but closer then the average two lonely 21 year olds.
-ayo flash back time-
"technoblade? that's the guy that has the most potatoes on hypixel right?" i ask wilbur.
"yes y/n that's him"
"oh cool, we should like talk to him or sum"
"he's a very busy man, not to mention his sleep schedule is like the opposite of ours" wil laughs.
soon i hear someone join our discord call. it was someone i hadn't met.
"hallo"
"who are you?" i ask getting straight to the point.
"bruhHh, i'm technoblade, i play on smp earth with you" he laughs.
"oh nice to meet you" i get all flustered, did wil tell him?
"anyways i just wanted to introduce myself to you" he says as he leaves the call
'well that was short' i say to myself.
-end of flashback-
"y/n, are you okay" niki says waving her hand infront of me.
"oh hello" i laugh as i look back to her.
"your cocktail should be here soon" i hear minx say.
"ooo, thank you"

"minx, are you okay?" i ask as she strokes my hair.
"yeah" she replies as she sips her beer.
everyone had come back to the bar apart from techno. that man was deadset on winning more money i guess.
"does anyone know where techno is?" wil asks.
"stuck on the slot machines" i reply.
"i'll go get him" fundy says.
"so whose ordering the uber" dream says.
"willll" maddie looks at him.
"fine. you owe me though" he replies as he pulls out his phone.
i see techno come back to the group with a stack of chips
"i just have to trade these in" he says as everyone states at him in disbelief.
"YEAHH TECHNO" alex screams.
"heh" he laughs
"want to come with me y/n?" he asks.
i get up from my seat as he begins to walk.
"so how much is this exactly" i ask
"around 400, not too much but it was a quick session" he laughs.
"your literally amazing at that" i look up to him.
"i'm really not, but thanks" he smiles as he begins to feed the chips into the machine.
i watch his hands go from each chip to the machine, delicately putting each chip in.
he stops for a second to count the remaining chips that he had in his hand. then he taps on my shoulder.
"do you want to do the rest?" he asks me.
"yes please" i say has he puts the chips into my small hands.
i put each chip in after the last waiting until all of the chips are gone. all of the money dispenses quickly.
"jesus techno, there are like 40 notes here!!" i say.
"there are like ten but okay" he smiles as he takes the $50 notes.
"here you go" he hands me two notes.
"techno no, you won it" i say.
"please take it, we made a deal in the car remember" he laughs.
"that was a joke" i say.
"fine then, but the next time we go out somewhere i'll pay for you" he says as we begin to walk outside.
as soon as we get outside i hear the boys fighting over whose taking the group photo and of course dream got forced to do it.
"ah your here at the right time guys, hop in" dream says before taking the picture and airdropping it to everyone.
as soon as i get the picture i post it to my instagram

the best night of my life, can't wait to have some more fun with you guys in the next couple of weeks.
"cringe" i hear techno say to me as he sees my instagram post.
"atleast i'm grateful mr blade" i laugh
as the ubers pull up to the casino we all split up.
dream, george, sapnap aka nick, quackity aka alex and maddie all go into that car since it was a 7 seater
next was schlatt, niki, minx, phil, and wil all in the 2nd car
finally it was just me techno and fundy getting into the last car.
"to 69av?" the uber driver asks.
"yes please, fundy says as he was sitting in the front of the car.
i sat with techno in the back, closer then before as we were scrolling through the techno x y/n tag, it was unbelievable the amount of fan art that had been made in the past 4 hours.

i get a quick picture with techno before we get to the air bnb, just for memories. and who knew, the next time i see him after this trip might be ages from now, best to get the pictures while we can.
i post it quickly to my private snapchat, with the text reading, have to get the pictures before he has too much clout then me, then i mentioned him in the snap.
he smiles as he sees the story taking a screenshot. we get out of the car and run into the house since we were the last ones to get there.
"goodnight everyone" fundy yells as we all make our way to our rooms.
i wave goodnight to techno as i turn into my room to get my pyjamas to go have a quick shower. then i realise
i left my shampoo at home.
i head to nikis room and knock on the door.
"come in" i hear maddie say.
"oi do u have shampoo i can use until i can buy my own" i ask her.
"i mean i guess it's in my bag i'm too lazy to get up" she says.
i walk over to her bag and get start to look for her shampoo, i finally see it.
"thank you maddieee" i say as i leave the room.
i walk up to technos room just to knock on the door and ask if i was okay to use our side of the houses' shower.
"hey tech- oh hi fundy, where's techno?" i ask him.
"oh hi y/n, yeah he's just in the shower" he says looking up from his phone.
"oh okay, do u know how long he's been in there for?" i ask
"just around 5 minutes, he should be out by now"
"okay thank youu" i say leaving his room heading up to the bathroom.
i knock on the door hearing the water turn off
"just a minute" i hear technos voice say.
i lean my back up against the wall for me to sit down fumbling with my thumbs until i hear the door open.
"oh hi techno-" i look up to him seeing he was uh, shirtless,,
"hallo" he says as he helps me up.
"hope i didn't use all the hot water" he laughs as he leaves.
i was so flustered that i could barely get through the door, how did he just act natural like that? i guess it was probably normal for him. anyway all i know is that after this shower i'm going straight to bed. it was a long day anyway. i wonder what we'll do tomorrow.
YOOOO, i wrote this chapter over the course of like 2 days so most of the storyline got lost but yknow it's finished now.
i hope that it doesn't seem like i'm rushing the story because honestly i have so much planned it's just my motivation is shit✨ anyways hope u enjoyed this semi long chapter and im sorry i didn't update last night agh <333
