So I woke up from my daily nap with blue teeth...
My family won't stop making fun of me..
Kageyama's pov
I feel like breaking.
I don't know what to do...
Hinata is in the hospital. He's going to make it. But it still scares me.
We're in our 3rd year and hinata got in a shooting... he was shot in his stomach..
He's ok now but I can't help having dreams of his heart stopping and him dying... I love Hinata. He's the man I want to grow old with, I want to spend the rest of my life with him.
I'm heading to the hospital where Hinata is recovering from surgery.
I drove there and parked my car and locked it. I walked inside and nodded to the nurse, I come here often so all the nurses know who I am and why I'm there.
I walk up to hinata's room and found his mom trying to feed him.
"Kageyama-San! Can you knock some sense into shoyo! He won't eat! He hasn't eaten Sense this morning!" Hinata's mom pleaded
"I'm just not hungry!" Hinata said moving his head away from his mom
Miss, Hinata gave me the food and I sat down and smiled at Hinata
"You won't get me to eat!"
"If you eat I'll give you a kiss." I said bluntly
Hinata's face went red and nodded, I'm his boyfriend, of course I know how to bribe him into eating.
Hinata finally finished his food and than looked at me
"Aww do you want your kiss?" I said with a smirk
"Yes I do!" Hinata said
I put the empty bowl of soup down and leaned over on the bed and gave Hinata a kiss.
"Aww! You boys are so cute! Me and natsu have to go, it's her bed time! Kageyama you do need to get home and get some rest you've been non stop taking care of Hinata! I want you to get some decent sleep tonight!"
I just laughed and nodded...
How was I supposed to get decent sleep if I keep having nightmares about hinata's heart stopping?!
Miss. Hinata and natsu left and Hinata looked at me
"What's wrong."
"What are you talking about?" I said raising an eyebrow
"You know what I'm talking about! I'm your boyfriend! Tell me what wrong with you!" Hinata said grabbing my hand
I looked down at his hand. His hand had his IV needle in and just that kind of sight brought back memories of my nightmares..
I picked up his hands and kissed them slowly..
"Hinata lets go for a walk. You can't just sit in bed all day. You have to walk around."
I helped Hinata get out of his bed and we got his IV and started walking around slowly.
Hinata has to start walking straight again, he still had trouble walking. More like his stamina is completely depleted.
We walked around and hinata hung on my arm the whole time
"Kageyama! I want a kiss!" Hinata says looking up at me
I look down and smile
"If you can make it back to your room!" I said smiling
"Your such a tease!" Hinata says leaning on my arm
We got back to his room and I immediately kiss him
"I love you Hinata"
"I love you to kageyama!" Hinata says kissing me again
I laid him back down and he looked exhausted. It was about 9:54 and that was his cue to go to sleep.
"Hinata you need to get some sleep. I'll come see you before school in the morning ok?" I said kissing hinatas head
"I wish you could stay with me forever kageyama..." Hinata said sadly
"I will Hinata but you need some rest. I love you and I'll see you in the morning"
"I love you to kageyama" Hinata says kissing me one last time before I left.
I didn't want to leave, I wanted to stay there with Hinata forever. I need hinata.
I walked out to my car and unlocked it and climbed in. I sat there for a moment and thought about Hinata. His cute smile the way he says my name, how needy he gets when he wants a kiss. I just want Hinata to be ok.
I started driving and finally made it back to my house. I lived alone, the day Hinata got shot was the worst day of my life,
Because I watched it happen... I can never forget that mans face.. he was evil. How could he shoot hinata! Hinata has never done anything to him, or anyone.
The man that shot Hinata is locked up in jail and hinatas mom is suing the shut out of him.
I finally got to my small little house and walked in. I went to the kitchen to make some ramen and go to bed.
I finished my ramen and headed up stairs. I could never get Hinata off my mind, the whole shooting was replaying in my head like a song.
I laid down and immediately fell asleep.
I was laying next to Hinata. Begging him to hold on. Hinata looked at me,
"It's ok kageyama. We'll see eachother again someday." Hinata said weakly, he looked extremely pale and broken
Hinatas heart monitor went flat. I couldn't control my own tears from falling down my face.
"HINATA PLEASE! DONT LEAVE ME I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I DONT WANT YOU TO GO" I said chocking on my own tears
"This is all your fault kageyama. You did this to Hinata. You killed him." I turned around and Hinata mother stood there with tears running down her face. She was holding natsu and she was crying hysterically.
"WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" I said falling down to the ground as darkness surrounded me.
I woke up sweating and tears were running down my face. I was shaking and I immediately ran out of bed and put my shoes on and hoped into my car.
I drove to the hospital and ran inside and last the nurses.
I ran into hinatas room. I ran over to him and put my head on his chest. I heard his heart beating. It immediately put me to peace
"Kageyama?... why are you here I thought you left?" Hinata said sitting up
I still had tears running down my face but I looked calmer.
"Kageyama?! What happened?! Are you ok?!"
"I... I had a dream... that your heart stopped.. and I lost you... I've been having these dreams sense you've been in the hospital.. please don't leave me hinata..." I said looking up at him
Hinata started to move over on his bed and open up the blankets
"Your sleeping with me tonight. Come here." Hinata said sympathetically
I crawled into the bed and into Hinatas chest. I could hear his heart beat... he was ok..
"See? I'm ok kageyama... don't worry I won't leave you." Hinata said in a soothing voice and rubbing my head. His legs were wrapped around my torso and I could finally rest my head.
Hinatas pov
"Shoyo- ehh?! What's kageyama doing here?!" My mom said walking through the door
"He's been having dreams of my heart stopping and me dying so this is the only way he's able to sleep soundly... he came in at 3 in the morning and looked for my heart beat."
"Poor boy... you've picked a good man shoyo. I like kageyama. He's always there when you need him and he's always worried for you, going out of his way to make sure you ok and healthy... He's perfect for you." My mom said sitting down next to me "I'll call him out of school today.. I think he just needs some time with you... the poor boy had to watch the whole incident to.. to him that must have been horrifying.."
She was right... kageyama watched me get shot... I remember it so well and it still scares me..
Me and kageyama were just walking around down and decided to go to a park on the way there we saw a man trying to take a little girl and shove her in a car.
"HEY LET HER GO!" I yelled "Kageyama call the police!" I said turning around to look at kageyama
I ran towards the man and took the girl and tried to run.
I fell to the floor and my stomach was in constant pain.
"HINATA! HINATA PLEASE! STAY WITH ME!" Kageyama said with his tears falling down from his face
The little girl was crying and holding onto my hand.. poor little girl she must be so scared...
"Hey it's ok... I'll be ok..." I said. My eyes started to feel heavy and I could hear kageyama constantly screaming for me to stay awake..
I couldn't help but snuggle closer to kageyama... my poor baby..
My mom was pealing some apples when kageyama woke up at noon
He sat up and looked at his phone and started to rush out of bed.
"Nuh uh! Your taking the day off kageyama! You need to sleep!" I said pulling him back down into the bed and cuddling into his chest
"Hinata! I'm already late for school-"
"Oh don't worry about that! I called you out. Just rest up kageyama. You need it." My mom said looking at him sympathetically
He just nodded and snuggled closer to me and almost immediately fell back asleep.
"He is really tired isn't he?.." my mom said looking at him cuddled into my chest where my heart is
"Yea... I'm worried for him... how is he gonna handle being without me for one night..."
"He's not. To him your probably his everything. Telling him to manage without you is mission impossible for him"
I looked down at kageyama and kissed his forehead.
Today we were gonna know when I am going to get discharged from the hospital.
The surgeon walked in and greeted us.
"So hinata has been making a quick recovery! He'll be able to be home by tonight!" The surgeon said with a smile
I looked at my mom with a big smile.
"Finally my baby can come home.." she said tucking my hair behind my ears
"We'll have him on some medication for home so his stomach won't get infected or even his stitches, it's not likely to happen but we can't risk it." The surgeon explained to us
After awhile she left and kageyama was still out cold
"I have a feeling his nightmares aren't gonna go away.." my mom said "I really like kageyama. He's like apart of the family. And I want him to be happy." My mom explained
"I do to... he'll be happy to hear I'm leaving the hospital tonight"
"Your leaving the hospital tonight?..." Kageyama said sitting up and yawning
"Yea.. do you think your nightmares will stop when I leave the hospital?" I asked kissing his forehead
"I hope... I don't want to be a bother to you guys.."
"Oh your never a bother to us kageyama! Your family to us!" My mom explained
Kageyama smiled and sat next to me kissing my forehead.
Finally it was time for me to leave the hospital. My mom is letting me drive with kageyama, we walked outside and it was the first time in awhile I got to smell fresh air.
We got home and kageyama stayed for dinner.
"I have to head home.. I'll see you in the morning Hinata.."
"I love you kageyama.. lets hope your nightmares go away.." I said wrapping my arms around kageyama's neck
"I love you to." Kageyama said kissing me and than walking out of the door
Kageyama's pov
I was holding Hinata close to me.. he was bleeding out and coughing up blood
"Hinata please... don't leave me like this... you promised we'd grow old together.. and have our own children! We'd have a family.. don't leave me so soon!" I said crying
I put my hand where his heart was... his heart came to a complete stop.
I sat there in shock... I lost him... he's gone..
My Hinata... my baby... my everything... his gone...
His heart isn't beating..
HINATA DONT LEAVE ME PLEASE!
I snapped up in my bed... the nightmares.. I have to know.
I arrived at hinatas house and climbed on his roof and opened his window and closed it behind me..
Hinata was laying in bed sleeping.. or maybe he was dead and no one knew?!
I ran to his side and flipped him over and put my ear to his chest.
His heart was beating... he was alive and ok..
"K-kageyama? Did your nightmares not go away?" Hinata said sitting up again. I was sitting at the side of his bed
"I'm sorry... I couldn't help myself... I needed to know you were ok.."
I was pulled into the bed. And into Hinatas chest.
"I'm sorry... I'm being completely selfish.."
"No your not.. don't worry kageyama. We'll figure something out. Maybe my mom has an idea. But for know just get some sleep." Hinata said playing with my hair
How was I so lucky to have Hinata as mine...
The morning came and me Hinata and Hinata mom we're sitting down to discuss what we were gonna do for my nightmares.
"Shoyo why don't you just move in with kageyama?" Hinata mom said
"Ehh?! I couldn't do that! Hinata just got home! I wouldn't want to take him away like that! It would be selfish.." I said
"When it comes down to it it's your only option. Unless you wanna take therapy?"
I put my head on the table
"Hinata are you ok with it?" I said turning my head over to Hinata "I don't want to make you uncomfortable-"
"I think it's a good idea! Anything to help kageyama. These nightmares won't lay forever, and we were bound to move in together so why not just do it now?" Hinata says moving my hair behind my ears
Hearing hinatas voice always soothed me... I'm so happy
"Are you sure miss. Hinata?" I said sitting up straight
"You both are 18 and kageyama you are more than capable enough to take care of Hinata. I trust you, your like a son to me. You need to focus on Hinata and yourself."
I just nodded
"Well! Go get packing! You don't need to take any furniture Sense I know you to will be sleeping in the same bed. So just pack your clothes and everything else!"
We went up stairs and packed Hinatas clothing and bathroom accessories.
Hinata tried to carry one of the boxes but I wouldn't let him. He's not supposed to be carrying anything heavy!
I put his boxes in the back of the car and we said goodbye to Hinatas mom and sister,
We got home and unpacked his things. By the time we were done it was night time and we were both exhausted. And Hinata definitely needed sleep.
I laid down into hinatas chest.
I could hear his heart beat.
He is ok.
He's by my side
Forever.
So this was a random idea I had before I fell asleep for my daily nap time. Yes I need a nap every day!
I like naps...
