When Bakugou land a few meter away Shigaraki is already running towards him, Bakugou is about to blast away when suddenly "BRRRTTTT!!!" A loud gun noise echo in the air and the bullets hit the ground near the LOV

"Be advised, ground team requested 105 HEAT rounds" AC-130 FCO inform then the aircraft began to bank to the left the fire all of it's guns
"Where are-hm?" AFO ask but then he detect something coming and make some earth shield "BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!! BOOM!!!" The bullets hit AFO's shield creating some dust cloud in the process
"The AC-130!" Sero and Kaminari cheer
"Death from above!" Kirishima cheer

Meanwhile All Might land a couple hundred meters away before he's being approach by Grand Torino and the Rangers
"Toshinori!" Grand Torino said worried as he lift All Might

Izuku look at the battlefield AFO is practically unhurt but the LOV are panting and injured, Shigaraki then look at Izuku angrily
"You! You always get in my way!" Shigaraki yell at Izuku angrily
"That is the plan, villain" Izuku said calmly
"You Rangers are always get in my way" AFO claim as he walk towards the LOV

After AFO said that the main allied forces began to arrive at the battlefield. Dozens of Leopard 2 Revolution MBT, Type 10 MBT, Type 90 MBT, Centauro 2 MGS, Type 16 MCV arrived at the battlefield and began to aim their guns at the LOV and AFO while Puma IFV, Type 89 IFV, Marder 2 APC, Type 96 APC, JLTV, and Komatsu LAV arrive at the battlefield and began to offload the troops they carry, and those troops prepare themselves in a battle position while in the distance M270A2 MLRS, M109A6 SPG, and Type 99 SPH prepare for artillery strike
In the sky squadrons of X-02S, F-35A/B/C, F-3A, and AC-130J fly in high altitude above the battlefield ready for air strikes while squadrons of ATH-21, AH-64D, AH-1S, UH-60M, H-60, CH-47F, UH-1H, MV-22 and Quinjets fly in low altitude to provide CAS and drop more troops
Seeing this Shigaraki and the LOV member had their eyes wide open and the smirk on AFO face disappear and replace with dread seeing this many firepower pointed at them
The audience also had their eyes wide open and their jaws hit the floor surprised by how much firepower are present there
Delta see their reactions then shake his head a little 'You'd be surprise that even with that much firepower, it wasn't enough to defeat AFO' He though seriously

In the Tokyo Bay, 40 km away. Main Allied Naval Forces. Ranger Corp flagship vessel, The Alicorn of the Alicorn class submarine aircraft cruiser is escorted by 1 America class LHA, 1 Izumo class helicopter destroyer, 4 Zumwalt class stealth missile destroyer and 4 Atago class missile destroyer
"Target?" Captain Torres ask
"Target acquired" The weapons officers inform
"Missiles status?" Captain Torres ask again
"Missiles armed and ready" The weapons officer inform
"Launch the missiles" Captain Torres ordered
"Tomahawk launch" The weapons officers inform then 3 Tomahawk missiles launch from the MK 57 VLS
The remaining allied fleet then launch their Tomahawks as well

Soon the crater became a massive battlefield where dozens of tanks, jet, and soldier shoot down upon the center of the crater with bullets, mortars, rockets, missile, bombs, every single weapon system they have bring hell upon the battlefield
Despite the massive amount of firepower AFO manage to block them with an earth and air shield that protect him and the LOV, unfortunately the Nomus aren't so lucky since they are shredded to pieces
"Holy shit! Even with all that weapons fired at them, they still alive?!" Kaminari yell surprise as others
"But that because AFO protected them. The Nomus are immediately killed" Yaoyorozu notice
"But, holy shit! AFO could defend against bullets and missiles!" Sero yell
"I have no idea he could survived that" All Might said stunned

"I don't really know all the detail, but I don't remember Nana said any military involvement when AFO was brought down from power" All Might said

The laser hit multiple fighters and choppers destroying them completely

"And it destroy the planes and helicopter with only one hit!" Present Mic yell surprise

"Shoot them before the-BOOM!!!" Rhino 2 didn't finish because AFO slice the tank making it explode
"Oh God!" the audience wince surprise
"Rhino 2 lost!" Rhino 1 inform as they began to back away
"Take cover! BOOM!!!" A soldier yell before an explosion killed him
"Hahaha! This is fun!" AFO laugh as he destroy more of the main forces ground asset
"Killing people is not FUN!!!" All Might buff to his muscle form angrily

"Even with all of that weapons, it's still not enough to defeat him!" Sato yell worried

"Metal 0-1, all forces has been deployed. Air asset is unable to engage unless that asshole stop using the lasers" Shogun inform
"We can't lose our air dominance. Tell the pilots to retreat until we can take down those lasers!" Izuku ordered
Some Special Forces try to either shoot or approach AFO failed because AFO keep attacking them
"Damn! Retreat! Retreat!" Sandman yell as he and other Special Forces retreat
"They can't get close!" Sero yell worried
"They have to take cover!" Kaminari yell
"But for how long? If they stay in their cover, they'll lose" Sato said worried

Trigger keep diving towards AFO as he avoided the lasers "Come on..." Trigger said as he closing in on AFO, then the weapon system lock AFO. Trigger press the bomb button "Bombs away, bombs away" Trigger inform as he fly pass and release 2 GBU-12 Paveway at AFO then he break to the right and go full afterburner getting the fuck out of there
AFO see the paveways and about to laze it down but he is hit by a rocket making him stumble back, AFO see the paveways is to close for comfort so he use an earth shield to take cover, but stupidly for him Paveway is a bunker bust, so it penetrate the earth shield and hit AFO
The paveways hit AFO and exploded making AFO fly back quite some distance and lay down on the ground bleeding and most importantly no longer emitting lasers anymore
"DIRECT HIT!!!" The audience cheer
"That was some crazy flying!" Sero cheer
"He dodge the lasers like it was nothing!" Kaminari cheer
"Like I said, he's both skilled and lucky" Delta said smirking
"It's more like he's lucky than skilled" Ectoplasm said
"Yeah" 13 agree
"He's down, this is our chance! Where's the Tomahawks?!" Izuku yell
"30 seconds, sir!" A soldier yell as he look at his combat laptop and see the Tomahawks closing in
"Guide those missiles!" Izuku ordered then a soldier grab a laser designator then aim at AFO
"Mike-Lima-Echo-Echo-1-4-2-5-0" A soldier said as he input the coordinates to the designator and guide the Tomahawks
AFO try to get up but Izuku didn't let him "Keep him on the ground!" Izuku yell then the allied forces shoot at AFO trying to buy time before the Tomahawks arrive
20 seconds later 10 Tomahawks arrive at the battlefield
"Tomahawks inbound! Danger close!" A soldier yell then the Tomahawks hit AFO
"Boom!" The audience cheer
"Meh, not bad" Bakugou smirk
The explosion died out and AFO is still alive, though he is injured and fortunately not regenerating anymore
"HE'S STILL ALIVE?!!!" The audience yell surprise
"This guy" Izuku grumble angrily when Razor finally arrive at the battlefield
"Razor to all allied ground forces, we will bomb the target. Stay away from the vicinity of target" Razor inform the allied ground forces
"You all heard the woman! All advancing allied forces, retreat! Retreat!" Izuku yell on the radio then the allied ground forces began to back away from AFO
"Bombs away, bombs away" Razor inform as 16 2000lb JDAMs are drop from the bomb bay
"INCOMING!!!" Izuku yell out as he take cover then 16 2000lb bombs hit AFO
Multiple massive explosion destroy the area near AFO, the shockwave hit Izuku's covering spot startling him
"WOOOOOOOO!!!" The audience cheer at the massive explosion
"There's no way he survived that!" Kirishima cheer
"Yeah!" Mina agree
"And you two jinx it" Delta said surprising the audience
"Wait, what?" Kirishima ask confuse
"Holy shit... now that's some fireworks display there" Izuku said smiling as he see the aftermath of the explosion
Unfortunately and unbelievably AFO is still alive, he have an air and earth shield around him but he is also take some damages from the JDAMs and Tomahawks
Those who see AFO sill alive are shocked, he survived being pounded by tons of explosion, a rain of bullets and still not dead? He is one tough son of a bitch, in a bad way
"HE STILL ALIVE?!!!" The audience scream surprise
"That's impossible!" Kaminari yell shocked
"That was multiple high explosive bombs!" Sero yell
"How the hell?!" Bakugou yell shocked
"He... he... survived..." Deku said horrified

"Damn, was it really that huge?" Sero ask nervously
"It could be worse, much worse" Delta reply making the audience to gulp
"... the forces are in my command... right...?" Izuku ask tiredly
"Affirmative, what you have in mind?" Hisashi confirm then ask again
"... the arrow..." Izuku simply said
"The "arrow"? You gonna shoot him with an arrow? Are you an idiot?" Bakugou mock

"Controversial?" Yaoyorozu ask confuse as others

Izuku take a breath or two before he switch frequency "... all units... we're firing the bow... retreat to a save distance... I repeat... we're firing the bow... retreat to a save distance..." Izuku ordered tiredly then all allied forces began to retreat from the battlefield
"So you're now giving up?" Uraraka ask worried
"Retreating and giving up are two very different thing. I though I already explain this" Delta reply
"What is this "arrow" anyway? Why you sounds worried about it?" Iida ask
"He does said that it was controversial" Deku said

AFO detected this and began to smirk though painfully
"I see... you all are... retreating... you all... can't defeat me..." AFO claim painfully feeling like he's winning already
Izuku move away from AFO, he go 500 meters away before he reach his radio "Alicorn, this is Delta... do you copy? Over..." Izuku ask thru the radio
"Alicorn copy, what do you need sir?" Captain Torres reply
"Release the arrow... thermonuclear head..." Izuku ordered tiredly
"NUCLEAR?!!! You're going to use nuclear weapon?! Are you crazy?! Stop joking around! A nuclear weapon is dangerous! Where did you get nuclear from?! What are you thinking, Delta?! So that's what he meant by controversial!" The audience yell surprise
"I don't have a choice! You all see that all the bullets, bombs, missiles, every conventional weapon we throw at him didn't work. So I have to make a hard but necessary decision to stop him" Delta explain
"But nuclear?! You gonna kill everyone with it" All Might yell
"The nuke that I use is just a 1 kiloton warhead with a maximum blast range of 400 meters, only half of the area AFO destroyed. I'm not that crazy to kill everyone. Beside, I already order an evacuation" Delta explain
"But still..." Deku said nervously as others
"Listen, I don't like to make a decision to use a nuke in the middle of a densely population area. But I don't have a choice, the area is devastated already and AFO needed to be stopped at all cost" Delta declare seriously
"Can't you just order them to resupply?" Deku ask
"Rearm, resupply, and refuel takes time, and you see how much vehicles and soldiers are involved, by the time we finished rearming, AFO would already heal himself and we go back to square one. So no, a nuclear strike is the only choice we have" Delta explain
"Where's the rationality in that?" Aizawa ask rather mockingly
"That is rational" Delta glare Aizawa "The reason why I use a nuke is not just because conventional weapons didn't work, but also to reduce casualty. Fighting AFO with conventional weapons already make hundreds of soldiers lost and dozens of vehicles destroyed. If we fight him the same way more soldiers will be lost and that asshole will still be alive. A nuclear strike is the most rational decision, hero" Delta explain furiously
"He's right, you all only see from a small picture. Did you even consider how many soldiers lost from the fight? And how many will be lost if they follow your request to retreat and resupply? Didn't you realize that you asked them to run to their death? And don't get me wrong, those soldiers are ready to die to protect their country" L said
"But no soldiers of mine are expendable. I don't tolerate casualty" Delta claim making the audience to look down embarrassed

The Alicorn flight deck began to raise then split in the middle revealing a 600mm/128.cal rail canon

"Roger..." Izuku reply then he take cover behind a wrecked Type 89 IFV
AFO cannot hear what Izuku is talking thru the radio because of the distance, but he know something bad is about to happen so he prepare himself after seeing Izuku take cover behind a wreck IFV
AFO wait for 10 seconds and nothing happen confusing him, he about to mock Izuku again when he detect something moving at him at mach 10 speed. AFO is about to act, but it's to late. The projectile hit him
The 1 Kiloton thermonuclear neutron projectile hit AFO and exploded violently. According to calculation, a 1 Kiloton explosive is enough to kill anything and anyone up to 400 meters radius from the point of detonation
Izuku take cover behind a wreck IFV when the shockwave hit him "GAH!!!" Izuku grunted as he feel the nuclear shockwave hit him
"He really use it..." Deku said stunned by the explosion
"Yeah..." Uraraka agree trembling a little
"I guess this is the second nuclear explosion we see, eh?" Kaminari said nervously
"Yeah, the first one is when Bakugou is with Shigaraki in that World War 3 universe" Sero remember
"But, it's still not easy to accept it" Kaminari said nervously
"It never was" Sato reply
"Young Delta, what if that doesn't kill him?" All Might ask curious
"If that doesn't work? I will order the emergency evacuation of the entire Kanto region" Delta said surprising the audience
"The whole Kanto region?" The audience said surprise
"For what?" Midnight ask confuse
"Then what?" All Might ask again
"Then I'll order a UGM-133 Trident II SLBM launch and hit that bastard with 8 W93 500 kiloton nuclear warheads" Delta claim shocking the whole audience to the core
"YOU'RE TRYING TO DESTROY THE WHOLE KANTO REGION?!!!" The audience scream horrified
"It's better if we destroy one city than letting that bastard to take control of Japan and destroying the whole country for the next 20 or 30 years. Sometimes we have to sacrifice a few for the sake of many. No sacrifice no victory" Delta explain
"But the whole Kanto region?!" All Might yell
"Tokyo was firebomb back at World War 2, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuked back at World War 2. And yet, all three of them are rebuilt into the modern cities they are now. We rebuilt Tokyo before, we'll rebuilt it again" Delta claim

After a few minutes the explosion died out, leaving a medium size mushroom cloud at the center of the battlefield. Izuku slowly get up and see the battlefield, he display his wide map then scan the battlefield. Izuku had his fingers cross, he doesn't want to call out false info, so he double check and triple check his radar
After three time scanning the battlefield, Izuku only found one life signature inside the battlefield, his own, Izuku then sigh out in relief and call it in
"This is Delta 9-1 from the Ranger Corp Special Operation Command, Task Force 141, Izuku Midoriya, calling in from the battlefield..." Izuku started. All soldiers, government officials, civilians, and anyone who are listening to the transmission became silent and listen to the transmission
The audience also lean in forward waiting to hear the news
"... High Value Target is terminated. I repeat, All For One is dead. Mission accomplished" Izuku inform then everyone who are listening began to cheer up in relief, excitement, happiness, and joy that the Symbol of Fear is now dead
The audience also cheer out that AFO is dead. All Might sight out relief while David pat his back and Grand Torino smile
The students cheer as loud and cheerful as they can, they also congratulate Delta for killing the Symbol of Fear
The teachers and pros are relief that the threat is gone for good and also relief since Delta won't use a bigger nuke
"Shogun, mission accomplished" Izuku report as walk slowly out of the battlefield
"Roger, Delta. We just receive confirmation from sat feed, AFO is neutralized, good work all, that's one for the books" Hisashi confirm the situation
"Easy day, Shogun. Delta out" Izuku reply
"Easy day? You fought AFO, nearly lost, then use a nuke. And that was easy day?" Kaminari ask surprise as others
"Normal day on office. Though the nuke was an unpleasant surprise" Delta reply calmly
"YA THINK?!!!" The audience yell
"Well, this all was fun and games, but someone about to go home. And we're gonna see something marvelous after that" L said confusing the audience
Chapter 17 part 9 is complete and I decided to end it here, I'll cancel the provisional exam, send back Delta to his world, and finally start Civil War. MCU Phase 3, start!
BTW, my laptop work again! Though I have no idea how, last time I checked it broke AF. Maybe I need a new one. But unfortunately, I'm broke AF
