In an alternate universe where society has divided humans into a dominance hierarchy based on their sub genders is where this story takes place.
People may look like humans on the outside but they inhabit wolf-like characteristics from being in packs and finding their mates.

The industry does not require for groups to form a pack for their own as when it comes to idols' sub genders, their companies cannot control that part of them.

With people used to the typical stereotypes of their three sub genders, the entertainment industry is a place that is not for any omegas to be in as it is full of busy schedules and tough activities.
Omegas are looked down at by people as they were believed to be only useful for breeding and giving birth to youngs. But, time has changed and half of the world is trying to make it better and give equal rights for all three sub genders.

BTS like half of the Kpop industry, formed their group into a pack. Forming a pack or a bond meant that all members are practically mated to each other which is completely common all across the globe.
All members have a mark by their scent gland as a sign of being already mated to someone or a group of people, all except Yoongi.
The pack began not long before BTS's success had started, people may wonder how this possible but it all started when Yoongi first met Namjoon, the older had lied to the younger and telling him that he is a beta.
After lying to Namjoon, he told everyone else that he has presented as a beta. Yoongi didn't want to lie to his members, to his family, but to keep his place as a rapper in Bangtan, he needed to keep his true sub gender a secret.
The members waited as everyone presented, even their youngest, before they could mark each other as their mates. Too busy thinking about each other's sub genders, they forgot to mark Yoongi in which the rapper sighed in relief.
Yoongi is able to hide his sub gender as an omega from his bandmates for years with the help of a good friend of his that's a doctor and suppressants that are able to hide his scent and keep his body from going to a heat.
But, that's not really healthy. One way or another, Yoongi knows that his secret will be out.
His secret that he intends to keep till the day he dies.
