I laid on the grass looking up the clouds.
'I should go see Viggo— no there's no way I can sneak away— And if I needed backup... plus DN would never go for it— stubborn ass dragon.'
"Hey DN—"
I sat up and He looked at me curiously.
"What do you think of Viggo?"
He huffed and frowned.
"Oh come on he's not that bad. He's smart, creative, nice,respectful, caring, handsome-"
DN looked at me like I just said I hated him. We stared in silence at each other.
"Don't look at me like that."
He huffed at me.
"And don't talk to me like that mr."
I said pointing my finger at him. He gently put my finger in his mouth, I hooded my eyes giving a 'are you serious' look.
"Don't eat my finger."
He bit down softly.
"This is how your going to kill me, isn't it?"
He nodded softly so he wouldn't actually hurt me.
"Ok."
I laid back down, I had and empty feeling but I didn't know why. Was it because I missed Viggo? Because I was lying to everyone? The fact that he hasn't told me he loves me yet? I just couldn't place a finger on it.
Then again one of my fingers is getting eaten by my dragon so. He dropped my finger and rested his head on my chest.
I stroked his warm/cold scales.
"Do you think Viggo could ever really care about me?"
I asked, looking him in the eyes. DN nodded and I smiled.
"We'll have to see."

I climbed on his back and looked up at the clouds once more before I patted his side and we took off.
