I'm on a roll! First fantasy character, hot and ready <3
I'm feeling really creative and inspired to make characters recently. I've been able to come up with quite a few concepts. This one might be among one of my favorites.
Just a reminder that your fantasy characters do not have to be a special magical species to make it into this category, which is why I decided to make this one human. As long as they have something mystical about them, they can fit in here.

Overall personality:
Ambrose used to be such a positive man. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and he was usually quite social. All of that changed after the incident with his Ex fiance. He became a complete shut in. He was almost always alone, only coming out at night to buy things from the market that he would need to survive.
Constantly being alone, his social skills degraded. Ambrose is nothing like he used to be, he's cold-hearted (literally, more on that later) he doesn't want to talk others and avoids socializing at all cost. He keeps to himself and trust no one. Will he be able to get back to his old self if the right person comes along?

Background story:
Before everything changed Ambrose was living like most people. He had a job as a bartender, and a house with his longterm girlfriend, now fiance, Katherine, a powerful witch. Everything started out well for them. They were living happily together, planning their wedding day and even talking about possibly having kids. Things seemed to be going well for Ambrose. Keyword, seemed to be. Behind the scenes, something was changing in Katherine. With each passing day she was becoming less and less like the woman he remembered promising his life to.
One day, without any warning, she snapped. Ambrose mentioned that she changed and suggested calling off the engagement to talk things out with each other but Katherine wasn't having any of it. All the love she had for him was gone in that instant and with her rage she casted a curse on him. She cursed him to become a beast by day and a human by night, freezing his heart in hopes that this, along with the transformation would keep him from ever finding love again. If she couldn't have him no one could (psycho a** hoe >.>).
Broken hearted and alone, not knowing where to turn, Ambrose ran away deep into a forest. He now lives in a dark, decrepit abandoned cabin, all on his own. He speaks to no one and has not seen Katherine since running away from her that night. Because of his frozen heart he has trouble feeling the same way he used to. Feelings such as love, care, and affection, don't reach him very easily. With enough effort, is it possible to get him back to how he used to be?

+his relationship with Justin. This was before he started going out with Katherine. Justin started as a best friend but Ambrose started catching feelings for him, this was when he realized he was Bi. They worked well as friends but not so much as a couple, so they broke up. They stopped talking after he got with Katherine because of course she's the type who gets jealous of exes

Scenario:
You've heard rumors about a small mysterious cabin hidden in the woods. It had been quiet there for ages, but people started making claims of odd sounds, these sounds resembling ones that an animal would make coming from it a few years ago. No one has looked into it, out of fear of being attacked. You however, are curious about this strange cabin and go in to investigate it during the day when its possibly more safe. As you go in to explore the abandoned area, a large strange looking animal springs out and pins you to the ground, you...?
