Chapter three
(This chapter is gonna mostly be hanako's POV also you can listen to the music while you read if you want😊)
HANAKO'S POV
It was a Friday morning and I was waiting for yashiro to visit me before class but I was really deep in thought I've always had a crush on Herlyn she was.... perfect her long dark hair her thick thighs her stomache and her personality she was funny...kind...helpful...and she cared about everyone even if it meant putting her feelings aside I was kinda jealous of kou cause Herlyn said she liked him when she just met him and me and her have been friends for 2 years even when she was alive I loved her it's like every tiny thing she does make me blush she was perfect for me I've never felt like this towards anyone else before as I was thinking this I hear the bathroom door open it was yashiro "Hey hanako!" "Hey yashiro!" "Yashiro you have to clean the bathrooms again today after school" "c'monn~ why can't I just clean them tomorrow?" "Cause they're dirty and somebody has to clean them and that somebody is you" "okay fine I'll clean the bathrooms after school" "thanks yashiro!" "Byee hanako!" "Bye yashiro!" After yashiro left I went back to thinking about Herlyn then a idea popped into my head what if I get kou to like yashiro and then Herlyn won't like him since he will be dating yashiro and I know that Herlyn wasn't a home wrecker so she wouldn't come between kou and yashiro then I can confess how I feel to her! Yea that's a good idea I think I'll visit Herlyn right now actually so I floated through the school halls and outside seeing Herlyn planting new daisies and dandelions god she looked adorable! "Oh hey hanako!" "H-hey Herlyn!" "What are you doing here?" "Oh I was just wondering what did kou wish?" " oh kou he had a first wish but I told him I couldn't grant it he asked if I could turn mitsuba back into a normal ghost but I told him I couldn't since he was a apperician so he asked for me to help him get together with your assistant yashiro nene" "oh okay well I can help you get them together after all I am a a experienced ghost" I said with a smile "no you're not silly but yea you can help me!" She said with a smile playfully punching my arm softly oh god I feel my cheeks heating up "O-OH O-OKAY THEN ILL MEET YOU ON THE ROOF?" "Sure hanako I'll see ya later" she waved goodbye and so I did the same floating back fast into my bathroom turning on the sink and rinsing my face trying to relax my blushing I looked a tomato I couldn't help but stare at her she just looked so beautiful with her official black dress striped black and white socks and matching my hat which made it even cuter that she matched me I didn't realize when I put my hat on her when she was dead she would be able to wear it as a ghost god I couldn't contain myself when I'm around her after I relaxed and dried my face off I sat at the window and looked out the window seeing Herlyn planting her plants gosh is this what it feels like to have a crush oh god I cant
HERLYN'S POV
I was planting some more daisies and dandelions since I gave a lot to kou yesterday and yashiro liked them so I just starting planting a lot more as I planting the flowers I see hanako "hey hanako!" "H-hey Herlyn!" "What are you doing here?" " oh I was just wondering what did kou wish?" " oh kou he had a first wish but I told him I couldn't grant it he asked if I could turn mitsuba back into a normal ghost but I told him I couldn't since he was a apperician so he asked for me to help him get together with your assistant yashiro nene" oh okay well I can help you get them together after all I am a a experienced ghost" "no you're not silly but yea you can help me!" I said as I playfully softly punch his arm that's when I see hanako's face turning pink as he said "O-OH O-OKAY THEN ILL MEET YOU ON THE ROOF?" Sure hanako I'll see ya later" I said as I waved goodbye to him seeing him do the same then fastly floating back into the school then I just went back to planting the flowers waiting for kou to come on the roof with me and hanako so that we can both help him get yashiro to like him back gosh but I was filled with some jealousy in my heart that he likes yashiro but I didn't care as long as he's happy I'm happy
KOU'S POV
It was Friday already finally I was so happy that Herlyn's flower idea actually worked I should stick to her she clearly knows what she doing since she's a girl too so I'll take her advice on anything I was so happy yesterday that I got to walk yashiro home but the whole time I was I was blushing so hard I felt like my face was on fire since she was holding my hand the whole walk I was thinking of asking Herlyn about her past and what she likes how she died I was curious about her since I've never seen a apperician like her around the school before It was lunch time so I decided to go see Herlyn at her garden but to my surprise she wasn't there so I just went up to the roof and there she was with....HANAKO?! Why would she be with hanako on the roof? Eh who cares I walked over to her and said "hey Herlyn" "oh h-hey k-kou""hey why weren't you at your garden?" "Oh cause me and hanako wanted to meet up on the roof so we could team together to help you get yashiro to like you" she said with a big smile appearing across her face wait but why would hanako want to help me get yashiro to like me?I wondered "hey kou whatcha thinking about?" Herlyn said as she floated upside down really close to my face causing me to blush crazy "n-nothing just why is hanako helping me get yashiro to like me?" "Oh I wanted to help Herlyn cause this is her first time actually getting summoned and since I'm more experienced with these type of stuff I wanted to help her out" hanako said grabbing Herlyn's waist and smiling "oh ok then so what do you guys think I should do next to get her to like me?" "Wellll~ I was thinking you should make her a gift with a cute note saying to meet on the roof and YOU SHOULD TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL!" Herlyn said with a big bright smile "YEA! I could ask yashiro what type of chocolate or candy she likes so I can tell you what to get her" hanako still grabbing softly onto Herlyn's waist like I said he's a very handsy touchy ghost unlike Herlyn she hasn't touched me even a bit well except for when she pushed me into the bathroom with the bouquet of flowers she made for me to give yashiro but nothing serious and to be honest I kinda got a feeling hanako had feeling towards Herlyn like they have a past together I HAVE TO KNOW HER PAST KNOW MORE ABOUT HER! "Okay that sounds like a plan I'll come to the garden afterschool so I can find out what candy/chocolate yashiro likes so I can get and come back and give it to her" I said with a big confident smile shining brightly "okay sounds good I guess I'll see you lguys at my garden afterschool then byeeee hanako bye kouu!" "Byeeee Herlyn!" Me and hanako said in unison leaving only me and hanako left on the roof "hey hanako" "yea kou?" "Do you...like..Herlyn?" "W-WHAT ?! N-NO!" "Oh okay it just seemed like you liked her by the way you were wrapping your arms around her waist and how softly you respond to her like you had feelings for her"
HANAKO'S POV
"okay sounds good I guess I'll see you guys at my garden afterschool then byeeee hanako bye kouu!" "Byeeee Herlyn!" Me and kou said in unison I watched Herlyn as she floated back inside the school to her garden gosh my heart is pounding "hey hanako" "yea kou?" "Do you...like..Herlyn?" That question sent blush to appear across my face just hearing her name "W-WHAT ?! N-NO!" "Oh okay it just seemed like you liked her by the way you were wrapping your arms around her waist and how softly you respond to her like you had feelings for her" gosh was it really that obvious I didn't want to tell kou how I felt for Herlyn cause I was scared and I've never told anybody how I felt about her I don't know why I held Herlyn's waist my body just had a mind of it's own like when kou and Herlyn were talking together I felt alone so I just held her softly around her waist so I don't feel as lonely anymore Herlyn always has been able to make me feel comforted and make me feel better if I was having a bad day gosh I think I'm going crazy over her Oh my gosh I then said goodbye to kou "byeee kou I'll tell you what yashiro likes afterschoollll" so I then flew back to my bathroom relaxing and laying down on the bathroom window sill watching Herlyn planting some roses roses always have been her favorite flowers so I understood why she took so much care for them then I saw her lay on the bright green grass and falling asleep oh my gosh she looked so adorable sleeping I just wanted to go outside and cuddle her outside on the grass but I didn't want to disturb her she looked so peaceful then I looked away and decided to go outside to sit on my favorite tree it was the first tree Herlyn grew it was my hangout where I would relax Herlyn was aware of this and wouldn't disturb me when I was relaxing on the tree so I decided to hangout there and read a book about space I always wanted to go to the moon but it was no use now that I'm...dead but it was okay I liked admiring the moon from outside I remember one time when me and Herlyn had a moon night
~Flashback~
I was admiring the moon on the roof laying down looking up at the sky as I saw Herlyn float up to the roof "hey hanako whatcha doinggg~?" "Just looking at the moon I love the moon" "you do?" "Mhm a lot actually I always wanted to explore the moon when I was alive but you know" "aww that's really cute actually I like stars they just look so beautiful in the night sky with the moonlight"I looked at her as she stared off into the sky admiring the stars she then turned to me and smiled brightly and giggled as she came closer towards my chest laying there like she used to when she was alive she still felt as comfy as she did when she was alive she then took of my hat and looked up at me "you look cute without your hat hanako you should take it off more often" she smiled with the moonlight beaming on her skin shining on her as she smiled causing me to blush crazy my emotions were going crazy "t-t-thanks h-Herlyn" "no problem" she said then she cuddled and snuggled her head onto my chest as we both continued to admire the moonlight sky
~End of flashback~
I loved that night I always wanted to do it Often with her it just made me a feel some way about her I couldn't get the image of her smiling at me with the moonlight shining down on her she looked so elegant and beautiful I loved that night as I was daydreaming about that night I heard the bathroom open and I saw yashiro enter the bathroom "hey hanako!" "Hey yashiro" "hanako did I disturb you you looked like you were really deep in thought I'm sorry if I did" "no you didn't disturb me at all" "oh okay then.."
YASHIRO'S POV
I was done with math class gosh it felt like I've been in that class for an eternity I headed into hanako's bathroom and I saw hanako turn to me I said "hey hanako!" "Hey yashiro" "hanako did I disturb you you looked like you were really deep in thought I'm sorry if I did" "no you didn't disturb me at all" "oh okay then.."
I was suspicious of hanako he didn't seem like his usual energetic self today and he looked like he was in deep thought of something I wonder what though what could it have been? "Hey yashiro" "yea hanako?" "What's your favorite chocolate or candy?" That was a random question to ask but I answered anyway "well my favorite candy is sweethearts the little heart shaped candies they're my favorite" "oh okay then" "why do you ask"? I asked him "oh no reason just curious" "oh okay then" he was definitely acting different he was more relaxed and chill rather then energetic and overly cheerful "hanako your acting really weird what's wrong?" I ask him "nothings wrong yashiro I'm just in peace" that was definitely a lie "are you sure you're usually so energetic and cheerful but you're just quiet and chill it's not like yourself to act like this" "don't worry about me yashiro I'm fine I've just been thinking about someone lately" "oh who is it?" I was curious who this 'someone' was "it's no one don't worry about it also you're off bathroom duty today don't worry about it" "oh okay then I'll visit you afterschool hanako byee!" "Byee yashiro!" Yup he was definitely acting different he hasn't called me daikon one time this whole day not that I'm complaining about that but it didn't seem like hanako to call me by my first name only I needed to find out who this 'someone' was
KOU'S POV
It was already the end of school I headed off to Herlyn's garden and saw her asleep gosh she looked so peaceful asleep I didn't want to disturb her so I just layed there on the grass next to her waiting for hanako that's when I felt her starting to wake up next to me 'o-oh hey kou sorry I fell asleep I forgot" "no its okay herlyn I was just waiting for hanako to get here anyways""wait hanako still isn't here yet?' " that doesn't seem like him he's always on time with things but okay I guess we'll just have to wait for him"herlyn said as she layed back down on the soft bright green grass as I did the same that's when until I heard herlyn yell "BATHROOM BOY! FINALLY me and kou have been waiting so long for you to comeee~" she said as she jumped on hanako wrapping her legs around his waist and hugging his chest "yeah it took you a long time to get here what were you doing anyways?' i asked hanako "o-oh it was n-nothing" " oh okay well did nene say what candie she liked or chocolate?'

HANAKO"S POV
After I was done talking to nene I was caught up in my daydreaming and I forgot about how I needed to meet kou and shortie/herlyn so as soon as I broke out of my daydreaming I headed straight towards herlyn's garden to hear her yell "BATHROOM BOY! FINALLY me and kou have been waiting so long for you to comeee~" as she jumped onto me wrapping her legs around my waist and hugging my chest she looked adorable when she does stuff like this she feels so soft as she did this kou asked me "yeah it took you a long time to get here what were you doing anyways?' which made me freeze i just responded with "o-oh it was n-nothing" i didn't wanna tell him that I was daydreaming about herlyn especially when she's here luckily he didn't suspect anything from me and just asked me
"oh okay well did nene say what candie she liked or chocolate?' "oh yeah she said she liked sweetheart candies the small heart shaped candies" " okay i'll just go to the mini market and come back" as he said this he left to the mini market leaving only me and shortie I liked calling her shortie it was fun even tho she's taller than me it was fun calling her that since she would call me bathroom boy so basically it was equal "hey shortie lets go to library and find some paper for the note" "HEY BATHROOM BOY WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT CALLING ME SHORTY?! I'M TALLER THEN YOU!" "yeah yeah I know I know i just like your reaction when I call you that it looks so cute" i decided to tease her just a bit "h-hey stop im not c-cute don't call me that" she said turning her head to the side hiding her blush filled cheeks "awwww is the little shortie blushingg~" ' no im not b-blushing!" "the redness on your cheeks say otherwise" I said giving smirk "hanakooooo~ are we almost there yetttt~?" she said as she wrapped her arms around me and laying her head on my shoulder oh gosh I could feel her breath tickle my neck oh gosh "y-yea w-wer're a-almost 't-there"
i said feeling heat come up my cheeks making me blush like crazy "look who's blushing noww~" she said as she got really close to my face inches away from my lips giving me a flirtatious grin "oh look hanako we're here! c'mon hanako!" "okay okay relax im coming" i chuckled as she pulled me running into the library I saw mr.Tsuchigomori sitting at his desk "mr.Tsuchigomori" "yes no.7?" "do you have any note taking paper me and herlyn can use?" " oh yeah I think so" he said as he handed us a sticky note "thanks mr.Tsuchigomori" "no problem no.7" me and herlyn then walked out of the library she then grabbed my hand AHHH OH MY GOD SHES HOLDING MY HAND WHAT DO I DO?! "h-hey herlyn whats wrong?' "hmmm no nothings wrong I just wanted to hold your hand" she said with a smile " o-oh ok then" we then walked back to her garden and saw kou with a cute bag with im guessing the candy inside it " here so you can write the note for nene" I told him handing him the sticky note "thanks hanako but what should I even write?" "I think I know what you should write" herlyn said "what should I write?" "JUST TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL trust me girls love it when a guy opens his feelings to us and make it sound cute like for example say that 'oh hey nene its kou I bought you some candy you're favorite actually and i wanted to see if you wanted to meet up with me on the roof cause i have something really important to tell you' "like tell her to meet up somewhere with you and then when you're there just tell her how you feel open up those feelings you had for her and just say them to her directly trust she'll think its cute how you opened up to her on how you felt" herlyn sounded like she knew what she was talking about like she's been doing this for years but this is her first time being summoned "ok Ill write that down then!" kou said as he wrote down on the sticy note placing it on the cute bag filled with sweets "oh wait kou let me see the bag real quick" "um okay what are you going to do?" "you'll seee~" she then picked some daisies and dandelions and put them into a bouquet and wrapped a pink silky ribbon around them and put the bouquet in the bag "o-oh thanks herlyn" "no problem NOW LETS GET YOU TO YOUR FUTURE WIFE!" herlyn said as she carried kou in her arms and floated towards the exit of the school where yashiro was then i saw herlyn put him back on the ground so he could walk over to yashiro and give her the bag of her favorite sweets with the sticky note and bouquet herlyn made yashiro took it then walked with kou to i'm guessing their houses while me and herlyn were left alone until she asked "hey hanako wanna make some tik toks with me?" "s-sure" (if you're wondering how herlyn can use her phone its cause herlyn died while having her phone with her so she is able to use it in the after life okay lets continue ) the tik tok was just me and herlyn recording and hanging out joking around,holding hands, eating together it was fun to have some fun alone time with her it felt.....special.
