Soon everything has color I'm not in the darkness anymore, I start walking, a forest? Wait...I see someone..
"Kai! Dont look!" Onyx says. I immediately turn away then that shearing pain I got at the lake happened again. I looked down, The Angel's Necklace?! Is that blood..?! What's that glowing red...?!
"Blood energy...a warlock..or an angel" Cyris said. What???
"Kaii! Pleaseee!! You know! You've got this! Get me! Please! You know where I am! Come to me before he does!" The voice said, but I don't see anyone anymore.
"Oh fuck." A spike of pain traveled through my mind, making me collapse. I feel pain and every inch of it. It makes me want to rip my head apart. No. No. Not this again... Why?!
'Who are you!' I screamed back. No answer.
"Kai! I'm sorry...you know...come get me please your- AHHHH" What is this person trying to say?
"ANGEL, WARLOCK, VAMPIRE, WEREWOLF! YOU KNOW KAI! DON'T LET IT SLIP. ANGEL GODDESS, MOON GODDESS, WARLOCK KING, VAMPIRE LORD! IM SO SORRY..."
I jolt up on my bed, causing Asher to stumble awake too. What just happened? Was it real? I was breathing heavily, and sweating. Was this a nightmare or was it real?
"Kai? Baby are you okay?! What wrong? Why are you breathing like that, why are you sweating, are you okay?!!" Asher asked frantically, moving closer to me. I try to keep calm, keep calm, keep calm, keep calm Kai...calm.

It hurts...
I needed Kai...just pleaseee...I sobbed..I can only get a hold of him if he's asleep and the last of my energy is being drained...
"AHHHH!" I screamed as I felt the Devils gem being pushed against my skin on repeat by this person..
..it hurts...it draining my energy.... It's taking my life, slowly.
My hybrids won't come back...I'm done for...
"PLEASE STOP!" I yelled, trying to fight back, but everytime I try to, the Devils gem is pressed against my skin, burning it, and draining my energy.
The Devils Gem is used as a torture tool to Angels. Angels never interfere with Hell because our sides don't meet. We have major differences...ever since then ...how I wish to go back...to back then. The Devils Gem can kill Angel's but only when we don't have our necklace..it'll drain and burn the Angel until it dies.
I have to contact Kai..before...before I leave..
Before I closed my eyes, I said goodbye to my mates and goodbye to my King...

- 1 hour later -
My morning has been kind of horrible. I couldn't eat breakfast. I was uneasy and everyone seemed to notice. Now we are waiting for everyone to come in so I could tell them what's up.
I feel really bad, first it was Max, and now this but I can't control how this stuff happens to me. It just pops up and happens, maybe if Papa and Dad were here things would've been easier...
"Kai, I miss them too, but look, you have so much family in this pack. Life goes on...think about that K." Onyx said. He was right, life does go on..so I need to live on...I'll try..for Papa and Dad.
"Babe, you okay?" Asher came in asking, "Y- yea..I'm f- fine.." I said looking down in my lap..I could feel tears rising in my eyes..
Asher walked up to me and lifted my chin up, "Love, you're not fine..what happened to my cheeky, funny, outgoing mate mh?" I just stared at him. I felt guilty even though I knew everyone would say that it's not my fault.
"Baby..say something..I'm here for you.." I could see the concern in his eyes. I sighed, "I'm good babe..I j- just shooked- i- i- i- dont why I had that dream..b- but ever s- since I feel s- sick.." I said a tear slipping out.
"Okay okay I'm here.." He said stroking my cheek, "everyone's gathering outside..how about you go there and everyone can know what happened including me." I did feel bad for not telling him yet.
I sniffed and said, "O- okay..and i- I'm s- s- sorry.."
"Bubs, it's not your fault. I'm not mad. There is no need to apologize." He said cupping my face. He leaned in and placed his lips ever so gently against mines. Softly grazing mine, we worked in a sweet and reassuring melody. He pulled away delicately and said "Better?"
I blushed, "M- much.." I responded.
"Dude! I was loo-" Benji said coming in with Silas, Max, and Aspen— all catching us in an intimate moment.
"Oh shoot sorry guys!" Max says, "wait, Kai are you crying? What happened?!" Max said rushing over to me.
I chuckled, he's so motherly sometimes..I loved it, "I'm fine Max. I'll tell you all soon." I responded.
"Okay, c'mon let's go see what happened Kai. You've been acting different since this morning.." Silas said, "Yea! I agree. Now I wanna know.."
I just chuckled a little at Benji, he could make someone happy in the worst moments.
- 5 minutes later -
I was standing in front of everyone, "Um..so I wanna start by saying thank you guys for everything you've done for me last time. By last time I mean when we saved one my best-friends, Max here. Yesterday Asher, Max, and I were hanging out somewhere. We came across an Angel's Necklace." I paused when I heard gasps coming from the crowd. Yes, this pack knew everything there was needed to know about every species. What can say? Asher and Chris were, and still are, very good Alphas.
I continued after they quieted down, "We didn't know how it got there even with many possible reasons, there's still not a valid reason as to why and how the Angel's Necklace got there. SoI held onto it, many of you know the backstory of the Angel's Necklace, so we three are still trying to figure out how and why the Angel's Necklace got there. The Angel has to be somewhere near here, because we found the necklace near here. But this is only part of it."
"Kai..theres more?" Silas asked. I nodded a yes.
"As you all know, I'm a hybrid of Warlock, Vampire, Werewolf, and Angel. Last night or I should this morning, I woke up to a nightmare. My warlock was included in my dream..that's how I know this is important." I started to hear a ringing sound. I just shook it off. However Ash seemed to notice it still and worriedly asked, "Babe.. would you like to stop?" I just nodded a no, and told him I need to finish this.
"In my dream, someone was yelling my name, yelling for help. I couldn't see anything, just hear. Then I saw a glimpse of red..my Warlock said it's blood energy so this meant this person was either Angel or a Warlock." I paused again, my head starting to hurt, the ringing sound getting more loud. But I continued.
"E- everytime t- t- the person tried to say the word 'your' they were cut off, after that came intense screaming , like they were in pain. I felt it too, this person warned me about another person, but the mysterious person o- o- only referred to the other person as 'he'. I didn't know what was going on, t- they kept apologizing and said th- that they l- le- let me d- down.." I paused, the crowd and everything started to get blurry. Suddenly I couldn't breathe...HELP!
"BABE!" Asher yelled.
"KAI!"
Were the last words I heard before being consumed by the dark.
