"Polly!" Screams mum, confused I lift up my hand to look at my watch 4:58.
Automatically I rush downstairs "is everything ok?" I say my eyes searching for Noah my baby brother. He's in mums arms.
"Mum is he ok?" I whisper, she shakes her head and starts to cry.
I take Noah from her arms, he's frozen solid. I feel tears dribbling down my face as I place him back in mums arms.
She cradles him back and forth "is he..." I look at Noah.
She nods.
"No he can't be!" I scream, I start whacking him on the back. Tears streaming down my face.
"Cough"
Suddenly Noah starts crying.
"Mum!" I shout "he's alive!"
Mum looks up her face red from crying " thank god thank god" she murmurs.
She grabs Noah and hugs him.
Suddenly I realise what's just happened and I start laughing mum joins in then we're in hysterics.
I can't wait to tell Mia about this!
I reach for my phone, she left me a message;
'Where are you!!!? Hope everything's ok xxx'
School! I completely forgot. I quickly send one back;
'I need to talk!xx'
