RWBY Watches JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Part 1 Ep 4: Overdrive

(A.N: I decided to add scenes from the manga that aren't shown in the anime. To make the episode more...what was that word? Cohesive? I don't know. Anyway, I'll still be following the anime format and pacing but I'll be adding scenes and dialog from the manga if I find them interesting or important.)

   The scene begins with the sounds of an engine roaring in the air in the afternoon. The source was quickly revealed to be Speedwagon and his lackeys, the quintet riding on an old steam car as they head towards a tall building, a hospital of sorts before stopping at the front.

Ruby: "Hey! Speedwagon's doing alright!"

Jaune: "Yeah. Looks like he's recovered somewhat."

Tai: "Well, not surprising. Although his wounds were serious in the last episode, they weren't on the verge of being life-threatening. So, yeah. Him recovering a little quickly shouldn't come as a surprise."

Weiss: "*worried* But, that still leaves a few questions in mind. Where on Remnant or Earth is Jonathan? Is he alright? And finally..."

Blake: "When will he find out Dio's still kicking?"

Yang: "Well, for now, let's just watch the episode. Besides, we all know Jonathan survived. That's at least a few good news."

Weiss: "Yeah... Hopefully..."

Speedwagon: "*looks at the building* We're here. You guys wait here in the car."

Tattoo: "*worried* Bro, are you sure you want to go? Your injuries still haven't healed yet. Heck, you still can't move your broken arm."

   What Tattoo said was right. The crowd took a closer look at Speedwagon and saw that his left arm was wrapped in a cast, a brutal reminder of the battle between Jonathan and him against Dio. However, Speedwagon remained unfazed as he glared at his subordinate.

Speedwagon: "Idiot! Mr Joestar's life is still hanging by a bloody thread right now! These wounds of mine are nothing compared to the ones on both his body and heart! Yes, compared to his, mine are mere scratches!"

   Some of the crowd members especially the young Huntsmen-in-Training couldn't help but admire Speedwagon for his attitude. Heck, some even admit that he's one cool guy. After saying that, Speedwagon jumped out of the car, only for him to comically collapse to the ground due to the pain and injuries in his body when he tried to walk towards the hospital.

Speedwagon: "Gaaahh!! It hurts! The cane! Where's my cane!?"

   Some people of the crowd couldn't help but giggle and laugh at his poor predicament.

Yang: "*slightly chuckling* Yikes. Just when you're being cool too, Speedwagon."

Tattoo: "Ah, ah, see what I mean, bro?"

Speedwagon: "*glares at them* Shut the Hell up and get me that blasted cane!!"

Pyrrha: "*giggles* At least he's still lively despite his wounds, a good sign that he's still in good shape."

Cinder: "Hmph! I still don't know what's so special about some street thug. Personally, him dying wouldn't change a single thing-

*BOOM!!!*

   Cinder was quickly cut off in mid-sentence as she was now buried under a giant pile of bones that was even larger than the one she was buried before. While Emerald was once again frantically trying to get her out, Mercury deadpanned as he looked at Ben.

Mercury: "Seriously? No offense but digging her out takes a lot of time, you know?"

Ben: "Don't blame me. I did warned you people about insulting the best Waifu in JoJo. I don't need to repeat myself about his importance to the JoJo dimension but tell Miss Fall this. That's two strikes now. And she won't like what's gonna happen if she pulls out a third one."

Mercury: "*looks at the giant bone pile* Yeah, I think she already got the message without me telling."

   Meanwhile, the rest of the crowd ignored what happened to Cinder as they expected the scene to skip towards Speedwagon visiting Jonathan, only to be finally hit...with the show's opening theme.

(A.N: I'll be showing both the Japanese Kanji and Romaji lyrics in the story. Also, I'll be doing analysis on all of the openings. Hope you guys don't mind.)

['Sono Chi no Sadame' by Hiroaki 'TOMMY' Tominaga]

Everyone: "WHAT!?!?"

   The crowd was breathless as they watched the opening that was drawn with incredible CGI animation while also accompanied by a powerful orchestra and the vocals of an equally powerful male singer.

   The opening begins with a montage of comic panels showcasing 5 different people before ending at a panel where Jonathan emerges, his body filling up with color as he slashes the screen, revealing the iconic title card of the show.

空こぼれ落ちた 二つの星が
'Sora koboreochita futatsu no hoshi ga~'

   From there, the camera moves through a tunnel towards a door, which slams open into a stylized version of the Joestar Mansion. A painting of the sky was shown before it moved to a young Jonathan, who was framed like a portrait, standing on the stairway. Then, like how he did when he first arrived at the mansion, Dio jumped out of a painting as the two stare each other down.

   Blake and some observant members of the crowd noticed that although Jonathan was centered, Dio dominates the frame more with his larger-than-life presence, probably showcasing how Dio would dominate Jonathan's life in their early years. They also noticed that how the two were framed, from their color scheme to the criss-crossing staircases they were standing on, Jonathan on an ascending staircase while Dio on a descending staircase, were opposed, showing the earliest signs of their rivalry.

光と闇の水面 吸い込まれてゆく
'Hikari to yami no minamo suikomareteyuku~'

   The scene then shifts over to a rotating Statue of the Goddess of Love before it rotates again and turns into an arm, presumably Dio, holding the Stone Mask. It spins again and it turns into Jonathan's arm holding a knife, carving his and Erina's initials into a tree during their date.

   It didn't take a genius to know how important these three different scenes were especially the statue. If Jonathan didn't jumped towards the statue with Dio, no doubt the man wouldn't be standing here alive now. The mask, of course, was instrumental in Dio's change towards becoming a heartless vampire while the scene of Jonathan carving the initials was showcasing how important his temporary moment of happiness with Erina was as it prevented him from spiraling into despair and loneliness like Dio originally wanted.

引き合うように 重なる波紋
'Hikiau yō ni kasanaru hamon~'

   The scene then changes to Erina blushing at Jonathan's earlier act and proceeds to close her eyes and kiss him. However, she opens her eyes in horror as, like it was shown in the show, the one kissing her wasn't the man she love, but was none other than him, Dio! The scene then changes to Dio's perspective where he saw Jonathan running towards him in anger and delivered a powerful uppercut. However, this has caused Dio's blood to splatter onto the Stone Mask hanging on the nearby wall, causing its eyes to glow red and the spikes popping out from behind, pulling Dio (the camera) in.

   Everyone knew that the infamous kiss was what spiraled Jonathan's life into the bizarre, crazy one he has now as his new happiness was now taken away from him. Jonathan charging towards Dio naturally resembles the fight they had but it also resembles the consequences as if it wasn't for that very fight, neither Jonathan nor Dio would know the real power of the Stone Mask.

誇りの道を行く者に 太陽の導きを
'Hokori no michi wo yuku mono ni taiyō no michibiki wo~'

   The scene changes to when Dio transformed into a vampire, where the police were shooting him down but it had little effect on the immortal bloodsucker. The window behind him breaks and one of the pieces was reflecting an image of Jonathan holding his dying father. However, Jonathan points his finger towards the sun, showcasing that he will not give up and would not succumb to despair.

野望の果てを目指す者に 生贄を
'Yabō no hate wo mezasu mono ni ikenie wo~'

    The scene once again changes to Dio walking up a stone pillar as the entire mansion was set ablaze, showcasing him transcending beyond human comprehension. The room spins as Dio, who was holding the Stone Mask in his right hand, gleefully attacks something or someone with his left hand before the crowd was shown a montage of many scenes of Dio, featuring him from a child to an adult.

震えるほど心 燃え尽きるほど熱く
'Furueru hodo kokoro moetsukiru hodo atsuku~'

    After a quick glance of Erina turning around looking worried, a smoke trail begins to zoom atop of a staircase before it stops halfway where Jonathan was as he looks at the darkness at the top of the stairs.

その手から放て鼓動 体漲る勇気で
'Sono te kara hanate kodō karada minagiru yūki de~'

   Undeterred whatsoever, Jonathan's fist was suddenly surrounded with a yellow blazing aura before it covers his entire body.

   Weiss immediately blushed at Jonathan's current attire in the opening. He was wearing a blue tank top with shoulder pads that exposed a bit of his lower chest, fingerless gloves with bracers on them and finally, a pair of light blue jeans and boots. Of course, it suits Jonathan but the problem (or the great thing about it) was that it suited him too well. The tight tank top was hugging him like a second skin and it was showing off not only some skin but also his tone muscles and figure, causing the white-haired heiress along with some of the girls to feel a little lightheaded.

   But, what naturally caught everyone's attention was the weird energy that Jonathan was wielding. They all wondered what is it and that is it something similar to Aura. It covered Jonathan's entire body like Aura usually does but this energy needs to be manually active by the user while Aura is usually active passively. But, everyone else had one same question in mind. Would Jonathan use this energy to fight the vampiric Dio? Hopefully, it would show in this episode.

迷い無き覚悟に「喝采」を
'Mayoi naki kakugo ni [Kassai] wo~'

   Jonathan slowly walks up the stairs before he breaks into a full sprint as his eyes was filled with the flames of rage and determination while at the top, Dio sits on a throne as he arrogantly smirks at Jonathan while tauntingly moves the Stone Mask near his face, as if he was mocking Jonathan that it was his fault he achieved his new power and immortality.

   The screen shows a quick montage of a few panels of the characters that had and will appear in the show as the two adopted brothers began to battle. Right before Jonathan threw his punch, everyone felt their heart pumping hard as the lead singer belted out the final chorus.

(A.N: Here it comes. Sing it with me, folks!)

その血運命さだめ!!!
'SONO CHI NO SADAME!!!~'

'JOOOOOOOOOOOJO!!!~'

  The two of them clashed with Dio catching Jonathan's blazing fist as the two began to spiral away and the scene moves to the Stone Mask falling into a pool of water, leaving a mist of blood as it sinks into obscurity.

   The entire theater was silent as everyone in the crowd was still reeling in on the awesomeness that was the first opening. The awkward silence continued until it was broken by the resident Undead God.

Ben: "*sighs dreamily* Still sends shivers down my spine every time I hear it. A true classic indeed."

Yang/Jaune/Sun/Neptune: "That... Was... AWESOME!!!"

Roman: "For once, I'm agreeing with you chumps! That was amazing! The music back on Remnant pales in comparison to that eargasm we just had!"

Neo: {Here, here!}

Weiss: "*shocked* I-it's... It's incredible... The animation, i-it's so well done. Smooth and expressive, completely full of life... The opening animation alone could even pass as a short film..."

Winter: "I couldn't agree more, sister but let's not forget the expert use of different colors, styles and textures. All of it fits in such a frightening degree. And the music... It's like we're sitting in front of a live orchestra ballad playing in front of us right now..."

Qrow: "Hate to admit it but she's right for a change... *smirks* This type of music, I can get behind. Better than the boring stuff Atlas plays these days."

Tai: "Here, here!"

Winter: "*glares at Qrow* I'm sorry but what did you say? I'll have you know that current Atlas orchestras are now stepping up their craft and are creating new and innovating pieces by mixing in different genres of music in their own, creating an all new and exciting sounds for all to enjoy."

Coco: "Honestly, I think this is more akin to rock than orchestra."

Sun: "Maybe it's like what Weiss' sister says and it's like both rock and orchestra."

Coco: "Eh. You're probably right."

Nora: "WHATEVER IT IS, I LOVE IT!!! IT RECEIVES MY NORA'S SIGN OF APPROVAL!!!"

Ren: "*nods* I agree. I normally hate loud music but I can see myself nodding my head to this. Although, I prefer the ending song than this one personally."

Oscar: "Me too. Not to say the opening rocks but I prefer the ending song as well. I am a bit of a country boy, after all."

   Meanwhile, some people of the crowd were more focused on what was shown in the opening than the music...although the latter was quite catchy and rather hard to ignore.

Blake: "Did any of you guys noticed the many scenes in the opening?"

Ilia: "Yes. Imagined if we watched it a few episodes prior. We would have been spoiled."

Ghira: "That and the many images have a lot of symbolism connecting with the show. Very fascinating."

Kali: "Yes but we have to agree that the music is the real star of the, well, show here. It's really catchy."

Ruby: "I second that motion! I love rock! Although... Was wondering about that weird energy surrounding JoJo. Think it's kinda like our version of Aura?"

Blake: "Probably not. Whatever it is, it doesn't take a genius to know that Jonathan's definitely gonna learn and use it to fight against Dio."

Yang: "Speaking of Jonathan, wondered who those 5 people at the beginning were?"

Blake: "Since they were counting down to Jonathan, I believe they might be his descendents, in a way."

Jaune: "Well, Ben did say something about us watching and help preserving records of the heroic adventures of other world heroes when we first met him so, I guess you're not far off, Blake."

Weiss: "Okay, so besides Jonathan, the first one we saw was a girl with hair buns and that braid. The next one is the skinny boy with...I don't even know what to call that hairstyle. But, I'm guessing that he's blonde judging from the lighter tone of his hair compared to the others."

Ruby: "Yeah. Then, there's the guy with the uniform and funny-looking hair. *giggles* I don't know why but I really want to touch it."

Coco: "Uh, that 'funny-looking hair' as you call it, Red, is called a pompadour. It's a type of hairstyle that unfortunately is more popularly seen on Mistralian delinquents. So, I'm guessing that the guy is probably a delinquent."

Ruby: "Oh... Still want to touch it though."

Ben: 'Oh, how terribly wrong you are, Miss Coco. And thank your lucky stars that the man himself isn't here to hear you, Miss Ruby. Otherwise...'

Blake: "Okay? Then, there's the serious-looking guy with the cap on his head."

   Blake's face turned a little red as she thought about how cool the guy looked. Almost like a character from a certain book that Blake often read during her time at Beacon. Fortunately, Sun didn't noticed Blake's blush but unfortunately, Adam did, causing the Bull Faunus to not like the man already. Naturally Blake did not noticed although...she wondered about who was that odd...person standing next to him.

Yang: "And finally, the guy that had the bandana on his head before Jonathan."

Coco: "Ah, that guy. Honestly, I like him more than the others."

   Yang nodded in agreement as she too was more interested in the guy before Jonathan. She knew from reading comics and watching TV shows when she was young that people who wore bandanas on their heads are often heroes and/or were honoring someone, commonly a fellow comrade who died in battle, by carrying their spirit with them. Needless to say, Yang was excited to see his story.

   Meanwhile, Salem was watching everything from her personal viewing room and needless to say, even the Queen of Grimm was impressed with the music and animation of the opening.

Salem: "Not bad... Good choice in the music. Although... What was that glowing aura that was surrounding Jonathan Joestar? Is it similar to my world's version of Aura in some way? Hmm... *looks at the menu* I guess I'll think about it later."

   Deciding that it wasn't ideal to think on an empty stomach, Salem decided to grab a bite as she calls for the black-clothed butler assigned to her. In a flash, the devilishly talented butler returned to her side with a bow.

Sebastian: "Yes, madam?"

Salem: "Sebastian, I'm afraid that last meal wasn't enough. I'm still feeling a little peekish. I would like to order some food as I...collect my thoughts."

Sebastian: "*bows* Very well. I will gladly send the order post-haste to the kitchen as soon as you decided."

Salem: "Very well. For starters, I would like a small, light salad and then..."

    While the Mistress of the Grimm begins ordering another meal for herself, the others were still talking to one another, be it about the opening, the strange energy Jonathan was using or the 5 descendents before him before their attention was captured by Ben clearing his throat.

Ben: "Not to be that God in the room but might I suggest that all of you pay attention to the screen? The episode's about to start."

   Seeing that he's right, the rest of the crowd immediately stopped what they were doing and continued to watch the episode.

   The crowd then saw Speedwagon walking in the hospital hallway as he looked back on the battle at the burning Joestar Mansion and the current life predicaments of Jonathan.

Speedwagon: "Mr Joestar... During his battle with Dio, he won by the skin of his teeth... He saved my life that day but he ended up losing everything... His home... His fortune... And even his only remaining family left... *looks at the hospital walls* Three days... For three days he's been here in these hospital walls since that incident."

   Some members of the crowd especially the Huntsmen-in-Training were saddened as they remembered that everything Jonathan had in his life was now turned to ash either by the fire or by Dio. With nothing let alone a single penny in his name, Jonathan was now at rock bottom. And the worst part was that the man himself was still recovering and was currently walking on the fine line between life and death.

Speedwagon: "*clenching his fist* And now, he's all alone in these three days fighting for his life! And all I've been doing is nothing! I haven't given him even a single reason to live! That's why, even if all I could do is hold his hand while he's unconscious, I must do everything and anything I can to at least support him!"

   Ruby and her friends couldn't help but smile at Speedwagon's dedication towards helping his new friend. After all, each of them would gladly do the same to one another. Seeing this however made Blake remind herself of something. Something she should have done some time ago.

Blake: "Hey, Sun?"

Sun: "Hmm?"

Blake: "I haven't really said it to you yet but I guess now would be a good time. I wanted to say...thank you for all the help and support you gave me back at Menagerie. You even saved my life a few times."

Sun: "*grins* Come on, Blake! I told you already. We're pals. I would gladly do it all over again if it means I can help you in any way. Besides, you would probably do the same if our roles were reversed."

Blake: "*smirks* Like your dad not liking me if we met?"

Sun: "Well, that...might not happen any time soon since I'm an orphan but I know that my cousin would definitely like you should you guys meet."

Weiss: "Wait, you're an orphan!?"

Yang: "Holy cow... Even I didn't know that."

Blake: "*saddened* Sun, I'm so sorry. I...I should have said tha-"

Sun: "Hey, come on now. It's alright. Got over it a long time ago. I'm actually quite open about it. Heck, I even told Neptune, Scarlet and Sage upfront when Team SSSN was first formed during our first year at Mistral. Though to be honest, I'm kinda upfront about everything in my life."

Neptune: "Except for the cousin part. Dude, I didn't even know you have a cousin."

Sun: "Uh... I actually did tell you and the other guys, dude. Knowing you, you probably forgot. Anyway, her name's Star Sanzang. She owns a dojo back at Vacuo and besides raising me, she's also the one who taught me all of my moves."

Yang: "*eyes perked up* A dojo!? Now, you got me interested, Monkey Boy! Especially since I've seen you fight."

Sun: "Then, good luck if you decide to challenge her. Even now, I've never once beaten her in a fight. Anyway, shouldn't we be going back to the screen?"

   The rest of the young Huntsmen-in-Training quickly turned back to the screen as they saw Speedwagon walking for a while until he finally reached Jonathan's room.

Speedwagon: "Yes, this seems to be the room."

   Just as he grabbed the doorknob, the door automatically opened, startling Speedwagon and from the small door gap revealed a small part of the face of a nurse, who was coldly staring at the former hoodlum.

    Meanwhile, some of the Heroes and Villains were feeling perplexed as they felt that they've seen this nurse before.

Roman: "Uh... Is it just me or does the nurse look a little familiar?"

Neo: {You're not the only one, Boss.}

Weiss: "I hate to admit it but he's right. Where have we seen her before..."

Coco: "Dang... If only she opened the door a little bigger..."

Nurse: "...What is it? This room doesn't allow any visitors."

   Speedwagon was silent as he was still intimidated by the nurse's cold stare but he quickly snapped out of it when he heard her spoke.

Speedwagon: "W-what!? What do you mean 'no visitors'!? That's precisely why I came here! The patient in this room is my friend! I must see him!"

   Unfortunately, the nurse was unmoved as she continued to coldly stare at Speedwagon, causing the latter to once again be intimidated as he took a step back.

Speedwagon: 'W-what's wrong with her? S-such cold eyes...'

Nurse: "We can look after him well enough. Come back on a later date."

   The nurse then slammed the door shut and locked it, causing Speedwagon to regain his senses as he began pounding on the door.

Speedwagon: "Oi! Wait a minute! What the Hell is this!? Let me in!"

   It wasn't until he noticed a pair of nurses whispering about him that Speedwagon stopped pounding on the door but he continued shouting at the nurse.

Speedwagon: "'Look after him'!? I'm not interested about the bloody treatment! It's spirit! Heart and spirit is what he needs right now!"

Speedwagon: 'D-damn it! How could such a beauty possessed such stone-cold eyes!?'

Neptune: "In the defense of all stone-cold beauties, they looked like they're cold-hearted on the outside but actually, they possess great warmth on the inside."

Ruby: "*glances at Weiss* Now why does that sound familiar?"

Weiss: "I have no idea what you're talking about."

Speedwagon: 'And her attitude matches her cold look! She looked down on me for someone who lived in the slums and she threw me out after seeing my scars!'

Blake: "*glances at Weiss* Gee, where have I heard that before?"

Weiss: "Again, I have no idea what you're talking about."

   Speedwagon turned around and walked away but not before he took one last look at the door.

Speedwagon: 'Normally I would just break in by force but if I do that, I'll lose my chance of seeing Mr Joestar. For now, it's best that I come back again later.'

   The scene then changes to the dead of the night and the crowd saw that Speedwagon, despite his injuries, was able to sneak into the hospital undetected by using his cane to climb himself up into the upper floors.

Roman: "*whistles* Okay, gotta give Scarface here mad props. Doing something like that is almost impossible."

Emerald: "I'll give credit where it's due. I'm really impressed. Especially since he's doing it so stealthily despite his injuries."

Speedwagon: 'Just like I said earlier, I decide to sneak in to visit him after night falls. After all, this type of method suits me better.'

   As he looked around, Speedwagon noticed that there was something odd.

Speedwagon: "Strange... There's light coming out of Mr Joestar's room. It's only one o'clock and yet..."

   As Speedwagon walked closer towards the door, he then heard the sound of something similar to a cloth being washed inside the room.

Speedwagon: "There's someone inside?"

   As soon as he got close, he gently peaked inside through the door gap and what he saw shocked him greatly along with the rest of the crowd.

Speedwagon/Everyone: "What!?"

   Inside, he saw a still unconscious Jonathan lying on a bed, his body wrapped in bandages and his face still had some residual burns left. But what caught Speedwagon's attention more was the source of the sound from earlier. Sitting next to Jonathan was the exact same nurse from earlier that afternoon and she was dampening a few towels in a basin of water before she gently placed them all on Jonathan's body.

   Although it took them some time, now that they seen the nurse in full, some members of the crowd felt that she looked oddly familiar and when they did recognized her, they were in a bit of an uproar.

Yang: "Holy smokes! Why didn't we recognized her sooner!? It's Erina!!"

   And Yang was right. The identity of the cold nurse was none other than Jonathan's old flame, Erina Pendleton. But, you can't really blame her along with the rest from not recognizing her instantly. Like how age changed Jonathan and Dio drastically, Erina too had changed as well. Her long hair during her youth was shorter now, being tied up in a simple ponytail. Her body had grown over the years, although not to a crazy degree like Jonathan but grown nonetheless and she had become more beautiful than ever.

Neptune: "How in the heck did I not recognized her!? She's drop dead gorgeous!"

Ilia: "*slightly drooling* I'll say... *mumbling* A small pity there aren't any Faunus in that world... She look good having cat ears..."

Ruby: "Huh... Odd. I thought Erina wanted to stay away from JoJo after what happened with her...and Dio..."

   Ruby felt a little saddened when she remembered a few episodes ago that Dio stolen almost everything from Jonathan. The greatest one of all, his first and only love. Just then, she felt an arm wrapped around her shoulders and the culprit was none other than Yang.

Yang: "Cheer up, Rubes. I'm guessing that Erina still holds some romantic feelings for Ol' Jonathan here. Otherwise, why is she there tending to his wounds? Although... *smirks* I wonder how you feel about seeing your love rival coming back now, Weiss?"

Weiss: "*sarcastic* Oh, haha, Yang. Real funny. Like I fell for that."

   Although, when Weiss kept looking at Erina tending towards Jonathan, she kept biting her thumb in envy, wishing that it was her that was nursing Jonathan back to health.

    Meanwhile, Speedwagon was still in shock at Erina tending to Jonathan's wounds so late.

Speedwagon: 'That woman... It's that same nurse from earlier this afternoon... The one with the ice-cold stare. S-she's still up this late?'

   As Speedwagon took a closer look, he noticed something that shocked him and the crowd who all didn't noticed earlier, even more.

Speedwagon: 'H-her hands! T-they're practically bruised up and stained violet from the blood! T-that woman... Those hands aren't ones that squeezed a towel tens or hundreds of times. No, those hands have cooled down Mr Joestar's blood thousands of times none stop! That means from the beginning Mr Joestar was admitted to this hospital, she was by his side tending his wounds all the time!'

Coco: "*whistles* Now, that...is one dedicated woman."

Tai: "Yeah... Some advice to you kids from an old timer. If you meet a man or woman who would always support you when you're at your lowest and would stand by your side at all times, put a ring on him or her before it's too late. I should know. *holds Summer's hand and smiles* I'm one of those lucky ones after all."

Summer: "*smiles and hugs him* Oh, hubby!"

   While some were either smiling or gagging at the open love between the married couple, only one person was not impressed and was jealous of Erina.

Weiss: 'Hmph! I can do so much more if I was the one treating him! Yeah, that's right! If I was there, Jonathan would have woken up long ago!'

   While the others were either impressed or respected Erina's dedication, with the exception of Weiss, of course, Speedwagon moved his gaze towards the still unconscious Jonathan and saw that although there were burns present on his body, they were a lot less than the time Speedwagon brought him to the hospital.

Speedwagon: 'Mr Joestar's burns... Unlike flesh wounds and broken limbs, you can't just magically heal them overtime after some rest and applying some bandages. That's why that nurse was tending to his wounds with towels all day long! But...why? Why hold such devotion?'

   Just then, as Erina was about to place another towel on Jonathan, the man himself slowly groaned before he slowly opened his eyes, the man had finally regained consciousness.

Speedwagon: "*happily surprised* Oh, he's awake!"

Nora: "Phew! Thank Oum he finally woke up. Otherwise, I would go there and break his legs if he didn't."

Jaune: "Uh... How are you going to do that? When he's in another dimension."

Nora: "*menacingly* Oh, I'll find a way. Nora Valkyrie always find a way when it comes to breaking people's legs..."

Jaune: "*audibly gulps* B-ben?"

Ben: "Already prepared precautions. Otherwise, I wouldn't invite your sworn enemies and Miss Nora just for funsies now, did I?"

   While the crowd ignored the situation involving Nora, they saw Jonathan, who woke up in a foreign place, began to look around before he stopped at Erina, whose cold gaze was nowhere to be seen. Instead, it was replaced with a kind, heartwarming smile directed at the man who just woke up.

Erina: "Thank goodness you've finally awaken."

   Meanwhile, Speedwagon was in jubilation that his friend had finally woken up and that means his life was not in danger anymore.

Speedwagon: "That nurse did it! Mr Joestar is finally awake! I don't care if I get caught or get kicked out! I must go inside and celebrate!"

   Just as Speedwagon was about to enter the room, he soon stopped himself from opening the door when he heard Erina spoke.

Erina: "It's been a long time, hasn't it? Jonathan Joestar..."

   Both Jonathan and Speedwagon were shocked but for different reasons. For Jonathan, it's because this unknown woman somehow knows his name. For Speedwagon, it was because she spoke his name with familiarity and longing, as if she knew him for a long time.

Erina: "You being awake now means that you just passed the dangerous stage of your injuries. Now, you should be alright..."

Jonathan: "*shocked* H-how did you my- Wait... It can't be..."

Yang: "*smirks* Hate to break Weiss' dreams but unfortunately, this is re-"

Weiss: "Yang, you got five seconds to shut up before I grab the hottest object I can find here and toss it onto your face."

   Yang immediately obeyed and shut up as she turned her neck back to the screen with such speed, everyone was afraid she would have whiplash. Although, they couldn't blame her as they too were also shivering in fear at Weiss, who was nodding her head in satisfaction before she paid attention to the screen, not noticing the looks aimed at her.

   Jonathan took a closer look at the nurse and immediately, his shock and confusion only grew bigger as the woman in front of him looked just like...her...

Jonathan: "*shocked* N-no, it can't be... Y-you're... No... *shakes his head* No, that's impossible... She left 7 years ago... *looks at Erina* But, still... The resemblance... She looks just like her..."

Erina: "'Look like her'? What do you mean? You mean I look similar to someone you know? *smiles* For example...a certain Erina Pendleton?"

Jonathan: "*shocked* E-erina!?"

   Jonathan was in pure disbelief right now. He didn't expect that after his battle with Dio, after...losing everything he had, he would be reunited once again with the person that once gave him light during the dark moments of his life. Meanwhile, Speedwagon, who was still looking through the door was shocked though not as much as before. If the nurse, who he now knows her name, knew Jonathan, then of course the opposite applies as well.

   Filled with shock, nostalgia and a once familiar sense of joy, Jonathan slowly got up from the bed as he stared lovingly at his old flame.

Jonathan: "*smiles* Erina... It really is you... You've really changed since then...."

Erina: "Me? Changed? Honestly, you're the one that's changed the most."

   Then, Erina began to tear up as she was glad to finally be able to reunite and talk with the person she still loved.

Erina: "*crying* Although... I'm really glad to see you again... JoJo..."

Jonathan: "*smiles* Yeah..."

   Meanwhile, Speedwagon simply smiled as he looked at the pair reuniting.

Speedwagon: "Heh... So, those two knew each other long before. It even looks like the two made some good memories together."

Weiss: '*bites her thumb* How I wish I was in her shoes...'

Ruby: "Wait, if this is the first time JoJo and Erina reunited after... Um... How long was the timeskip again?"

Penny: "7 years. I wish I could give a more detailed answer but the time pass in Jonathan's world is rather vague."

Ruby: "It's alright, Penny. Thanks anyway. But, still though. Where was Erina during the 7 year gap?"

   Fortunately for Ruby and the others who also wanted to know, their answer came in the form of Speedwagon.

Speedwagon (voice-only): "I later learned that the nurse, Erina had moved to India 7 years ago due to her father's job as a doctor. It was only recently that she came back and decided to assist in the hospital where her father worked. And in an twist of fate, she learned about Mr Joestar being admitted to the hospital and she immediately volunteered to look after him alone."

Ruby: "Huh... So, that's what happened."

Kali: "Hmm... India? Is that another country in your old world, Ben?"

Ben: "Yes. Considered to be the birthplace and origin of one of the world's main religions, it's the second most populated country in the world right after China. The latter you can describe it as...a more modern version of Mistral."

Everyone: "Ooh..."

Yang: "So, what's India like?"

Ben: "Well, granted, this is from when I was still alive, but if my memory serves me right, it's home to one of the 7 greatest wonders of my old world, the Taj Mahal. It's basically the largest mausoleum on the planet. Don't ask. Also, the culture regarding both the religious and artistic kind are fascinating to say the least and the food, in my personal opinion, is to die for. Especially since India is considered the Spice Capital of Asia."

Kali: "*claps her hands together* Why, that sounds lovely! How I wish we could visit these cities that's shown in this show."

Ben: "*chuckles* I'm sure you all do. But, again, this is from the time I was still human. India, England or maybe even my entire old world may have changed so much to the point that maybe even I wouldn't be able to recognize it now. So, now, it's best to leave it be. Anyway, I believe that's enough trivia for today. Back to the screen, everyone."

Speedwagon: 'But, still! To see such devotion! And those eyes... I thought they were as cold as ice but I was wrong. They were sharp not because she's a cold-hearted woman. No, it's the opposite! It's because of her feelings! Her desperate feelings towards Mr Joestar's awakening is what made them sharper than a blade! But, now, that cold persona is nowhere to be seen. Instead, she now smiles with such warmth, it fills Mr Joestar's heart with the purest of love!'

   Speedwagon took one last look at Jonathan and Erina before he smiled to himself and quietly left the scene.

Speedwagon: "*smirks* In the end, I was useless as expected. Well, I wasn't very good with this sort of thing anyway. I'll just have to visit tomorrow. For now..."

Speedwagon: 'It's time for Speedwagon to coolly withdraw from the scene.'

   Even though they agreed what he did was pretty cool, some of the adults and Huntsmen-in-Training couldn't help but laugh and giggle at his attempt.

Roman: "*smirks* I'll admit. Cheesy it may be, that was pretty cool of the guy."

Blake: "*giggles* Still, kinda tough trying to do so when there's no one around, Speedwagon."

Nora: "Well, good thing we're here watching it so we can watch him be cool!"

Ruby: "Yeah! Besides, Speedwagon doesn't need people to watch him to be cool! He's cool all the time!"

Neo: {Preach, Red, preach!}

   Back to Erina and Jonathan, the former suddenly felt a dizzy spell as her body and mind began to give out. Just as she was about to collapse, Jonathan quickly caught her even though his arms were still broken.

Pyrrha: "Oh, my!"

Yang: "Dang! Even with his arms broken, he'd still catch his girl."

Coco: "And he doesn't even look like he's in pain. Damn... If only a man like that exists on Remnant..."

Erina: "O-oh, my... I must have passed out a little..."

   When Erina recovered a bit from her dizzy spell, she was shocked to see that Jonathan caught her.

Erina: "G-goodness! Your arm is broken and you..."

Jonathan: "*smiles* For you, I'll catch you any time you'll fall."

   While most of the girls and women awwed at the love between the two, Weiss was secretly feeling more envious and wished that it was her in that situation.

   The scene then switches to Speedwagon walking out of the hospital but not before having one last look at the floor where Jonathan was staying before leaving.

Speedwagon: "*smiles* In this world, some people are fated to reunite once again."

   While some of the crowd members smiled at this, it didn't last long as the music quickly shifted to something more frightening as the scene changed.

Whitechapel, London-

   There, the crowd saw a couple of sorts walking down the empty streets. The woman was a typical English woman, wearing the usual Sunday dress while the man had more prominent features. He has blackish brown hair, he had a relatively short beard but what caught everyone's attention were his eyes. They were the sharpest eyes anyone has saw.

Qrow: "I don't like this..."

Tai: "*looks at Qrow* You too, huh?"

Qrow: "Obviously. You have to be an idiot to not see that the guy is bad news. He's got all the signs."

Neptune: "Um... Not to be that person but if I'm being honest, I can't really see it. He looks like a really nice guy."

Qrow: "Kid, we're professionals. Not to mention that I'm a Branwen. It's no surprise that I can tell who's a crook since I was raised in a tribe full of crooks. Also, sometimes the decent-looking ones are oftentimes the most terrible of them all. Those 3 stooges at the back are fine examples. After all, as much as I hate to admit it, they did play most of us like a fiddle."

Woman: "*scared* I-i want to go home. It's already so late."

Man: "What? *looks at Big Ben* No, it's not. There's still plenty of time. Come on, let's go somewhere else."

   Despite the man's insistence, the woman still refused to go.

Woman: "I-i can't... I'm scared... S-scared of that man in the papers..."

Man: "*confused* 'Man in the papers'? Who's that?"

Woman: "*turns to him* You should know! That killer! The one the media calls Jack the Ripper! They said he only kills at night and his main targets are often young women. His main weapon of choice is apparently some sort of scalpel! His last victim was said to have her intestines removed and nailed at the wall! Ahhh! I've never heard of such a terrifying man in my entire life!"

Neo: {Eh. Done way worse than that if I'm in the mood.}

Roman: "*glares at Neo* You're always in the damn mood when I was still alive, you little midget. Seriously, I lost count how many times I lost my lunch because of you."

Neo: *smirks* {And I regret absolutely nothing.}

Man: "Terrifying? Don't be silly. I don't think he's that scary. After all, for a while now..."

   The man then takes out something from his back and he was now holding a rather intricate-looking scalpel. But what he said next shocked both the woman and some members of the crowd.

Man: "...You've been talking to him this whole time."

Sun/Ilia: "Wait, what!?"

Ghira: "So, he's the killer that was mentioned in the second episode..."

Qrow: "Hate to say I told you so but..."

Kali: "*covers her mouth* O-oh, my... Before, he looked so...so normal. Like you wouldn't know he's secretly a killer."

Jaune: "*grumbling* Not unless you're a psychopath like that Tyrian guy..."

Blake: "*looks at the screen* Hmm... This is... Interesting..."

Emerald: " Wait a second... *looks at Ben* Hey, I thought you said his identity hasn't been found out yet in your old world. Why does he look like this?"

Ben: "What you said is right. He hasn't been identified nor caught in my old world. But remember, this is from another world. Another timeline. And I believe my presence here alone can already proven the existence of alternate worlds and timelines. And it seems that in the JoJo timeline, the identity of Jack the Ripper has been found. Also, I'm a God. I would have known all these things sooner anyway."

    Suddenly, the man, who's finally revealed to be Jack the Ripper, had his face distorted into a ferocious snarl as he lunged towards the woman.

Jack: "Your days of playing hooky are over, you deprived harlot!!"

   Jack then grabbed the woman by the hair and he proceeded to slash her by the neck, blood spewing everywhere from the wound. However, he wasn't done as he continued stabbing the body like a savage. Naturally, almost everyone in the theater room was unnerved by this brutal display with some of them regretting eating a bit before watching.

Weiss: "*covers her mouth* M-my Oum..."

Velvet: "*turning green* N-not again..."

Ben: "I've already teleported some buckets in front of you. Feel free t-"

   Unfortunately, Ben's words fell on deaf ears as those who's stomachs are weak towards gore immediately grabbed the buckets and began to barf into them, with the people sitting next to them patting their backs, hoping to ease their nausea.

Jaune: "*nauseous* Ugh... Shouldn't have eaten that chocolate bar..."

   As Jack continues to stab the corpse, he immediately stopped when a familiar laugh echoed throughout the empty street. Jack stopped and he turned around to find the source. And the one who was responsible for that laugh was someone that everyone minus Cinder was not happy to see.

RWBY/JNPR/SN/CV/O/I: "Dio!!!"

Cinder: "*raises her arms* Finally! Someone that actually deserves screen time compared to the other cretins."

    Just as they said, the one laughing was none other than Dio, who was wearing a hood while sitting on a wheelchair being pushed by the Oriental man from the last episode, Wang Chen, who was now completely zombified. Dio then raised his arm as he pointed at Jack. The crowd noticed that his hand was severely burnt and that he spoke in a rather raspy tone, showing that even he didn't came out of that fire unscathed.

Cinder: "*worried* Dio... Just what happened to you..."

Yang: "Yikes... If it was any normal human, those burns would... Just how the heck did he survived?"

Blake: "They'll probably show it later. For now, let's see what happens."

Dio: "You..."

   Jack couldn't help but shudder at his voice. Although it was incredibly raspy, one could feel the power and evil coming from it. Not to mention that the source of that voice was oozing out such charisma and overwhelming dominance. For once in his life, Jack had never felt so intimidated before.

Dio: "I like your style..."

Jack: "W-where the Hell did you come from? No... It doesn't matter... *glares at Dio* What matters is that you've seen me and for that, I cannot let you live!!"

Mercury: "Well... He's dead."

   Jack immediately dashed towards Dio and began to rapidly slash his face and throat. However, the latter didn't even bothered to move or block the oncoming assault and Wang Chen didn't even move to protect his master. If anything, he was watching everything unfold with a bemused look on his face. And what happened next...shocked Jack to the very core of his cold, twisted soul.

Jack: "*shocked* W-wha... W-what on Earth..."

    Jack immediately took a few steps back in both shock and fear. Despite the multiple deep cuts on his face, Dio wasn't even affected. If anything, it seemed like he was treating it as if a mosquito just bit him. But what make matters worse was that those same cuts were slowly healing themselves, scaring the murderer even more.

Dio: "From now on, I need servants. Servants who are loyal to the cause of I, Dio. Both incredibly loyal...and easy to control..."

   Wang Chen then smiled wickedly at Dio's statement, flashing his very sharp teeth in the process.

Dio: "Blood... I need blood to salve my burns... One or two lives are not enough... I will need more..."

   Dio looked down on his burnt body and thought back to when Jonathan stabbed him into the the spike of the Joestar Family statue. Then, the scene flashbacked to inside the burning Joestar Mansion, where a nearby pillar toppled onto the statue and Dio, who managed to barely escape from turning to ash, used all of his strength to break the pillar, using the rubble to shield him from the collapsing surroundings.

Dio: 'Back then... At that final moment! If that pillar didn't collapse onto that statue and broke it, no doubt I wouldn't be alive right now...'

   Hearing this, Blake immediately thought of the last episode, more specifically when Wang Chen spoke about Dio. And the words she remembered caused her to feel a chill run down her spine.

Blake: "*shudders* The devil's luck..."

   Yang and the rest of Teams RWBY and JNPR overheard Blake spoke and just like her, they too remember the last episode.

Yang: "Shit... Forgot about that..."

Jaune: "Yeah... That guy practically has the devil himself watching over him..."

Qrow: "Again, would love to give him my Semblance and I, his luck."

Weiss: "B-but, surely Jonathan still stands a chance, right?"

Ruby: "Y-yeah! He beaten him once, he'll do it again!"

Pyrrha: "Ruby, Weiss, I'm sorry but now, it's impossible. I'll admit, it was impressive of Jonathan to beat Dio despite the odds but it's due to luck and home ground advantage. It's impossible for him to do it again."

Weiss: "B-but, what about that Aura-like energy we saw him use in the opening? Maybe it might help him in his battle against Dio!"

Pyrrha: "We don't know that yet. Besides, even if that energy can defeat Dio, is it enough? And how long would Jonathan need to learn it? If it takes too long, by then, Dio would already have an army of zombies. Jonathan still doesn't know that Dio's alive and we still don't know what abilities he has. So, let me ask you this... If Jonathan and Dio were to reunite, could he survive fighting the zombified versions of renowned fighters and killers in his world and take down Dio, who I will assume has mastered all of his abilities in the end, alone?"

   The others were silent after Pyrrha finished. Most of them hate to admit but she was right. Even Pyrrha herself doesn't want to agree with what she said but after her death, it wouldn't be strange that she'd become a little cynical and more logical. Meanwhile, Cinder smirked as she was watching and listening from above.

Cinder: '*smirks* Well, took them long enough to understand. That magnificent man is unbeatable... Oh, how do I obtain them? A mask that grants me the power I want and the only man who is worthy of my heart.'

   The scene shifts back to the present where Dio touches his chest. More specifically, at when he was pierced through by the statue.

Dio: 'That night, I escaped those deadly flames... But now, I need plenty of life energy, plenty of blood to heal my wounds... But, not just any blood... A woman... I need the blood of many young women...'

   Dio then looked at Jack in the eye and immediately, he smirked evilly.

Dio: "And standing in front of me is the perfect man who will get me what I need."

   Suddenly, the crowd saw Dio's eyes began to glow and gave out a reddish spark before firing some sort of pulse towards Jack. Just as it hits, they saw Jack's eyes were glowing red and giving out that same red spark before they turned back to normal and he now looks like he's in a heavy daze of sorts. Immediately, the crowd members recognized this ability Dio was using, for it's a staple for vampires.

Ruby/Weiss/Nora: "Hypnotism!!"

Coco: "Tch! Of course the bastard can use it..."

Neptune: "Well, he is a vampire. Although honestly, I was really hoping that the vampires in that world didn't have that power..."

Sun: "Tell me about it... Fighting against an immortal super strong vampire is already insane but fighting a vampire that can control your mind? I just hope none of us have to face someone like that in the future."

Ben: "*looks at the readers* I believe now is the right time to press the X button in full doubt, assuming that you all already knew what happened in the book."

Velvet: "Who're you talking to?"

Ben: "Nothing. Just collecting my thoughts, Miss Velvet."

   Meanwhile, the Villains, especially Cinder, was watching this with great interest.

Cinder: "The power of hypnotism... Hmm... I wonder..."

Mercury: "Yeah... Imagine all the work we don't need to be doing and just make someone else do it..."

Emerald: "*looks at Cinder* Want me to make a list once we get back?"

Cinder: "Hmm... Consult the good doctor once you return. And make sure that the ones you've found are criminals and are loyal to our cause."

Emerald: "Yes, ma'am."

Adam: 'Hypnotism... If I had that power myself besides 'Moonslice'...'

Dio: "In this world, many people have good in their hearts. They cannot completely act out their hidden dark desires. They fear the magnificent influence of evil. However, there are those who don't even have a shred of goodness in their hearts.... The Evil Elite! People like me! And people like you... So, now, come to me, Jack the Ripper! Resign yourself to me, Dio!"

   Jack then slowly began to move towards Dio before kneeling in front of him, causing the latter to smirk evilly.

Dio: "Good... I will grant you incredibly power and assess to even greater pleasures. You will live with no worries any longer. *looks at the corpse* You hold a strong hatred for them, don't you? Women who delve into the grips of adultery and play during the night. I will give you the power to act on that hatred as much as you want! And in return, you're mine, Jack the Ripper."

    The camera then pans away as Dio raised two of his fingers and stabbed into Jack's forehead, the sound of his life being sucked away was the only thing the crowd could hear. Just then, the narrator spoke up.

Narrator: "On that day, Jack the Ripper claims his last victim and he disappears from the shadows of history! No one knew of his identity, motive or reasons of why his murdering spree stopped. No one...except Dio..."

Joestar Estate, Liverpool-

   The scene then changes to a few weeks later in the afternoon at a certain location. More specifically, at the remnants of the Joestar Mansion, where the crowd sees a now healthy and able-bodied Jonathan rummaging through the rubble, the only thing that's present of him being injured was the cast on his left arm.

Jonathan: 'So far, the only ones who know about the truth of this incident are me and Speedwagon... Though, I did have to give the police the rundown on the incident with Dio's arrest... But still, what worries me the most is that accursed Stone Mask! Even now, I can't find any signs of it under the rubble. I can only pray that it was completely destroyed during the fire...'

Yang: "Uh... Hate to break it to you but..."

Oscar: "Wondered what Dio might do with the mask..."

Ruby: "Maybe Dio's gonna create a vampire army or something!"

Blake: "Probably not. Dio isn't the type of person of wanting to share such power. Maybe he'll keep it to make sure no one but himself can have the power of the mask."

Jaune: "Whatever the reason is, all of us can agree it won't be pretty. But for now, let's just watch the show."

   The Huntsman-in-Training agreed and decided that for now, it's best to not think about what horrible evil Dio might do with the mask and apparently, it seemed that Jonathan too shared that same thought to a degree.

Jonathan: "For now, I thinks it best for me to not think about it..."

   As Jonathan was in thought, he heard someone walking towards him. He turned and saw Erina, who was holding a cane in her hands. She gave it to Jonathan, who smiled as he graciously took it and the two began to walk back to town.

   Seeing this, most of the teenagers and some adults couldn't help but smile and feel nervous at this scene. Smiling because of the blossoming relationship between Jonathan and Erina while being nervous because practically everyone in the room can sense the cold, sharp aura Weiss was exuding. And unfortunately, those sitting near her, particularly her teammates, were feeling the full brunt of it. All while no one was noticing a certain blue-haired boy was feeling more envious at Jonathan.

   As Jonathan and Erina were walking, the former couldn't help but feel as if someone was watching him. He quickly looked over his shoulder and saw a man spying on them. He was too far away so all Jonathan could make out was that the man was wearing all white along with a top hat.

Ruby: "Huh... Wonder who is that?"

Sun: "Well, at least it's not a vampire or zombie. After all, it is, well, daytime."

Ilia: "*mock salutes* Captain Obvious."

   Immediately realizing that Jonathan noticed him, the man in white quickly ran away, causing the giant to slightly narrow his eyes.

Jonathan: 'Who is that man? He's been following us for a while now...'

   Erina noticed Jonathan looking over his shoulder and was feeling a little concerned.

Erina: "JoJo, what's wrong?"

Jonathan: "*turns to Erina* Hmm? O-oh, it's nothing. Let's hurry up and go back to- Nani!?"

   When Jonathan turned back to the front, he was shocked at what he was seeing right now. Sitting on the ledge was none other than the man in white from just a few moments ago!

RY/JN/SN/C/O: "WHAT THE HECK!?"

Weiss: "H-how did he appeared in front of Jonathan so fast? He was at least 35 feet away from him!"

Penny: "37.2574 feet, to be precise, Weiss."

Weiss: "I didn't ask you! Although, thanks for the calculation. But, still! How!? *looks at Blake* Blake, you're the expert in these sort of things so... How!?"

Blake: "Don't really know. Either he's super fast or..."

Ilia: "He's got some crazy super power under his sleeve. And before anyone could say anything, need I remind you that vampires and zombies exist in that world? Why wouldn't superpowers exist?"

Ben: 'You're not far off, Miss Ilia. Wait till they get a load of Part 3-8...'

   Meanwhile, Jonathan was shocked for practically the same reason as Weiss. How the heck did this guy appeared in front of him so fast when moments ago, he was right behind him?

   The crowd, however, took this as an opportunity to learn more about the man's full features. He looks like he's about somewhere in his late 20s to early 30s and he possess a rather slightly above average built. He had brownish black hair and he had a mustache that's so well-groomed, Port would be eating his heart out in envy if he sees this. Like what Jonathan saw earlier, he was wearing an all white suit, a red vest along with a green bow tie. But what really caught everyone's attention was the checkered top hat he was wearing, which Roman gave his sign of approval. The man smirked at Jonathan's shock as he took a bite out of the ham sandwich he was holding earlier.

Jonathan: "*shocked* W-wha- How did you-"

Man in white: "*tilts his head upwards* Jonathan Joestar. And the lady next to you must be Miss Erina Pendleton, I presume."

Jonathan: "Y-you know my name!? Ho-"

   Jonathan was cut off when the man, from a sitting position, suddenly leaped into a few feet in the air, shocking both the former and Erina...along with a majority of the crowd.

RWY/JN/SN/CV/O: "Whoa!!!"

Qrow: "*whistles* Dang. That's impressive."

Summer: "Well, someone definitely didn't skipped leg day once, that's for sure."

Jonathan: "What!? From a sitting position he leaped into the air!? Such incredible power from his knees!"

Man in white: "You did well surviving the horror of the Stone Mask! However, I must inform you that the mask and the man who used it still lives!!"

Jonathan: "W-what did you say!?"

Ruby: "He knows about the mask!?"

Jaune: "Looks like it..."

Coco: "Guess that means he has some history with it. And I hate to say it, I'm willing to bet my favorite sunglasses that it didn't end well for him..."

   Using Jonathan's shocked state to his advantage, the man in white quickly dived down towards him to attack. He stuck out his pinky finger and proceeded to jab it into Jonathan's stomach, causing him to gasp out in pain as the impact was so strong Jonathan's cast was ripped apart.

Erina: "*worried* JoJo!!"

Yang: "Dang! He just knocked the wind out of JoJo with just a pinky!"

Tai: "Yeah. Granted, Jonathan is still injured and he was caught off guard but still. A pinky? Against a giant like him? That's pretty impressive."

Ozcar: "Skilled he may be, our question hasn't been answered."

Winter: "Indeed. Just who is this man?"

   Despite this, the man remained undeterred as Jonathan was now completely out of breath. If anything, it seemed like it's just what he wanted.

Man in white: "Yes... Yes... That's it. Get every single bit of air out of your lungs."

   After that, the man immediately removed his arm away from Jonathan's chest, the latter immediately collapsing to the ground in pain. Erina quickly knelt next to him, checking to see if he was alright.

Erina: "JoJo!! *glares at the man* How dare you!? Can't you see that he's injured!?"

   The man, once again, was undeterred by Erina's glare nor Jonathan gasping in pain. Instead, he was more focused on adding pepper, which he took from a basket he brought with him, to his sandwich.

Man in white: "Yes, yes. He's a bit out of breath right now but don't worry. It'll kick it in right about..."

   Suddenly, the sounds of bones crackling were emitting out of Jonathan's arm, causing a few people in the crowd to feel a little unnerved.

Yang: "*grabs her prosthetic arm* Geez! Getting some serious flashbacks and goosebumps here!"

Jaune: "W-what on Remnant is happening to his arm?"

Ren: "I don't know. The sounds, based on my knowledge, are bones being slowly moved in the arm. Could it be that his broken arm is repairing itself?"

Sun: "*covers his ears* Whatever it is, make it stop!"

Ilia: "*covers her ears* What he said!"

   Suddenly, Jonathan's arm began to glow brightly and the sounds were becoming louder, shocking everyone but the man in white.

Coco: "Whoa!"

Neptune: "What the heck?"

Salem: 'Mmm... Interesting...'

Jonathan: "M-my arm... W-what is..."

   As Jonathan was shocked by his arm suddenly glowing, the man in white finally decides to introduce himself.

Zeppeli: "I am called Baron Zeppeli. Although your efforts were commendable, I'm afraid that courage alone is not enough to destroy that accursed mask."

Ruby: "That's another cool name!"

Tai: "You know, I bet everyone noticed this but a lot of names in this show aren't really named after colors...except for probably the Joestars and Speedwagon."

Ben: "Well, I'm afraid that not all worlds share the color-naming rule as Remnant does. *muttering* Although, there are some that are similar..."

Pyrrha: "Whatever it is, we now know the name. The only things left are...".

Blake: "Who is Zeppeli?"

Weiss: "And how in the world did he know about the mask?"

   After the light died down, Jonathan looked at his arm and as soon as he could move it, he was in shock once more.

Jonathan: "My arm... I-it's healed! Completely! *clutches his fist* The pain is completely gone!"

Jonathan: "I can even lift this small yet heavy rock one-handed!"

Mercury: "Damn! His arm really is healed!"

Emerald: "Looks like Zen Boy got it right."

Ren: "*glares at the Villains* Don't ever call me that. Only my friends can call me that and by no means you people are."

Emerald: "*smirks* Aww... You're breaking my heart."

Ben: "Then, I believe you wouldn't want to end up like your leader earlier and be buried under a mountain of bones, yes?"

Emerald: "*scared* S-shutting up right now."

Nora: "Ha! Whipped!!"

Erina: "Unbelievable! It should have take a least two months for it to heal!"

Winter: "Indeed. A broken limb takes a lot of time to heal. Could it be that pinky strike Mr Zeppeli did had somehow healed Jonathan?"

Qrow: "*sarcastic* Wow... Wait to state the complete obvious, Ice Queen."

Winter: "Silence, you ignorant dolt!!"

Jonathan: "W-who are you!? What is it do you want!?"

Zeppeli: "One question at a time please, Jonathan. Wait, I believe you prefer JoJo, yes? Anyway, I can't answer two questions at the same time."

  Zeppeli then sat down on the ledge, more specifically, near where he placed his basket earlier. He took out another sandwich from said basket and proceeded to yet again add pepper to it.

Zeppeli: "To be honest, I had very little to do with your arm being healed. It was your breathing that healed your fracture and nulled the pain."

Everyone minus Ben: "Breathing?"

Neptune: "Uh, just a clarification but last I check, breathing doesn't exactly heal people immediately, right?"

Sun: "Again. No shit, Sherlock."

Ruby: "Maybe it's a type of power or ability that's special in their world."

Yang: "*looks at Ben* Ben?"

Ben: "*chuckles* I guess I can slightly oblige. Miss Ruby is right. It's a special ability that's only unique to certain individuals of that world. What does it do is, well, all of it will be revealed..."

Jaune: "*annoyed* In the next episode?"

Ben: "I was gonna say in a few minutes. Just keep watching."

Jaune: "Oh... *sheepish* S-sorry."

Ben: "No need. Now, on with the episode."

   As Zeppeli was explaining to Jonathan, he accidentally spilt a lot of pepper onto his sandwich. Then, a gust of wind suddenly blew, the pepper flew into Zeppeli's face, causing the poor man to sneeze.

Ruby: "Gesundheit."

   Because of the sneeze earlier, Zeppeli began to lose balance and he fell backwards over the ledge, causing a few crowd members to giggle at that.

Jonathan: "Why are you doing this!? Just how did you know my name!?"

   Jonathan and Erina quickly rush over to help him up but as soon as they look over the ledge, they, once again, were shocked to see that Zeppeli was gone.

Jonathan: "H-he's disappeared!"

Weiss: "Seriously, how is he keep doing that!?"

Ruby: "*mumbling* Wish I could teleport..."

Zeppeli: "I said one question at a time, JoJo."

   Jonathan and Erina quickly turned around and saw Zeppeli standing behind them while leaning on the ledge.

Zeppeli: "To answer your first question... Well, it's best that I show it to you myself. I'll answer your second question later. Now, I want you to follow me. Of course, Miss Erina is free to come along so long as she could keep her mouth shut. But..."

   Zeppeli, in a rare moment of the short amount of time the crowd and Jonathan knew him, he gave Jonathan a serious stare. And what he said next, only served to increase the giant's uneasiness.

Zeppeli: "The moment you see what I can do, your destiny will once again change."

    Jonathan and Erina simply stood there as the former watched Zeppeli simply flicked the metal cap of his pepper shaker. Oddly however, the force behind that flick was strong enough to crack and destroy a part of the cap. However, he once again added too much pepper and like before, he sneezed.

Ruby: "*giggles* And just like that, the serious atmosphere is gone."

Qrow: "Heh... Reminds me of how a certain little red-cloaked girl would often do the same thing as well to keeps spirits high."

Ruby: "*puffs up her chest* Then, whoever this girl is must be pretty impressive."

Weiss: "*rolls her eyes* *smirks* Ladies and gentlemen, the model example of humility right here."

Yang: "Still, that's pretty damn impressive. Granted, I can do that too but still."

Tai: "*deadpanned* Yang. All of us can do that. Thanks to our Aura and training. And I bet it's even easier for you thanks to your new arm."

Yang: "*sheepishly rubs the back of her head* Hehehe..."

Summer: "Still, for a normal human, granted, non-Aura human, that's pretty impressive since the cap is metal. *glares at Yang* Also, what did I say about swearing, young lady?"

Yang: "*scared* S-sorry, Mom."

Jonathan: 'He is a strange man. Completely unknown. But... It doesn't change the fact that my arm is healed and it's clear that he means no harm... Still...'

    Jonathan and Erina quickly followed Zeppeli to a nearby riverbank where Zeppeli continued where he left off.

Zeppeli: "I'll tell you about why I'm here later. I'll explain to you what happened to your body that helped heal your broken arm."

   Jonathan and the rest of the crowd was anxious to know what Zeppeli did to Jonathan.

Zeppeli: "I struck your diaphragm with a finger and altered your breathing, allowing you to create a special energy of sorts."

Jonathan: "Special energy?"

Oscar: "I'm guessing that it's probably that glowing thing we saw when Jonathan's arm was healed."

Mercury: "Yeah, no shit, Sherlock."

Oscar: "Huh?"

Ozpin: "*sigh* I'm afraid he meant that you've just stated the obvious, Oscar."

Zeppeli: "That's right. Allow me to demonstrate."

   Zeppeli then walked into the river for a bit before he stopped, in front of him was a frog sitting on a rock.

Jonathan: "W-what is he planning to do?"

Weiss: "H-he's not gonna do what I think he's gonna do, right?"

   Just then, Zeppeli began to take a few deep breaths. At first, Jonathan, Erina and the rest of the crowd thought that he was warming up until what they saw next shocked them. Suddenly, the water surrounding his feet began to tremble and a gold aura began to envelope his entire body.

RY/JN/SN/CV/O/ME: "Whoa!!"

Jonathan: "*shocked* W-what is going on!?"

   Jonathan unconsciously looked down at the water Zeppeli was standing and he was even more shocked than he was now.

Jonathan: "The water! L-look at the water!"

Jonathan: "Those ripples! They're completely unnatural!"

Zeppeli: "And now behold! I'll demonstrate it to you, the energy that healed your arm!!"

   Zeppeli then raised his fist as it hovers above the frog.

Jonathan: "N-no, he's not gonna!"

   Unfortunately, Jonathan was too late as with a battle cry, Zeppeli slammed his fist onto the frog with full force!

Ruby: "Froggie, no!!"

Weiss: "*covers her eyes* I can't look!"

Erina: "*covers her eyes* Nooo!!"

Jonathan: "STOOOOPPP!!!"

   Some of the crowd members were ready to look away from the frog getting smashed into a pulp but what happened next shocked everyone. As Zeppeli's fist made contact with the frog, the energy began to travel between them. While the frog appears to be unharmed, the force of the energy instead went through the rock it was sitting on and immediately, it was split in half!

   While some of the crowd members gave out a sign of relief that the frog was okay, they, along with everyone else minus Ben, who already knew about this and Salem, who was immediately intrigued by this, were rendered speechless. Even Qrow, who unconsciously dropped his flask.

   Meanwhile, the frog, which was completely unharmed, fell into the water before it quickly swam away. Jonathan and Erina, like the crowd members could only stare and gape at what just happened in front of them.

Jonathan: "*shocked* W-what was... The frog... It was completely unharmed... Yet, the rock it was sitting on..."

Zeppeli: "This, my new friend, is called Sendō (Way of The Hermit)."

Jonathan/Everyone: "Sendō?"

Zeppeli: "JoJo, let me ask you something? You know that all living beings require air to breathe, yes? But, the air we 'breathe' and the 'blood' that flows through our veins are much more connected than we think. When we breathe, our 'blood' will carry 'oxygen' from our lungs. The 'oxygen' in our 'blood' is then distribute to other 'cells'. These 'cells' are just smaller parts inside our 'body'. In other words, like the ripples in the water, our breathing causes ripples in our bodies. And these ripples produce this special energy. But, not everyone can do it so easily. Myself included, only a small amount of people have learned and mastered this. The Orientals dubbed this energy 'Hamon'. And the style that uses it is called Sendō."

Jonathan: "Hamon... Sendō..."

Yang: "Uh... Did anyone understand that?"

Weiss: "Afraid not..."

Ruby: "Me neither..."

Nora: "*grabs her head* My brain hurts..."

   Yang quickly turned to her trusted partner, hoping that she at least understood what Zeppeli said and fortunately, she did...most of it.

Blake: "I can at least get the gist of most of it. Apparently, when humans or any living being breathe, their bodies or cells create this energy called Hamon whenever it transfers oxygen to parts of the body. When Zeppeli struck Jonathan earlier, it enabled him to amplify his breathing to create more of this energy to the point where he could at least channel it. *looks at Ben* Did I got it right?"

Ben: "For the most part."

Zeppeli: "My Hamon energy became ripples that transfer throughout the body of the frog and it's this energy that shattered this rock!"

Winter: "Interesting... So, it's not Aura. Instead, it's a wieldable energy that although holds a considerable amount of destructive prowess, it appears that it can't harm living beings."

Qrow: "You forgot that it could also heal Joestar's arm."

Winter: "*glares at him* I can assure you I was about to say that."

Qrow: "*scoffs* Sure you did..."

   Zeppeli then turned to face Jonathan, his hands sparking with that same energy he created earlier.

Zeppeli: "JoJo! I know for a fact that accursed Stone Mask is still intact! I've learned that the mask and Sendō are connected, like front and back! That mask still exists! And so is its current wielder, Dio Brando!"

Coco: "And there it is, ladies and gentlemen. The big reveal."

Velvet: "*worried* I just hope Jonathan is taking this alright."

Jonathan: "*shocked* W-what!? Dio! Did you just said Dio!? Alive!?"

Cinder: "*smirks* Well, it looks like you might wanna retract that statement."

Roman: "Still, how the heck did Zeppeli know so much about this?

Adam: "For once, I agree with Torchwick. How the Hell did that human, Zeppeli tracked down Joestar?"

   Fortunately for Adam, Roman and those who are just as curious, it appears that Zeppeli already had an answer.

Zeppeli: "Tell me, JoJo. Do you remember a certain Chinaman, one that specializes in selling Oriental medicine?"

   Hearing that, Jonathan suddenly remembered. That man... The one who sold Dio poison which the latter used to slowly kill George. Jonathan couldn't believe that he forgotten about him. But, one mustn't blame him especially after his ordeal. With his reunion with Erina and the fire, his mind was too preoccupied. But, Jonathan was now plagued by a new question. Wasn't the poison seller already considered dead from the fire?

Zeppeli: "I see you just did. I can assure you, the poison seller still lives. His name is Wang Chen. When I came here to find the mask, there was a discussion about him and the Joestar Mansion fire at the local town. I investigated him and discovered that his name isn't part of the list of bodies of those who died that night. I investigated further at the remains of the mansion and found signs that he had already escaped the fire. Signs that the police themselves didn't notice."

Jaune: "Well, that explains why it was so convenient of Zeppeli to arrive at Jonathan's town."

Zeppeli: "And now, I believe you now know the main reason why I am here! For decades, I've searched for that wretched Stone Mask in order to do one thing! And that is to destroy it!! Along with the tragedy and evil that whoever wears it leaves in their wake!! That is why I've researched and mastered Hamon!! *points at him* JoJo!! You fought with the mask before so it is already your destiny to seek its destruction!! That is why you too must learn and master Hamon! Or else, the fate of yourself, your loved ones and the rest of humanity...will die."

Ilia: "*sarcastic* Wow, master an ancient mystical art in a few weeks, months even or else, everyone will either die or become a zombie working for a horribly narcissistic vampire with a God complex. No pressure."

Sun: "Hey, at least we know that Sendō can at least kill vampires and zombies in some way instead of just waiting till sunrise."

Neptune: "That and in a sense, it's technically his fault that Dio turned into a bloodsucker so, can't believe I'm saying this but, if there's anyone out there that has the right to kill him, it's Jonathan."

Jonathan: "*stunned* T-this is..."

   As Jonathan grabs a nearby dead tree branch as he tried to collect his thoughts, Erina quickly called his name in worry.

Erina: "*worried* JoJo, what's wrong? What does he mean by that?"

Jonathan: "E-erina..."

   Jonathan immediately thought back to the tragedy and horror the Stone Mask and Dio brought to him. And he imagined what will happen...if Erina was involved in some way.

Jonathan: 'No... Not her. Anyone but Erina. Now that the mask has been brought up... Now that Dio is brought up... No matter what, I can't let Erina be involved in this mess!'

    Suddenly, Zeppeli widen his eyes in shock at what he was seeing right now.

Zeppeli: "N-nani!? A-are those..."

   At the branch Jonathan was holding, the flowers that were once wilted began to rejuvenate and bloom once more! What was more shocking was that the man himself didn't realize.

RY/N/SN/C: "Whoa!"

Tai/Qrow: "Holy shit!"

Summer: "Language!"

Zeppeli: 'The flowers! Unbelievable! The flowers that were once dead are blossoming once again! And it's only at the spot JoJo was holding! Incredible... The Hamon energy that healed his arm still had enough strength to revive those flowers... Normally, it's almost impossible... *looks at Jonathan* This youth named JoJo... He posses a great talent and inner strength within! That is how he managed to survive an encounter with the mask! I can see it now... JoJo, he... He may hold the key to saving the world!!'

Ruby: "*looks at her team* Well, looks like we got ourselves a plan for JoJo."

Blake: "Master the use of Hamon."

Yang: "*smirks* Beat that pompous blonde dickhead and break the Stone Mask. "

Weiss: "*blushes* And save the whole world."

Nora: "And that's a plan I can get behind! Go, JoJo! Break that self-entitled bastard's legs!"

???-

   The scene the shifts to nighttime and the camera now focused on a small castle at an unknown countryside before suddenly, a woman's scream was heard, startling everyone.

Tai: "*grabs his chest* I swear to Oum, this place better revive me if I suddenly die from a heart attack here..."

Ben: "I can assure you, Mr Taiyang, that will not happen. You dying here, I mean."

Tai: "You better!"

   The camera moves to a small table, holding a candlestick and the Stone Mask before revealing a shirtless man, who is none other than Dio, sucking the life of a poor woman. The crowd noticed that the serious burns he had earlier were now almost completely healed, signaling that he was slowly regaining his power.

Yang: "Shit... Looks like Pyrrha's right... That bastard is almost healed..."

Cinder: 'Finally... Soon, I'll see that glorious man back in action!'

   After sucking out all the life out of her, the woman's corpse fell to the ground as Dio gave out a sigh of pleasure as he felt his body slowly began to heal once more .

Dio: "Mmmm..."

Cinder: "*moans* Oh, yes..."

   Cinder and a few others immediately moaned at Dio's sigh. Every time that man speaks, it's almost borderline orgasmic. However, not everyone shared the same sentiment as Mercury immediately cringed when he heard Cinder moan. He quickly got up and sat on the empty seat next to Emerald just to get away in case Cinder might literally give herself an orgasm.

Mercury: "Sweet Monty Oum... I swear, she could probably cum just from hearing his voice alone..."

Emerald: "Again, can you blame her? The guy's voice is like silk on steroids... *glances at the Heroes* Besides, she's not the only one trying to resist."

Dio: "My power is slowly returning. Yes, this reminds me of the food chain... Pigs feed on grass. Humans feed on pigs. And we feed on humans."

   Dio then picked up the dead corpse's head as he began to squeeze it.

Dio: "Humans are our food, so we are the true masters."

   After he finished his monologue, he crushed the corpse's head like it was a nothing but a soda can!

   The crowd members gasped in shock at the gruesome scene with some looking away while others immediately turned green at the sight of blood and brains spewing everywhere.

  Dio smirked as he turned towards Jack, who was now a zombie, standing by near his master. He then chucked the now headless corpse near his feet.

Dio: "Bon appetit, Jack. She's all yours."

   Hearing this, Jack quickly dove into the corpse and greedily devour it, like a tiger eating an entire ox after being starved for a long time.

Dio: "*turns around* However, that doesn't mean I can simply ignore my failure at the Joestar Mansion. I have to be prudent from now on. I'll start with a few wicked servants. Then, I'll slowly take over this town. Then, London. Then, all of Europe. And finally, the world! It will all belong to me! Soon, humanity will kneel at my feet!"

Ruby: "Not if JoJo or Zeppeli have anything to say about it!"

   As Dio was smiling wickedly at the prospect of the world in his grasp, Wang Chen suddenly appeared as he bowed to Dio.

Wang Chen: "Lord Dio, forgive me but my spies have brought me some news for you!"

   Dio turned towards his servant, an unamused look creeped up on his face.

Dio: "What is it? Can't you see I'm in the middle of my healing?"

   Wang Chen immediately flinched at this before he bowed even lower.

Wang Chen: "F-forgive me, my lord. B-but, I can assure you. This information I bring will be very beneficial to you. After all, it involves the man who did this to you, Jonathan Joestar."

Dio: "*shocked* What? Just now, did you just say JoJo?"

Sun: "Uh-oh. What does he mean by that?"

Coco: "Knowing him, it's definitely anything but good."

   Just as the crowd was about to know what information Wang Chen has...

A week later-

Nora: "Oh, come on!"

Coco: "*snaps her fingers* Just when we're getting to the juicy bits!"

   The scene then changed to the middle of the day, where Jonathan was currently training in the river with Zeppeli.

Jonathan: "A week has passed after my first encounter with the unfathomable Zeppeli. I've asked him to teach me the ways of Hamon and of course, he accepted. I knew that I must learn it should I defeat Dio."

Penny: "My calculations predict that there's an 89% chance that the information the zombie Wang Chen has must have something to do with Jonathan learning Hamon."

Oscar: "Um... No offense but I think that's pretty obvious, Miss..."

Penny: "Penny. Penny is fine. Any friend of Ruby's is a friend of mine."

Oscar: "O-oh, thanks."

Ozpin: 'I'm sorry to interrupt, Oscar but I'm afraid you're missing one more point.'

Oscar: 'Oz? What do you mean?'

Ozpin: 'It's quite simple really. Let's say that Miss Polendina's predictions are right. If that's true, then there leaves one big problem for young Jonathan. What precautions will Dio prepare against Hamon?'

   Just as the young farmboy was about to go deep into thought, the screen then shows images of Jonathan's training ranging from fighting techniques to balancing himself on a rock pillar while holding and having large rocks tied up on each hand to him meditating completely submerged in the river, again, with a rock laid on his lap.

   Needless to say, some crowd members were confused by this odd training.

Ruby: "Uhh... What type of training is this? I can get the practicing fighting moves thing but what does balancing on a pillar and meditating underwater have to do with fighting vampires?"

Nora: "Yeah! He should be focused on getting stronger to break Dio and his goons' legs!"

Weiss: "It's...actually quite simple really."

Ruby/Nora: "Huh?"

Weiss: "Remember Blake's explanation from earlier? Hamon requires controlled breathing to deal out heavy and accurate attacks. The problem is that should the breathing be disrupted in anyway, you can't use it. Hence why this training. It's to help him temper his mind and steady his breath so he could use Hamon even in the most precarious of situations."

Ruby/Nora: "Ohhh..."

Yang: "Wow, didn't expect you to be the one to explain."

Weiss: "What can I say? I've become quite observant since the past few weeks. To see things from all angles and to keep an open mind. That's what I've learned from my time in Atlas. *smiles* And with all of you."

RBY/JN: "Aww..."

Ruby: "*hugs her* That's my bestie!"

Winter: '*smiles* It seems that you've grown quite a bit since I last saw you, little sister.'

Jonathan: 'Honestly, even now, I can't fathom what he's thinking at times. But, what I do understand is that he and I are more similar than I thought. After all, we both share a similar past of sorts. A past...that's full of tragedy.'

   Hearing this, Qrow picked up his flask and began to drink out of it as he and some of the others were now intrigued in Zeppeli's past.

Qrow: "Well, about time we learn more about our pepper-loving pal here."

Sun: "Wonder what he meant by similar tragic pasts?"

Velvet: "I'm gonna go with that it must involve the Stone Mask at least."

   JoJo began to think back a few days ago, at a bridge near where Zeppeli showed Jonathan and Erina Hamon before. There, Zeppeli decided that although they only met just recently, it was best for Jonathan to learn more about himself and why he was after the Stone Mask as a form of trust.

Zeppeli: "JoJo, I believe now it's best that I tell you my goal. On why I'm so fixated on finding that mask and its destruction."

   The crowd was in suspense as they wanted to know the connection between Zeppeli and the Stone Mask.

Zeppeli: "All of this started when I was just a young Will A. Zeppeli."

Weiss: "So, that's his full name... Will A. Zeppeli..."

Ruby: "Still a cool name though."

   The scene flashbacks to a ship, where standing on the deck was a young man, looking beyond the unknown with a smile and a glimmer in his eye. It didn't take a genius to know that this youth was none other than Zeppeli in his youth. Then, the crowd heard the current Zeppeli narrating.

Zeppeli (voice-only): "I was born in a family of scholars but my passion had always been in exploring the unknown."

Qrow: "Heh... Just like Ol' Bart."

Ozcar: "Indeed. No doubt should the two meet, they'll get along splendidly."

Summer: "*gasp* Oh, my gosh... I completely forgot! It's been so long! *looks at Tai* How is Bartholomew? Is he doing okay these days? Is he still completely obsessed with coffee?"

Tai: "*chuckles* He's fine, honey. Barely changed at all whatsoever. And so is Peter by the way. Haven't heard from Glynda much but apparently, she's really stepping up as the new Headmistress of Beacon."

Summer: "I see... So, those guys are still around, huh? *smiles* That's good... Glad to see that those guys are still alright."

Zeppeli (voice-only): "Having a limitless thirst for exploration, I joined the archeological team at my father's university and had traveled to many places ranging from Egypt to India, discovering ancient ruins and uncovering lost civilizations."

    Ruby ended up feeling a little giddy at what Zeppeli said. It was almost similar to those explorers she often read in her comics. Those that search for adventure and lost treasure. Granted, she knew that the explorers Zeppeli mentioned were not the same as the ones she envisioned but that doesn't mean she didn't feel any excitement in it. After all, what young man or woman doesn't want to explore the world and uncover its secrets?

Zeppeli (voice-only): "During one of our expedition, we've stumbled upon the ancient ruins of an Aztec temple in the heart of Mexico. And naturally, we've decided to investigated it."

   Both Weiss, Blake and Winter were intrigued when they saw the image of the Aztec ruins and before she knew it, the former decided to ask the only person in the room that might know more.

Weiss: "Hey, Ben? Can you tell us more about this...Aztec civilization?"

Winter: "I second that motion. It's been a while since something caught my interest."

   Now, almost everyone turned to
Ben as now, they too are curious.

Ben; "I don't mind. It sometimes brings me a bit of joy to share some information of my old world to others, especially history. Anyway, long story short, the Aztec civilization, or the Aztec Empire where I'm from, was actually an alliance of three Nahua altepetl city-states. If my memory serves me correct, they're called Mexico-Tenochtitlan, Tetzcoco, and...Tlacopan, I believe. Anyway, these three city-states ruled the area in and around the Valley of Mexico from 1428 until they were defeated by the combined forces of Spanish conquistadores and their native allies in 1521."

Heroes: "Oooh...."

Nora: "That...actually sounds pretty cool."

Ozcar: "As I said before. Bartholomew would love to hear all of this."

   Then, the scene, for some reason, shifts back to the present where Jonathan and Zeppeli were now sitting on said bridge earlier.

Zeppeli: "During our investigation, although we've found many murals and symbols on the ruin walls, we also found nothing that was of value nor that might shine some light on the elusive Aztec civilization. Yes, we've found absolutely nothing...except for one thing..."

Jonathan: "You mean..."

Zeppeli: "That's right... It was my misfortune of accidentally finding it. That accursed Stone Mask..."

   Hearing this, Salem, still in her own private room, immediately felt intrigued at this new revelation.

Salem: "Hmm... Interesting... The Stone Mask found in the ruins of a forgotten civilization. *in thought* I wonder... Could these...Aztecs be the ones created the Stone Mask? If so, why have they not ruled the world yet given the mask's power? Could it be that they didn't know of their weakness to sunlight back then? Or their enemies actually pulled a miracle like Joestar did?"

   While Salem was preoccupied with her theories on the Stone Mask's origin, the crowd saw Zeppeli shiver and broke into a cold sweat in fear. Whatever he was remembering right now, it was clear that it still haunted him till today.

Zeppeli: "*scared* E-even now, just the mere thought about that accident still sends chills down my spine..."

Jonathan/RY/N/SN/C/O: "Accident?"

Zeppeli: "Yes... An accident on our way back home. Excluding myself, t-there were 58 crew members. And all... A-all of them had died in deaths so terrible, even the most stone-hearted of people will feel their souls shaken to the core..."

    The Heroes and some of the Villains were in both shock and horror, with some covering their mouths at what Zeppeli said. It was only natural for them to react like that, especially with that many people died.

Kali: "*covering her mouth* M-my Oum..."

Ghira: "Fifty eight casualties..."

Roman: "And this guy is probably the only survivor? Geez... And I thought I was screwed..."

Neo: {You still kinda are, Boss.}

Jonathan: "A-are you saying..."

Zeppeli: "Yes, that's right... Someone onboard the ship...had actually donned and accidentally activated the mechanism of that blasted mask..."

   The scene then flashbacks again to that same ship shone just a few moments back, only this time it was sailing in a thunderstorm. Then, the crowd was now seeing multiple scenes of the newly-turned vampire massacre everyone on the ship in a brutally gory fashion, causing some of the Huntsmen-in-Training to turn green and look away. Once again, Zeppeli continued to narrate.

Zeppeli (voice-only): "On that stormy night, the man who wore the mask went on a bloody killing spree. Blood painted across the walls, the lamps and windows too. The strength and power that monster possessed was so great, it made the whole ship tremble like an earthquake! My friends... My colleagues... All of them had deaths so gruesome, even the most stone-hearted of men would vomit at the sight. And that monster... Even with his arms broken from the slaughter, he didn't stop his murderous rampage. At the time, I had to escape."

   The scene then shows the younger version of Zeppeli pulling another man, presumably one of the crewmates as they reached the side of the ship.

Young Zeppeli: "Hurry! We need to jump off the ship! Before that monster kills us all!"

    Just as Young Zeppeli was about to jump, he then felt something off. Mainly, why did his friend suddenly felt weightless.

Young Zeppeli: "W-what? Why is it so light when I pulled him with me?"

   As he turned around, he was met with a gruesome sight as he was now holding just the severed arm of his fellow shipmate. Immediately, Young Zeppeli screamed in fear as he unconsciously dropped the arm.

Young Zeppeli: "G-gaaaaahhhh!!!!"

Weiss: "*covers her mouth* Oh, my Oum..."

Yang: "*grabs her prosthetic arm* Geez Louise! *looks at Ben* There's gonna be more, isn't there?"

Ben: "Yyyuup."

Zeppeli (voice-only): "It was then that I knew that I was the sole survivor of that massacre. I jumped into the ocean and tried to swam away from the danger. But...that monster followed me into the water."

   The crowd then saw Young Zeppeli dive into the water and tried to swim away but to his misfortune, the vampire too had dived into the water and in just a few seconds, was already caught up behind him.

Vampire: "Wrrryyy!!!"

   The vampire then grabbed Young Zeppeli's shoulder, forcefully turned him around and stabbed his two fingers into his other shoulder. But just before he could suck his blood dry, the crowd sees the morning Sun rising behind him.

Zeppeli (voice-only): "Suddenly, dawn had broke! The rising Sun was shining behind him! But... It was then that I... That I finally saw the face of the monster that slaughtered everyone."

   As the sunlight shone across the the vampire, Young Zeppeli saw the vampire's face and his eyes were widen in shock, grief and horror. Then, the scene temporarily shifted back to Jonathan and the current Zeppeli, where he revealed the identity of the vampire that almost killed him.

Zeppeli: "I-it was the leader of the expedition... My father..."

   Gasps echoed throughout the theater room as the Heroes along with Roman, Neo and Emerald felt their hearts go out to Zeppeli. Even Adam felt some sympathy towards Zeppeli. They all thought the pain, confusion and horror he faced that night must have been too horrible to imagine. It was a miracle that Zeppeli himself did not fall into despair. But still, to see his own father turn into a monster and under some influence, he almost killed his own son... Truly, it was a terrible ordeal.

Pyrrha: "*covers her mouth* My Oum..."

Jaune: "His dad... His dad wore the mask and he..."

   Nora turned to Ren with worry in her as visibly, he was as stoic as ever but the tightness of his hand on hers tells a different story. After all, Ren saw a part of himself in Young Zeppeli and he imagined himself in the shoes of the latter. He wondered, should he be in Zeppeli's place, would his father resist or completely give in to the urge to kill him?

   Ruby immediately cried as her heart cried out to Zeppeli. Like Ren, she couldn't imagine herself surviving and being strong in Zeppeli's situation should something like that happen to her. If something like that happens to her friends or family, let's just say that the young Rose is still shuddering at the thought. Yang and Summer quickly consoled the crying Ruby as the former glared at the screen.

Yang: "*gritting her teeth* Dammit... Just what monster made that stupid mask?"

Ben: 'A truly horrifying one, Miss Yang...'
  
     Jonathan solemnly looked at Zeppeli, who now has tears streaming down his face. Then, the scene shifted back to the past, where the crowd saw Zeppeli's father crumble to dust in the sunlight.

Zeppeli (voice-only):  "When I saw my father, he looked exactly like someone my age. The Stone Mask managed to made him into a man in his 20s. However, in front of my own eyes, he was burned and quickly crumbled into dust as he was completely basked in sunlight. It was then that I knew the weakness of those who wore the mask."

   After the vampire was completely vaporized by the sunlight, Young Zeppeli, completely fatigued by his ordeal, could only do nothing but stay afloat as he saw the ship sail away...with the Stone Mask still on board.

Zeppeli (voice-only): "After that, I drifted for days on end until I was finally rescued by a nearby fishing boat. However, I never felt relieved nor happy when I was rescued. Instead, I felt a powerful sense of dread. Dread that stems from the fact that the Stone Mask is still out there. Dread that should it be found by other men, they would surely figure out the mask's mechanism and horrible power. And should that happen, the same tragedy would only continue to repeat itself."

   The scene then changes back to the present time, as Zeppeli crossed his arms as he looked at Jonathan.

Zeppeli: "After I recovered, I felt that I had to destroy that mask, no matter what it takes. I've searched and investigated its whereabouts for a long time until I finally traced it here at the Joestar Mansion. To combat the mask, more specifically, the monstrosities it creates, I needed a way. A method to combat and destroy them."

Ruby: "*wipes her tears* A-and that would be Hamon."

Jaune: "Still, something's been bothering me for a while now. Why is it specifically Hamon? I get that it's in the distant past so technology and weaponry isn't exactly advanced as it is in our era but still. Why Hamon?"

   And apparently, it seems that Jaune wasn't the only one who had that question in mind.

Jonathan: "And that method...is Hamon? But why?"

Zeppeli: "As I told you, my father was destroyed by sunlight. Back then, I pondered about it everyday. Why sunlight? Why is it that sunlight can kill them while even human weapons cannot?"

Roman: "You know, now that I really think about it, he kinda have a point. In a broad sense, why is it that most vampire's weakness is the Sun anyway? *looks at Blake* Any ideas, Kitty Cat?"

Blake: "*glares at Roman* First off, don't ever call me that. Only my friends call me that and live. Second, I...guess I can share a few theories. One of them is that sunlight carries a type of radiation so sensitive to vampires, it's like pouring acid onto their skin. Another would be that since most religious people associate the Sun as God's light and that vampires are considered an abomination of darkness, vampires stepping into the Sun is kinda like God burning them alive via His holy light. Though, please bear in mind that these are just theories and well, most vampire stories start off as either one soooo... Yeah."

Yang: "Huh... Good to know."

Zeppeli: "For years, for decades I've searched every corner of the globe for any clues that remotely resemblance that mask. It was then that I discovered Hamon. *raises his voice* After I learned Hamon, I began to research about it and soon, I knew why! Why Hamon or rather sunlight is so powerful against vampires!"

    All of the crowd members especially the Huntsmen-in-Training was already leaning forward, clearly interested at what Zeppeli has to say.

Zeppeli: "As I believe you already know this, JoJo, the mask protrudes spikes whenever it touches blood. Those spikes, when entered the brain, awakens a mysterious power inside the wearer but it also awakens a surging hunger inside, turning the wearer into a monster whose sole purpose is to feed. Feed on the energy that stems from human blood. Meanwhile, as I told you, Hamon energy is created by the energy in our bloodstream as we breathe. Do you understand, JoJo!?"

Coco: "Wait a second, I'm beginning to see a pattern here! If my prediction is correct, then Hamon and the mask is..."

Zeppeli: "The energy created by Hamon and the energy created by the mask! I discovered that they are more connected than I thought! To put it simply, they're both the same energy!"

Coco: "Ha! Called it!"

Velvet: "*looks around* Uh... I think everyone else had already got it too, Coco."

Coco: "*pouts* Why do you have to ruin my moment?"

   Zeppeli stood up and then, he proceeded to pick up a small rock and threw it in the river, the impact creating a rather large ripple on the water surface.

Zeppeli: "Tell me, JoJo. How does one destroy a ripple?"

   Jonathan looked at the ripple for a bit before he slowly began to realize what Zeppeli meant.

Jonathan: "I think I'm beginning to understand what you're saying, Mr Zeppeli. To destroy a ripple..."

   Like what Zeppeli did earlier, Jonathan stood up as he picked up a rock and threw it into the river, creating another ripple. The new ripple then collided with the old ripple and then, the two ripples disappeared.

Jonathan: "You need to create another ripple! The two forces colluding with one another dissipates both! Like fighting fire with fire!"

Zeppeli: "Correct! If those who wore the mask are struck by Hamon, the colliding force of energies inside their bodies will crush them from the inside! But, that's not all! I also discovered that Hamon waves created by our breathing... *points at the Sun*...are almost the exact same waves created by the very Sun itself! These three energies are the same! The only difference is that the energy from the Sun is stronger! This is why both Hamon and sunlight are able to kill vampires!"

   Nora, immediately perked up as soon as she heard the last part and she quickly became starry-eyed, completely misunderstanding what Zeppeli said.

Nora: "Hold on! You're telling me that Zeppeli can hit people with the force of a literal Sun!? *squeals* Where do I sign up for Hamon lessons!? *smiles maliciously* Because Mama needs some extra oomph in her smashes!!"

   Almost everyone in Nora's proximity quickly backed away as soon as they saw the unhinged smile on her face. All except Ren, who gave out a sigh as he needed to clear up some misunderstandings.

Ren: "...Nora?"

Nora: "Yes, Ren?"

Ren: "I...think you got it wrong. Zeppeli said that Hamon creates energy waves similar to sunlight. Not the actual heat or force of the literal Sun."

Nora: "Nah! Come on, Ren. Zeppeli said that Hamon creates energy similar to the Sun and we saw him broke a solid rock with his fist alone! So, of course Zeppeli can at most punch with the force of a Sun. Right, Ben?"

Ben: "*shakes his head* Nope. Forgive me, Miss Nora but it appears that you misunderstood what Zeppeli said. What Mr Lie said was correct. Hamon can only create energy waves similar to the Sun and even on both ends, they're only harmful to vampires and zombies. As you already saw earlier with the frog, living beings are almost immune to Hamon."

   Hearing that, the sounds of glass breaking was heard from Nora as she looked like as if she just knew that her life was a lie. She began to be teary-eyed as she looked at the screen once more before turning back to Ren.

Nora: "*sniffles* S-so... No Supernova Nora Leg-destroying Smashes?"

Ren: "*shakes his head* No Supernova Nora Leg-destroying Smashes."

   Nora then slumps down as all the excitement from earlier disappeared and was replaced with a sense of melancholy.

Nora: "*slumps down* My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined..."

Jonathan: "Mr Zeppeli, I see that both you and I share similar pasts. I beg of you, teach me the ways of Hamon! Be it excruciating pain or endless trials, I'll gladly endure it all!"

Zeppeli: "*chuckles* Even if you refuse, I'll still forcefully teach you regardless of the outcome. After all, with Dio Brando alive and the Stone Mask intact, there's no doubt that he is recuperating and gathering more minions by the second. As soon as he's recovered, the first thing he'll do is definitely to kill you first. But, I'm not too worried. After all, I'm sure you'll master Hamon in no time."

   Zeppeli then proceeded to ruffle Jonathan's hair while laughing joyfully, causing some of the crowd members to giggle and laugh at the scene.

Tai: "You know, I really like the dynamic between the two."

Summer: "*giggles* Yeah. It's more like an older sibling-younger sibling relationship than that of a teacher-student one."

   Meanwhile, some of the Huntsmen-in-Training were more concern with what Zeppeli said about Dio.

Yang: "*looks at Jaune* So, strategist? Any clues on whether our boy can kill our and Sun's evil blonde distant ancestor?"

Jaune: "*chuckles* Okay, first off, that was pretty good. And second, well... I...don't know. If what Zeppeli said is correct, that would mean that the only way Jonathan could really stand a chance is that he needs to complete master Hamon quickly and diligently. Otherwise, he's really screwed should Dio decide to attack first."

Blake: "Let's not forget Wang Chen from earlier. Since it's been some time since Jonathan's training had begun and Dio's recovery, we can only assume that this 'news' he said was definitely or at least related to Hamon. That would mean that Dio will come up with countermeasures against it. And if that's not worse, he's creating an army of zombie versions of horrible killers in his world and since he lost to Jonathan before, he won't be as cocky as last time. He will take killing Jonathan seriously."

Weiss: "*worried* Jonathan..."

   The flashback ends and the scene changes back to the present, where Zeppeli and Jonathan were now both stretching their arms out in the river.

Coco: "Huh... Looks like we're back at the training montage."

Zeppeli: "Remember, JoJo. Your breathing affects your blood. Your blood carries oxygen as you inhale. The oxygen in your blood affects your body's cells. And like ripples in the water, breathing properly creates ripples in your body. And that creates Hamon. Do you understand?"

Jonathan: "Yes!"

Neptune: "You know, it still kinda amazes me that Hamon carries some form of medical science for it to work."

Sun: "Well, when you're investigating ways to kill an immortal bloodsucker, you kinda need to explore all angles to know how this power can work and why does this power can kill this particular monster."

Neptune: "*smirks* Well, looks like someone was hitting the books while he was gone. I thought you hate being a quote-unquote 'nerd'."

Sun: "*sarcastic* Ha, ha. Real funny."

Zeppeli: "Good, JoJo. Now, for your next lesson..."

   Zeppeli motioned for Jonathan to strike and he obeyed. The two then proceeded to trade punches. However, despite the clear difference between arm length and thickness, Zeppeli's suddenly began to stretch and it socked Jonathan in the chest, the force sending the poor man flying.

Everyone minus Ben: "Whoa!!!"

Jonathan: 'W-what the!? H-his arm! It stretched! Despite me having the length advantage, he somehow managed to strike me first!'

Yang: "Yeah! What he said! Seriously! How did he do that!?"

Winter: 'That attack... It's similar to what Vine Zeki would do. Could it be that it's possible to apply Hamon in different situations just like us with our Semblances and Auras?'

   Just as Jonathan crashed into the water, Zeppeli's arm suddenly retracted and it was back to normal.

Zeppeli: "That was 'Zoom Punch', one of the many combat techniques taught using Hamon."

RWBY/JNP/SN/CV/O/ME: "Zoom Punch?"

Zeppeli: "It takes advantage of the pain-nullifying properties of Hamon. I dislocated the joints in my arm as I threw my punch, channeling Hamon into my arm to null the pain. Ergo, I was able to increase my punching range and speed and I don't need to feel any excruciating pain from it."

   Some of the crowd members especially the veteran Huntsmen were impressed and intrigued by this. They didn't expect that one can use Hamon like this.

Qrow: "*drinks from his flask* Okay, I'm not one to be impressed easily but that. *gestures to the screen* That is clever."

Ozcar: "Indeed. To use a certain aspect of your ability that's normally either useless or inoffensive and use it in such a brilliant way... You probably know this but I still hope that all of you can take notes, children. A sharp yet flexible mind which can use your weaknesses into strengths in any situation is a must in battle...and in life."

Yang: "*smirks at Ruby* Now, why does that sound familiar?"

   Meanwhile, at Salem's private room...

Salem: "Hmm... Interesting..."

Zeppeli: "JoJo, I taught you all the variations of Hamon and I trained you to strengthen your spirit and breathing stamina. Now, you must learn how to utilize everything about Hamon in combat. A human cannot rely on speed and power alone to defeat the Stone Mask. That's why you must change that mindset immediately. But, more importantly..."

   Zeppeli then proceeded to bonk Jonathan in the head with his umbrella, causing some of the crowd members to laugh at that.

Zeppeli: "Once again, your breathing was disrupted because you allow yourself to be stressed. The Hamon energy that flows in us is sensitive towards mental duress in our mind. And when we feel mental duress, it affects our breathing, making it uneven. An uneven breath is a Hamon user's worst enemy. Remember that."

Jonathan: "*nods* Yes, sir!"

Jaune: "You know, there are so many things to learn here, it wouldn't hurt to integrate some of the stuff we learn into our fighting styles and strategies."

   Ruby immediately perked up the moment she heard Jaune. She quickly stood up as she dramatically pointed at him in a hero pose.

Ruby: "Now, that's a great idea, Strategist Jaune! *sits down* If we add in what we learn from the show with what we have now, we'll come up with new strategies, create better techniques and, well, become better fighters."

Ren: "And we could also become better, wiser people with the amount of philosophies from this show."

Yang: "*grins* Well, that sounds like a good idea! I'm in!"

Weiss: "Same here."

Weiss: '*blushes* Especially if I can keep watching Jonathan...'

Pyrrha: "Well, I may be dead but I'm still a fighter at heart. I would love to learn new fighting techniques from this."

Nora: "Me too! Me too! If I can learn how to smash people's heads in better, that's all I need to here!"

Blake: "*nods* I'm in. Besides, I'll still watch for the adventure anyway."

Coco: "Looks like you two come up with a good idea, Red, Vomit Boy. I'm in."

Velvet: "Same. Shame that Fox and Yatsu aren't here..."

Sun: "Hey, don't forget about us! I'm down to learn some new moves! Right, Neptune?"

Neptune: "Yup. *slicks his hair back* Gotta learn new ways to protect the ladies after all."

   Meanwhile, the Villains, mostly Cinder, was laughing quite darkly at the Heroes' idea.

Cinder: "*chuckles darkly* Well... It seems that they failed to remember that we are here as well... Well, they're not the only ones who's paying attention. Emerald, are you already taking notes?"

Emerald: "Of course, Cinder. Ever since the beginning."

Cinder: "Good... With this new information we learned, it will help us be one step closer to our goal... The Mistress will definitely be pleased..."

Mercury: "That and it'll keep Watts' mouth shut for a while so bonus points for that."

Roman: "*looks at Neo* Mistress?"

Neo: *nods* {Fire Lady there's got a boss who happens to be the head honcho for the Grimm. Judging from what she told me, this Mistress is really bad news.}

Roman: "*deadpanned* Of course the Grimm has a queen and that she's Cinder's boss... *sighs heavily* I miss those days when I was just a simple thief and criminal mastermind. It was so much simpler and less stressful... Well, thank goodness I'm already dead..."

   Roman gave out a heavy sigh as Neo gently gave him an encouraging pat in the back. While most of the young Huntsmen-in-Training and some of the Villains were enthusiastic about learning what they can from Jonathan and the rest of the show and adapt them to their fighting style or evil schemes, depending on the side, all of them failed to notice their resident Undead God, who was silent as he tilted his hat downward.

Ben: '*tilts his head* My sincerest apologies, everyone... But, for the safety of your world and to keep the timeline in check...'

Zeppeli: "*smirks* Good. Now, let's try again."

   Just as the two were about to continue the lesson, they stopped when they heard someone calling them. Someone very familiar.

Speedwagon: "Hey, Mr Joestar! I've got some news!"

Ruby: "Hey, it's Speedwagon!"

Neo: {Best Waifu!}

Ben: "*nods in approval* I approve, Miss Neo."

Jonathan: "Speedwagon?"

Weiss: "I'm guessing this news must not be good, right?"

Yang: "*mocks salute* Captain Obvious."

   It seems that Weiss was right as whether news Speedwagon told them, it was extremely important as the scene now shows them riding a carriage at high speeds to an unknown location.

Jonathan: "We're heading to Windknight's Lot?"

Speedwagon: "Yeah. A contact of mine who's from the underworld said that people had spotted Dio or rather, that poison-seller, Wang Chen there. Apparently, they're also a lot of cases of people disappearing there as well. It doesn't take a genius to know what happened to those people."

Zeppeli: "Hmm... It appears we don't have much time left. JoJo, it seems that your last lesson shall be learned in combat. Do pay attention when it happens."

Jonathan: "Yes, sir!"

    The crowd then saw while Speedwagon and Zeppeli were wearing the same clothes, minus the hat for Speedwagon, Jonathan was the only one wearing new clothes. And well, the moment they saw it, most of the crowd members were desperately trying their best not to laugh because...

   His clothes were awful. Jonathan was wearing a shirt under a sweater-vest. He wore a red bowtie on his neck and on his head was a deerstalker hat. Not really exactly what you would wear when you're going to fight an immortal vampire.

   Soon, they don't know who laughed first but soon, the whole theater, with a few exceptions, was now bursting with laughter. Even those who were normally serious and stoic still gave out a chuckle at Jonathan's ridiculous outfit.

Ruby: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! W-WHAT ON REMNANT IS HE WEARING!? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Sun: "HAHAHAHA!!! Oh, man! Y-you're really suited up to go hunt down vampires, J! *hits the armrest while laughing*"

Nora: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! *wipes her tears* I-i can't wait to see Dio's face when he finds out Jonathan beat him wearing that!!! Hahahahahaha!!!"

Blake: "I-i'm sorry but... *muffles a laugh* H-he looks ridiculous..."

Emerald: "*holding her stomach* Hahahahaha!!! I-is he seriously gonna try fighting zombies and a vampire...wearing that!?"

Mercury: "*wheezing* S-sure as Hell looks like it!"

   Meanwhile, Cinder could do nothing but facepalm herself at Jonathan's clothes, remembering that this man was the one who defeated Dio last time.

Cinder: 'This... This is the man that bested my Dio... At least wear your old clothes from the last episodes! They look way better on you then those...those rags you're wearing right now! Dio deserves at least that much respect!'

   Meanwhile, Coco wasn't laughing like the others. Instead, all she felt was a stinging pain in her chest. Her inner fashionista was disgusted by Jonathan's choice of clothing and if she was there, the man will be beating Dio while looking stylish all the way.

Coco: "Ugh! *clutches her chest* My poor fashionista heart... It can't take the horrible tragedy that is... *gestures at Jonathan's clothes*...that. If I was there..."

Velvet: "Coco...cut the poor boy some slack."

Coco: "B-but, look at him! Of all the clothes, why those!? His last uniform looked way better!"

    Meanwhile, Weiss, and to an extent, Winter were the only ones who find no fault in Jonathan's clothing and tried to defend it.

Weiss: "All of you, be quiet! I, for one, think he looks great in those clothes."

Winter: "I agree. Normally, those type of clothes would look ridiculous on anyone but it works for him. The deerstalker hat was also a nice touch."

Qrow: "*smirks* Well, I must be hearing things. The Winter Schnee defending the fashion choices of some random guy. Hell must be frozen over right now. Oh, oh, wait. Sorry. I forgot he's not just any guy but your other dimensional wet-dream buff-ass crus-"

   Qrow immediately cut himself off as he quickly moved out of the way, narrowly dodging all the food Winter was throwing at him. And she was slowly becoming more accurate every time she threw.

Jonathan: "*clenches his fist* This time, I'm ready to fight."

Speedwagon: "Me too! I've been involved this far! It wouldn't be human to leave after all of this! Not to mention that it's not my style either!"

   The stagecoach then was closing in on a long tunnel that would soon take them to their destination on the other side.

Speedwagon: "Look, we're approaching the entrance to Windknight's Lot!"

Jonathan: "Indeed. We'll be arriving as plan and attack when the Sun is still up."

   Just as the carriage enters the tunnel, Jonathan looked back and took one last look of the town before he thought back on Erina.

Jonathan: 'Erina... I left without saying goodbye to her. It was only natural that I didn't told her. If I did, I'll be putting her in danger.'

   Jonathan solemnly gave one last look at the town before that familiar determined look in his eyes returned as he raised his fist and clenched it, as if he was swearing an oath.

Jonathan: "But, mark my words! I will return to her!"

Weiss: '*huffs away* I still don't know what's so special about her. If it was me, I'll definitely be of much more help than Erina! Still... I can understand where Jonathan is coming from... But, still!'

   While Weiss was still coming to terms with her jealousy, after riding in the tunnel for a while, the carriage suddenly stops to a halt.

Jonathan: "What's going on!?"

    It didn't take too long for everyone in the crowd to know that Jonathan and the others stumbled into a trap and a battle is soon to brew. And with the location they were in, the Heroes couldn't help but worry.

Ilia: "This...just straight went from good to worst situation possible."

Blake: "Agreed. Dark area, wide space but a one-way path, that tunnel is practically Heaven for an ambush or trap."

Yang: "Especially if you're a vampire or a zombie."

Speedwagon: "Oi! Driver! Why the Hell have we stopped?!"

   Angered by the sudden stop especially when they have a mission to do, Speedwagon angrily got out of the carriage to see what was going on.

Jonathan: "Be careful! Sunlight doesn't reach here!"

Speedwagon: "Hey, driver!"

   As soon as Speedwagon got to the front of the carriage, he immediately stopped, his legs began to tremble in fear. No sooner after, Speedwagon could barely speak out a sentence before he let out a blood-curdling scream...at the horrible sight in front of him.

Speedwagon: "A-ah... G-g-guh... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!"

   That's right. Both of the horses and the driver were dead, the former both decapitated while the driver was completely skewered with knifes all over him. It didn't help that one of the horses' decapitated head was over the driver's head before the corpse began to lean forward and hit the ground, laying limp and bloodied forever.

    Needless to say, everyone including the Villains were horrified by this gruesome sight just as much as Speedwagon was.

Sun/Neptune/Mercury: "HOLY SHIT!!!"

Weiss: "*covers her mouth* Good Oum..."

Ruby: "T-the horses..."

Yang: "*shocked* H-how in the Hell did that happened so fast? It wasn't even that long since they just entered the tunnel..."

    Blake was silent as she too was shocked by this. Meanwhile, on her parents' side...

Kali: "I-i can't... I-it's too... *turning green*"

   Kali quickly grabbed the bucket already teleported to her by Ben before she hurled her guts out, with Ghira gently rubbing his wife on the back, hoping it can help soothe her. While the other scenes made her queezy, she was able to keep her nerves up. She'd seen worse during the Faunus Rights Movement. But this... This one managed to push her over. Meanwhile, some of the others especially those that are weak to gore like Velvet and Jaune, quickly grabbed the buckets near them and threw up as well.

Jaune: "*nauseous* Oum, I lost count just how much I lost my lunch..."

Velvet: "*nauseous* Tell me about it... I think I just lost 3 days worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner..."

   When Jonathan and Zeppeli got down from the carriage and saw the fates of the driver and his steeds, they too were shocked at the gruesome sight but unlike Speedwagon, they were quick to calm their nerves as Jonathan scanned the area for any signs of his arch-enemy.

Jonathan: "*shocked* This is... Could this be Dio's handiwork? Then... *looks around* Where is he?"

   Zeppeli looked at the scene in front of him and it appears that he detected something as his expression becomes more and more serious.
 
Zeppeli: "...The two of you, step away from the horses."

   Just as he said that, suddenly, one of the corpses of the horses began to tremble and shake before suddenly, a familiar face showed himself from the severed neck of said corpse. And it was none other than the killer-turned-servant of Dio, Jack the Ripper!

Jack: "Wryyyy...."

   Needless to say, everyone and I mean everyone with the exception of Ben felt their stomachs churn at this while those that were puking earlier began to feel more and more acquainted with the bucket in their hands.

Jaune: "*looks up* *nauseous* Come on... Give us a damn break here..."

Speedwagon: "*scared* W-what the Hell!? T-there was someone hiding in the horse's corpse!?"

   Then, Jack pushed his arm out of the horse's corpse and soon, he managed to free himself as he leaped into the air, a rather large knife was brandished in his hand.

   Speedwagon began to feel weak in the knees as his instincts were telling him to run away at the sight of Jack the Ripper.
 
Speedwagon: "M-mr Joestar! This guy is bad news! H-he's worse! Compared to Dio, this guy is more insane, more evil than him!!"

Jonathan: "S-so, it has begun. Dio has begun gathering his evil minions."

    Meanwhile, Zeppeli was unfazed as he took out a bottle of wine and a wine glass from the carriage. Then, he proceeded to poke his finger at the bottom of the bottle, creating a small hole. Then, through said hole, he let the wine pour into the glass.

Qrow: "*smirks* Guess that's one way to pop one open."

Zeppeli: "Both of you, stand aside. I shall battle this abomination."

    Hearing this, the crowd especially the Huntsmen-in-Training and seasoned warriors were intrigued as they finally get to see Zeppeli fight.

Yang: "*smiles* Looks like we get to see Ol' Zeppeli in action."

Pyrrha: "Indeed. But, I wonder... Just how would Zeppeli fight using Hamon? We know that Hamon has some unorthodox techniques like the Zoom Punch but..."

Weiss: "Knowing that, I have a feeling that the wine Zeppeli's holding is more than just a refreshment for him."

Ruby: "*squealing* Ooh... I can't wait to see some new Hamon moves!" 
 
Nora: "Come on, Zeppeli! Kick that zombie's butt!"

   After he leaped, Jack landed onto the floor before turning to the trio and smiled viciously, showing his sharp fangs.

Jonathan: "I-is he a vampire like Dio? Wait... *smells the air* This stench... I know this dying stench. Back during the fire..."

Zeppeli: "As you should, JoJo. This is a zombie, a creature given eternal life and power through devouring human flesh and blood. However, he is now nothing more than a marionette for the man that originally took his life, Dio! Even as his flesh rots, he will feel no pain whatsoever!"

   The zombified Jack then raised his knife, the air surrounding it began to change and distort, much to Jonathan, Speedwagon's and especially the shock of the crowd.

RWY/JN/SN/C/O/I: "Whoa!"

Qrow/Tai: "What in the..."

Ghira: "This is..."

Roman: "*rubs his eyes* Uh... Everyone's...is literally seeing this right now, right?"

Neo: {Last I check, none of us are blind...}

Cinder: "Hmm... Very interesting..."

Jonathan: "*shocked* W-what is this!? The knife... And the air... Is this an illusion?"

Speedwagon: "*shocked* Y-you noticed it too, Mr Joestar. That knife... When he swung it, the air around it looked like it was literally being cut! S-such a horrifying weapon..."

   Seeing the fear on Jonathan and Speedwagon's face, the killer-turned-zombie laughed evilly as he brandished his knife in his hand.

Jack: "Hehehe... Pigs... That's what you three are now... Pigs in a slaughterhouse! Hahahaha!! I'll show you the most exquisite terror you've ever seen as I kill you all and feast on your fresh, warm blood! In fact, I can practically taste it now!"

   In his mad rant, Jack then proceeded to stab himself in the face as he pushed his knife through his cheeks, unnerving both Jonathan and Speedwagon along with the majority of the crowd.

Sun: "*gulps* Y-yeah, don't want to be say it but if I was there, I'll...definitely be running for the hills."

Neptune: "W-wouldn't blame you. If I had to choose between fighting that or swim in the ocean, I'll...probably kill myself then and there to spare me the trouble."

Coco: "Pfft! I thought you guys were tough, not pussies. If I was there, I'll turn that zombie into Swiss cheese faster than he'll call for help from his bastard of a master."

Velvet: "In their defense, Coco, no one goes around carrying a minigun with them 24/7. Especially in a civilization where weaponry isn't that advanced yet. Without that along with a Dust supply on hand, you'll be as vulnerable as a baby chick. Also, I saw you flinch when he, well, stabbed himself."

Jack: "Tremble in despair, little insects!"

   As Jonathan and Speedwagon took a few steps back in intimidation at the zombie's sudden yet gruesome act, Zeppeli, again was still as cool as a cucumber.

Zeppeli: "Hmm... It seems that this zombie lives purely for the sake of cutting people down with his knife. He must be quite the horrible villain when he was still human."

   Zeppeli narrowed his eyes as he calmly watched the zombie's every move while the evil creature was still laughing madly.

Zeppeli: "No doubt he already knows his weakness to sunlight. So, then... *looks at Jonathan* JoJo, this is part one of your final lesson so listen up. This way of thinking is crucial in combat. You must put yourself in the shoes of your enemy so you may know what are they thinking."

   Some of the crowd members especially Ruby, Jaune and Coco nodded at this. After all, as leaders and strategists, they must know what the enemy's next move might be so they could plan, attack and hopefully, keep the injuries and casualties to a minimum.

Zeppeli: "What is he next move? What will I do if I was in his shoes? You must keep asking yourself this if you wish to stay alive in battle. For example, if I were him, I would try to cut off our escape by blocking our path to the Sun!"

   Just as he predicted, Jack then lifted the entire carriage in his arms and threw it at them. However, the force behind the throw was so great, it quickly flew past them and it hit the top of the tunnel's entrance. The impact was so strong, most of the front part of the tunnel including the entrance quickly started to collapse, shocking everyone even Zeppeli.

Zeppeli: "Such force! I didn't expect he have that much strength to collapse most of the tunnel's entrance!"

Jonathan: "Jump, Speedwagon!"

   The trio quickly ran and jumped to safety at the last second just as the collapsing stopped, with one-third of the tunnel was completely blocked. Both Jonathan and Speedwagon looked back at the blocked entrance, both of them feeling like they're literally trapped between a rock and a hard place. Meanwhile, seeing that his wine didn't spill during the ordeal, Zeppeli smirked as he went into a fabulous pose.

Zeppeli: "Here he comes!"

   Suddenly, Jack began to growl as his body starts to tremble violently. Then, some parts of his body began to bulge out. Then, in a very gruesome fashion, a bunch of scalpels were now protruding out of his body!

Y/N/SN/C/I: "Oumdamn!!"

Tai/Qrow: "Holy shit!"

Summer: "Language!"

Jonathan: "*shocked* All those knives are sticking out of his body!"

Speedwagon: "*scared* H-he buried all of his spare knives into his own body! So that's how he killed the driver and the horses in an instant!"

   Meanwhile, Zeppeli, once again, was unfazed at all as he took a sip of his wine.

   Then, Jack crouches down, to the confusion of the crowd before all of the sudden, he thrusts his body forward, firing all of his knives at Jonathan and his companions at rapid speed!

Summer: "*eyes widened* Okay, maybe at this situation, cursing is warranted."

Jonathan: "M-my God! He's launching the blades using nothing but the contraction force in his muscles!"

   Both Jonathan and Speedwagon quickly hid behind some rubble from when the tunnel was collapsing. However, the force that Jack used to launch his knives was so great, they all could pierce through solid rock without even slowing down. In fact, some of the knives not only had ripped through the rubble Jonathan and Speedwagon were hiding behind, one stray knife was able to slice through the latter's shoulder, causing the poor man to bleed while screaming in pain.

Speedwagon: "*grabs his right shoulder* Gaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!"

Jonathan: "*worried* Speedwagon, are you alright!?"

   As Jonathan tends to Speedwagon, Zeppeli didn't even bothered to hide as he saw the blades flying towards him. But despite this, Zeppeli was still not afraid. In fact, it looked like he wasn't even worried in the slightest. Then, in a blink of an eye, Zeppeli began his counterattack!

Zeppeli: "'Hamon Cutter'!!"

   Zeppeli then spat out his wine at the oncoming knives as the wine began to shape itself in the form of saw blades due to the pressure from the Hamon energy channeled in them. The wine discs were able to cut through and destroy all of Jack's knives, much to the zombie's shock.

Jack: "N-nani!?"

Yang/Ruby: "THAT WAS SO COOL!!!"

Weiss: "*shocked* I-i- J-just now, he- How on Remnant did he just managed to turn wine, a liquid into a solid-like object that can cut through literal metal!?"

Pyrrha: "Like I said, unorthodox. But still, that's very ingenious. To use a liquid of sorts and turn it into a projectile to counterattack."

Nora: "Wait a minute, I thought liquids can't cut through solid metal unless they're like acid or stuff."

Jaune: "*sweatdrop* Nora... It's obvious that Zeppeli must have used Hamon to do something to the wine so they can cut through steel. I mean, the name of the move is 'Hamon Cutter'. If Zeppeli didn't use any Hamon, I'll eat my shoes here and now."

Zeppeli: "*smirks* It seems that my 'Hamon Cutter' is much sharper than your knives. I simply applied pressure from my Hamon Breathing into the wine and fired it through my teeth!"

Jaune: "And just like that, my stomach remains shoe free. Thanks, Zeppeli."

   As Jack stood still in shock while Jonathan and Zeppeli looked on in awe at Zeppeli's skill, the man decided that now would be a better time than any. To continue part two of Jonathan's lesson.

Zeppeli: "JoJo, now is the time to teach you the second part of your final lesson. Do pay attention as this is important."

    Both Jonathan and Speedwagon's shock quickly faded away as the two turned to Zeppeli as they, along with the rest of the crowd, listened closely at what Zeppeli has to say.

Zeppeli: "Right now, I want you to think of a flea. You are familiar with those tiny insects, yes? Despite their miniscule size, they still see themselves fit to challenge us towering humans. Now tell me, should we call that 'courage'?"

   With his shock turning into anger, Jack pulled out the knife out from his face as he charged towards the Hamon master, getting ready to slash him. Despite this, Zeppeli wasn't afraid at the least as he still continued his lesson.

Zeppeli: "Personally, I don't think that is courage. So then, JoJo. What really is 'courage'?"

   As Jack swung his blade down at Zeppeli, the latter momentarily closed his eyes before he opened them with a burning fire inside as he spoke with a great amount of vigor.

Zeppeli: "'Courage' is to know 'fear' and make it your own!!"

   Zeppeli quickly stopped Jack's knife by blocking it with his empty wine bottle, to the zombie's shock once again. Although they were naturally interested in the fight, for now, it seemed that the crowd especially the Heroes were more interested in hearing Zeppeli's wisdom instead.

Zeppeli: "To lose control of your breath is 'fear'! But, if you can control your 'fear' constantly, you can breathe regularly! And Hamon energy is the result of always being 'courageous'!!"

   Zeppeli then began to charge towards Jack the Ripper, with him going on the offensive for the first time.

Zeppeli: "Human praise is the praise of courage! Human greatness is the greatness of courage! Though they are powerful, these zombies do not know the meaning of courage!! That is why they are just like mere fleas!!!"

   Zeppeli then leaped into the air and knee Jack in the face. However, he was not done yet.

Zeppeli: "'Sendō Wave Kick'!!"

   Zeppeli then channeled some Hamon into his knee before pushing it further into Jack's face, causing the left part to melt and the zombie left stunned due to the attack.

   Some of the crowd members cheered at the sight of Zeppeli dealing heavy damage towards the monstrous zombie.

Ruby: "*cheering* Woo-hoo!! Way to go, Zeppeli!!"

Nora: "That's how you do it! Now, break that zombie's legs next then you smash his head in!!"

   Meanwhile, Zeppeli's speech of courage had truly resonated with some if not all of the Heroes but none more so than Blake herself.

Blake: "*in thought* Courage..."

Pyrrha: "I have to say this. Never in my life would I be told such a unique way about courage."

Weiss: "That and it lines so well with the principle of Hamon."

Yang: "*grins* Don't forget he did it in such a badass way as well."

Zeppeli: "*smirks* My Hamon energy has entered the zombie's body, disrupting the energy inside and causing him to be torn asunder. He's not much of a threat now."

   As Zeppeli took a sip of his wine, both Jonathan and Speedwagon were in awe of his skill. Of course, Jonathan's awe wasn't as great as Speedwagon given that he was trained by him but still, it was impressive to see.

Speedwagon: '*shocked* S-such skill... And even with all that we just gone through, not once had I seen him spilled his wine!'

Emerald: "*eyes widened* H-he's right. I've been paying attention to the fight and not once did I see one drop spilled from his glass."

Mercury: "Damn... Imagine if we met the guy here on Remnant... Even I'm not confident I can take him."

Cinder: "*crosses her legs* Hmph. Both of you disappoint me. Do not forget. Even with his fancy Hamon, he is but a weak human with no Aura nor Semblance. With your respective abilities and skills along with my Maiden powers, killing someone like Zeppeli would be take as much effort as to squashing an ant under my foot. Both you and the rest of those fools down there are giving him too much credit."

Emerald: "T-that's right! My apologies, Cinder. With you here, I bet you could kill Zeppeli just by blinking. I should never have doubted your prowess."

Cinder: "As you should."

Neo: {Simp!}

Zeppeli: "*turns to Jonathan* JoJo, you shall be the one to finish him off. You must destroy his brain before he regenerates. That is the only way to truly kill the undead."

Yang: "Wait... Why is Zeppeli telling Jonathan to do it? Why can't he just do it himself and be done with it?"

Tai: "Yang, remember. Zeppeli did say that Jonathan's final lesson would be in combat. So, this is a good time for Jonathan to learn the proper way to fight with Hamon. I mean, me and Qrow did something similar to both you and Ruby when you were younger, tiring out a Grimm and letting you girls learn how to fight and deal the final blow."

Yang: "Oh, yeah! Heh... Just remembered some fond moments when me and Rubes were still training. Those were the days..."

Tai: "*sighs happily* Yeah... Those were the memories..."

   Touching the melted part of his face in shock, Jack's face became twisted with uncontrollable rage as he glared at the trio especially Zeppeli with eyes screaming for blood and murder.

Jack: "*glares* Y-you... How dare you!? How dare you hurt me!? You're dead! Dead, I tell you! I'll slaughter you all and feast on your blood and corpses!!"

   He then proceeded to leap into the air and grabbed a lever of sorts on the roof of the tunnel before pulling it, revealing a hidden partway at where the trio were standing!

RY/JN/C/SN/I: "Whoa!!"

Speedwagon: "*shocked* A hidden passage!?"

   Jack then proceeded to leap into the passage, with a few crowd members knowing exactly why he would do so.

Ozcar: "Hmm... That zombie is truly a horribly intelligent monster. He's currently baiting them to follow him, knowing full well that they will not let a creature like him escape alive."

Qrow: "Luring them in so he'll have the homeground advantage in taking them out. Heh... Better hope that if Remnant ever gets the zombie apocalypse treatment in the future, *gestures to Jack* our zombies would be a cakewalk compare to that freak."

Neptune: "What I like to know is why the heck would a tunnel have a secret passage?"

   Fortunately, it appears that Jonathan had an answer to Neptune's question as his eyes widened in realization.

Jonathan: "Of course! How could I forget!? Windknight's Lot was originally a training ground for royal knights during the Middle Ages! I should have known that there would be hidden passages around here."

Velvet: "I-i think you got your answer."

Jaune: "*grim tone* A place to train knights..."

Weiss: "Huh... I expected you to be a little starry-eyed at that. Wasn't expecting that reaction."

Jaune: "Yeah, well... Given all the crazy we'd been through, it'll be suicide if I keep staying completely idealistic and naive. I know the truth. The real world is a harsh place to live. Besides, knowing Jonathan's world, that's definitely more than just the truth."

Ben: 'And how right you are in that regard, Mr Jaune...'

Speedwagon: "D-don't tell me we have to follow that monster."

Zeppeli: "We have no choice. We mustn't allow a single abomination like him live. However... JoJo! *looks at him* You shall go after him alone!"

   Zeppeli then tossed his still full glass of wine at Jonathan, who quickly caught it with ease. The crowd noticed that that when Zeppeli threw it and when Jonathan caught it, not a single drop was spilled.

Zeppeli: "Here is the last part, part three of your final lesson. In the land of Norway, there is a saying, 'The stern Northern Winds created the hardy, gritty Vikings'. JoJo, I want you to go and destroy that zombie without spilling the wine. Spill so much as a single drop and even if you managed to defeat the zombie...I will abandon you."

Speedwagon/Almost everyone: "Nani/What!?!?"

Speedwagon: "Have you gone insane!? Are you hearing yourself right now!?"

Weiss: "For once, he's right! What in the name of Oum is Zeppeli saying!?"

Nora: "Yeah! *mocking Zeppeli voice* 'One drop spilled and I'll abandon you'. If I was there, I'll snap his legs in half and beat him senseless with them!"

Winter: "*sigh* Honestly, Weiss. I was right to assume that you still have much to learn."

Weiss: "Winter!?"

Winter: "*looks at her sister* Try putting yourself in Zeppeli's shoes. You've put in time, energy and effort in training your disciple for the dangers to come. And now, it's time to see if he's truly mastered it on the field. If he can't show true prowess in battle then everything you've done is for naught."

Coco: "Still though, Zeppeli is kinda a super master at Hamon while Jonathan is still fresh and new. While I agree with what Weiss' big sis said, this is still ridiculous! It's like telling me to kill a Goliath using only one bullet while also wearing a blindfold! And if I can't, oh, well! Might as well kill myself instead! Like I said, it's ridiculous!!"

Ruby: "...No. He's right."

WBY/JNP/SN/CV/I/P/O: "Huh!?"

   Almost all of the young Huntsmen-in-Training turned their heads towards Ruby in such speed, some of the adults were afraid that their necks might snap. They didn't expect Ruby of all people to agree.

Weiss: "Are you hearing yourself right now!? There's no way Jonathan can accomplish this without spilling a bit of wine!"

Yang: "That and honestly, I think most of us would have expected you to disagree with Zeppeli the most."

Ruby: "I know.  And personally, I really don't agree with what Zeppeli said. However...he's right. *looks at the rest* I hate to say it but Zeppeli is right. With each day gone, Dio is becoming stronger and stronger. JoJo won't have the same home field advantage like last time and luck doesn't lasts forever. Even one tiny mistake could cause him his life. Zeppeli's doing this to push Jonathan harder because, both figuratively and literally, with each drop he spills means there's less of a chance JoJo could defeat Dio."

   Everyone was silent after they heard Ruby's reasoning. After they put in some thought...they knew that Ruby was right. It doesn't matter if the odds are 80/20 in Jonathan's favor or 50/50 on both sides. If there's a chance that Dio might win, then there's no hope for humanity in that world.

Weiss: "I-i...guess that is true. A spilt drop of wine means a chance for Dio to win."

Pyrrha: "And we all know how opportunistic and lucky Dio is."

Sun: "So basically, if Jonathan can kill Jack without spilling a drop of booze, that means any chance of Dio winning is denied, right?"

Ilia: "I think that sums it up."

Penny: "But, the possibility of Jonathan spilling the wine is extremely high. Almost 84.56% certain counting his small experience in combat and Jack the Ripper's unpredictability. And if I add the environmental factors, the possibility rises to 96.23%. Ruby, I'm sorry but I can't logically see any chance of Jonathan succeeding unless he got really, really lucky."

Ruby: "That's why the only thing we can do is have faith like Zeppeli has for JoJo. Sure it sounds like it's almost impossible but like a wise old bird once said, 'Those who have the faith of others will always succeed than those who don't'. And I don't need logic to know that JoJo will succeed."

   Some of the adults smiled at Ruby's words of wisdom with her parents and uncle feeling proud of how she's grown. Meanwhile, Penny was deep in thought, what Ruby said earlier resonated with her deeply.

Roman: "*smirks* Heh... Classic Red."

Qrow: "*smirks* Now, why does that sounded so familiar?"

Penny: "*in thought* Faith..."

Summer: '*smiles* You've really grown so much, my little Rosie...'

Zeppeli: "*glares at Speedwagon* You stay out of this!"

   As Zeppeli and Speedwagon were now glaring at each other, Jonathan quickly intervened before things get out of hand.

Jonathan: "Wait, Speedwagon!"

Speedwagon: "M-mr Joestar!?"

Jonathan: "*looks at Zeppeli* I understand, Mr Zeppeli... 'The North Wind created the Vikings', yes?"

   Zeppeli smiled proudly at his student as Jonathan entered the pathway alone, with Speedwagon going after him in fear that this might be the last time he'll see his friend again.

Speedwagon: "Mr Joestar, wait!"

Zeppeli: "*stops him* Stop, Speedwagon! This is extremely crucial in JoJo's training."

   Speedwagon could only look away as he felt useless for doing nothing in helping Jonathan in his battle. Sensing Speedwagon's distress, Zeppeli decided that now would be a good time to explain his reasoning.

Zeppeli: "Speedwagon, let me tell you a story about a fisherman I met on the Caribbean when I was young."

   Some of the crowd members were a little confused as to why Zeppeli would tell a story at a time like this but after having a grasp on his personality, they know that it's definitely something important.

Zeppeli: "The oceans where my fisherman friend lived are a treacherous place, with ferocious sharks that are over 10 feet and a taste for human flesh. In fact, many men from his village had ended becoming victims of these sharks."

Sun: "Sharks, huh? No offense but I can't really see how that's so bad."

Ghira: "*narrows his eyes* That's a rather insensitive comment, Mr Wukong. Even for you."

Sun: "*raises his arms* Hey, I'm not saying sharks aren't dangerous or anything but just that we got the shorter end of the stick here on Remnant. They got sharks while here, we got giant sea dragons and monsters living in our waters and Oum knows how many people died to those Grimm."

Blake: "He's kinda right, Dad. On the boat trip back to Menagerie, we were attacked by a Sea Feilong. Let's just say I'm glad it was only one that attacked instead of the usual swarm."

Pyrrha: "At my hometown of Argus, we were sometimes plagued by attacks from Leviathans that surface once every few years. And believe me, they do a lot of damage. It was so bad that the Atlas Military had to deployed some giant armored robot a few years ago just to fight them, given that Argus is kinda located between Mistral and Atlas."

Neptune: "And you people mock my fear of the water."

Zeppeli: "One time, when he went out to fish, the sharks began to attack his small boat. As the ship began to tilt, his foot was stuck in between the cracks of his broken ship and as the ship sank, it brought down the stuck fisherman with him."

    The scene shown a fishing boat sinking into the ocean as they saw the fisherman, who was well-built and was wearing nothing but pants made from animal skin, had his leg stuck in the cracks of the sinking ship.

   Some of the Heroes weren't too worried as the fisherman was already hinted by Zeppeli that he survived. Although, they still couldn't help but feel a little anxious. After all, being stuck to a sinking object while drowning is a horrible experience that no one should face.

Zeppeli: "It was a question whether or not he would either gets mauled to death by the sharks or drowned in the cold waters. To save himself, the man cut off his stuck leg with the blade of his harpoon!"

   The screen showed the scene of the fisherman swinging his harpoon blade at his leg. Although it wasn't explicitly shown, some of the Heroes winced a bit at the thought of severing one's limb to escape especially Yang, who felt a familiar phantom pain coming back.

Yang: "*grabs her prosthetic arm* Geez... I don't need a visual reminder, thank you very much..."

Sun: "That...is really hardcore."

Nora: "Pfft... Seen much harder."

   Meanwhile, in a rare moment, Emerald turned to Mercury with concern as the grey-haired boy looked on with no emotion on his face.

Emerald: "You alright, Merc?"

Mercury: "Hmm? Please. I already gotten over it a long time ago. But, still... Thanks. *smirks* Glad to see that you actually cared."

Emerald: "*rolls her eyes* Don't flatter yourself, Black. This is a one time deal."

Mercury: "Suuuure."

Roman: "*whispering* Uh... Have I been missing something here?"

Neo: {Beats me. I've just recently been tagging along with Cinder.}

Zeppeli: "That action alone proved that he had guts but it was what he did next that surprised me even more! While most people would try to flee to safety, the man instead baited the sharks using the blood spilled from his cut-offed leg!!"

Speedwagon/Everyone: "NANI/WHAT!?!?"

Coco: "I'm sorry but did I just heard that right!? This guy, instead of swimming to safety after literally cutting his leg off to free himself, was baiting sharks using the blood from that same severed leg. For what!?"

Ren: "I'm guessing so he could kill them when they're close. He lost his ship and a leg so that is the only choice left. To kill his attackers then flee to safety."

Weiss: "B-bu- t-this is- I- This is completely insane!! No sane man would actually do that!!"

Ren: "Not unless you have your back against the wall."

Nora: "Okay, that...is really hardcore."

Jaune: "Nora's actually speechless so you know she's really impressed."

Pyrrha: "*giggles* True that."

Nora: "Hey!!"

Zeppeli: "Tired of constantly living in fear, he chose to make fear his own! He baited one of the sharks using the blood from his leg and as one of them approached him, he stabbed it through the head with his harpoon, avenging his breathen that were killed by these bloodthirsty beasts! He snatched victory away from the jaws of defeat! After killing the rest, he managed to return to land, got treated and now, he became a hero of his village, living the rest of his life in happiness! And that's when I recalled the saying, 'The stern Northern Winds gave birth to the hardy, gritty Vikings'!!"

Oscar: "Wait, so the Northern Wind thing is basically something like 'No pain, no gain'?"

Summer: "Less of that and more of 'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger'."

Salem: 'Oh, how I share that sentiment...'

Zeppeli: "*looks at the pathway* And now, will that wine give birth to a new Viking? If not, JoJo will have no chance of defeating Dio!!"

Ruby: "I hate to be that girl but... Called it!"

   The scene then shifted to Jonathan, who was now walking through the hidden pathway with the cup of wine in one hand, a torch he lit up before in another. However, despite the amount of light given by the torch, most of the pathway was still engulfed in darkness.

Jonathan: "This place is like a maze... It's built so that there are still many dark spots even with a lit torch, creating an abundant of places to hide and spy on you."

   As Jonathan continued to walk, he then noticed the flame was suddenly beginning to wave around wildly, which only met one thing...

Jonathan: "The fire is.... Wait... *eyes widened* Oh no!"

   He quickly turned around and his eyes widened in shock and horror as he saw Jack flying through the air with some sort of death contraption that could easily rip him into shreds!

Yang: "What the fuck is that!?"

Summer: "Language!"

Jaune: "It kinda looks like a bear trap."

Coco: "A fucked up version of a bear trap."

Roman: "Either way, Big J better get the Hell outta there if he doesn't want to turn into ribbons!"

Weiss: "Jonathan, look out!!"

   Jonathan quickly dodged out of the way as Jack closed the contraption on a nearby pillar, the blades effortlessly slicing it into pieces. However, Jonathan didn't got away unscathed as it managed to nick his shoulder, the pain causing him to momentarily let go of the wine glass before he quickly grabbed it and caught all the wine with not one drop spilled, causing most of the Huntsmen-in-Training to give out a sigh of relief.

Ren: "That was close."

Ruby: "A little too close if you ask me."

Velvet: "Still, that weapon is horrifying. I do not want to be on the receiving end of...whatever on Remnant is that."

Neptune: "Tell me about it... That thing just cut through solid stone like it was butter."

   Jack then quickly jumped back into the darkness so he could once again wait for his chance to ambush Jonathan. After Jack left, Jonathan quickly threw away the torch as he cautiously scanned his surroundings.

Jonathan: "That was close... It was foolish of me to light a torch since it gave away my location. Come to think of it, Mr Zeppeli mentioned how that zombie lives purely for the sake of cutting things down. That weapon of his must be some sort of...remodeled Middle Ages torture device. He's still injured from his fight with Mr Zeppeli so I should take this opportunity to kill him now but... Without the torch, I have no clue where he'll come from next. I must proceed with caution."

   As Jonathan continued to cautiously walk down the hallway, unknown to him, Jack was hiding behind a corner, waiting for Jonathan to come closer to him so he could rip him to shreds.

Jack: 'Even without the flame, I can still smell it... That wonderful smell... The smell of freshly spilled blood! And even then, I can also tell exactly how far you are from me! Just a bit more... Hehehe... Just two more meters and then, I'll cut you into a billion pieces.'

   However, Jack noticed that there was something wrong as Jonathan was not being either cautious or in fear. Instead, he could feel him slowly breathing properly in a calm and even pattern.

Jonathan: 'Remember Mr Zeppeli's teachings. The first one, I have to imagine what would my enemy do if I was in his shoes. I'm injured and I can't see in the dark. And with what I've saw, that zombie will follow his instincts to kill me as soon as possible. If I was him, I'll be hiding nearby so I could watch my target before ambushing him. That means he's close by. The second lesson is that I have to make fear my own. I must stabilize my breathing so I can use my Hamon.'

Jack: 'Bah! Doesn't matter how calm you forced yourself to be! I'll chomp down on your carotid the moment you get close! Yes... Just as soon as you turn from the corner!!'

   As Jonathan walked closer and closer to where Jack was hiding, Jonathan suddenly stopped as he noticed the wine had begun to swirl and shake inside the glass.

Jonathan: "What is this!? T-these ripples! It's Hamon! But... *eyes widened in realization* I see now! My North Wind is this wine! The wine senses Hamon!"

    Then, Hamon began to channel through Jonathan from the wine before it began to channel through the ground.

Jonathan: "It goes through the glass, through my arm, my body and even the ground... I can feel it... The vibrations of that zombie! This wine is a Hamon detector!"

   Now knowing what to do, Jonathan began to tremble as he channeled Hamon throughout his body.

Jonathan: "Fureru zo hatto! Moetsukiru hodo hitto! (Trembling heart! Unrelenting heat!) There you are, you zombie!"

   Jonathan then punched the wall with his fist. However, he wasn't done yet.

Jonathan: "Pierce through this wall! 'Sendo Hamon Overdrive'!"

    Jonathan then channeled Hamon into the wall while the unsuspecting Jack was still lying in wait.

Jack: 'Come closer already so I can suck your blood dry!'

   Unfortunately for Jack, it appears that would never happen as the Hamon Jonathan created traveled through the wall and pierced the former right in his head. The sudden shock of Hamon was so great, it caused him to be sent flying and crashed into another wall. Then, Jack screamed in pain as his body started to distort and burn and soon, he was turned to ash. And that...was the end of the killer-turned-zombie, Jack the Ripper.

    All of the Huntsmen-in-Training cheered for Jonathan's victory along with some of the adult Heroes while all the Villains minus Roman and Neo couldn't care less.

Ruby: "WOO-HOO!!! TOLD YOU HE DID IT!! WAY TO GO, JOJO!!!"

Jaune: "*grins* Now, that's what I'm talking about! Looks like the chance of Jonathan beating Dio is rather high, after all!"

Blake: "*smiles* I'll say."

Coco: "*surprised* I can't believe it... That guy actually did it... And he didn't even spill a single drop of wine..."

Velvet: "You and me both. Looks like we both have to work on our faith in others."

Penny: "*smiles* It seem you were right all along, Ruby."

Ruby: "Right!? I told you, Penny! As long as you have faith, you can pretty much do anything! No matter how impossible it may seem."

Weiss: "*sighs in relief* Still, thank Oum he's managed to survive... Otherwise, I don't if I could..."

Sun: "*glances at Neptune* Not gonna react, pal?"

Neptune: "*sullen* At this point, I don't even know why I'm trying..."

Mercury: "So, Joestar won against the zombie. *looks at Cinder* Not gonna comment on that?"

Cinder: "Hmph! And why should I? He may have won the battle but he has yet to win the war. A war that I have the absolute faith that Dio will absolutely triumph."

Neo: {Press X for doubt.}

Zeppeli: "*smiles* It seems that JoJo has figured out the use of the wine. And now..."

Zeppeli: "The Northern Winds have made a new Viking!"

    After the episode ended, some of the crowd members stood up as they stretched while also still taking what happened during the episode.

Jaune: "*cracks his neck* Man, a lot has happened a lot in this episode, huh?"

Ren: "*nods* Indeed. The arrival of Zeppeli, the reunion with Erina, the existence of Hamon, the battle with Jack the Ripper and some insight to Dio's powers. You were right to assume that is quite a lot. Even now, I still have some problem taking in all of this new information."

Yang: "Well, you know what they say. Bad things come for those who only know how to...wine. Eh? Eh?"

   Everyone minus Tai, of course, immediately groaned at Yang's lousy pun with Ben tilting his hat downward.

Ben: "Maybe I should start banning Miss Yang from saying any bad puns from now on..."

Everyone: "Yes... Please do."

Yang: "Hey!"

Ruby: "Don't forget about Dad. His puns are sometimes worse than Yang's."

Tai: "Hey!!"

Ben: "Duly noted."

Ruby: "*grins* Still though, Hamon is so cool! I hope we get to see more awesome applications of it and some more awesome attacks in the future."

Blake: "Don't forget about Zeppeli. He's proven himself to be a wise, determined and skillful teacher. With him guiding Jonathan, no doubt the latter will succeed in his mission."

Yang: "Yeah! Dio won't know what's gonna hit him!"

Cinder: 'Hmph! Fools... They failed to notice that earlier, Dio is almost fully recovered and his power is still growing. Even with Hamon on his side, the poison-seller has already warned him about it. Joestar will definitely lose. That much is certain...'

Ben: "In any case, now that the episode is over, I believe it's best that all of us have a little break to refill on food and drink while also having the chance to move around a bit? Some of you must be feeling a little cramp after sitting down for so long."

   Almost everyone unanimously agreed with Ben's decision as some of their popcorn and other foods and drink were running low. And they're clearly not interested in refilling during the episode.

Ben: "Very well, we'll take a short 15 minute break. After that, we will resume the next episode. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 1 Episode 5! Now, if you excuse me, I must grab a few more slices of apple pie."
