Gibbs- first kiss was in the elevator. You both wanted to keep your relationship secret, and you're pretty sure everyone knew. You decided to avoid Gibbs all day. He obviously knew what was going on so when you were in the elevator alone together he stopped the elevator and kissed you by surprise
Tony- Your first kiss was at your doorstep in the pouring rain (sorry its cliché lmao). You guys were arguing about something and you both ignored each other. It was midnight when Tony knocked on your door and kissed you as soon as you opened the door.
Mcgee- Your first kiss was at his house, you guys were playing video games and you won and he just kissed you. He was embarrassed and started to apologize, but you kissed him back
Palmer- After one of your dates he started to ramble how he had so much fun and that he really likes you. So you kissed him.
Ziva- It was after your first date, she gave you a quick kiss after dropping you off at your house
Abby- It was during a hard case, you could tell she was stressed so you told her that you were here for her and she gave you a kiss
