Taehyungs eyes were filled with unanswered questions as he looked at you in shock, clearly trying to figure out whether what he saw actually happened or not
Jungkook: I don't know how I did that- I just..
Taehyung: You... didn't use your wand?
You immediately shook your head in denial, letting out a ''No, you saw it yourself! It just suddenly healed?'' as you bit your bottom lip nervously, not feeling good about the way people were staring at you right now, even though they weren't staring in disgust or annoyance anymore, you still found their gazes unsettling as you yourself didn't know what was going on right now.
The medical staff soon got there, though they just looked around in confusion as they were unable to locate the patient until they were slowly directed towards the now healed student
Even though he was healed they still ended up taking him with them for another checkup to make sure he was fine, and once they left Taehyung immediately grabbed onto your wrist as he made you follow him out of the training hall
Jungkook: H-hey slow down Kim, where are we going?!
Once you were outside, you finally got him to let go off of you as you rubbed your wrist whilst looking up at him in annoyance and confusion
Jungkook: The hell- what was that for?
He turned towards you and his eyes instantly flashed a soft blue for a little bit as he let out a soft ''Sorry..'' when he realized he might've gripped your wrist a little too tightly.
You looked up at him as you tilted your head in confusion, meanwhile, Taehyung rubbed the back of his nape as he sighed before hesitantly speaking up
Taehyung: If we didn't leave they would've bombarded you with questions, come on let's go tell the professors first-
As he turned around to walk off, you swiftly stopped him and frowned, still not understanding what was going on
Jungkook: Tell them what? Stop acting weird and talk to me Kim!
Taehyung: You have a rare power Jungkook.
You paused for a bit as you looked at him in disbelief, only to let out a breathy laugh as you let go off of his wrist this time
Jungkook: What do you mean rare? Anyone can heal people if they just need to use their wands!
Taehyung: Exactly, they need to use their wands, you don't.
He looked down at you, completely serious and you shook your head as you still tried to laugh it off not believing it yourself
Jungkook: There's no way, I'm sure there's another explanation to this I-
However, before you could finish your sentence a horrified gasp left your lips, seeing how he suddenly picked up a sharp stone from the ground and without hesitation used it to create a deep cut across the palm of his hand.
You immediately grabbed the stone away from his grasp and threw it back down onto the ground, hissing softly as felt a sharp sting in your finger though your focus remained on the deep cut on his hand
Jungkook: Why the hell did you just do that idiot?!
He calmly just watched as you held his hand and applied pressure to it, scanning the wound with a worried look on your face, but gulped in surprise as you saw it disappear slowly under the palm of your own hand as that same almost golden light briefly appeared beneath your palm
Taehyung: Are you still gonna try to deny it? Let's just face it, you were much stronger than any of us thought you were.
Just as you were about to open your mouth to argue against his claims, you blushed lightly as you finally realized you were still holding onto his hand tightly, and as the two of you made eye contact his eyes flashed a soft purple once again making you relax slightly as you subconsciously just mumbled out your thoughts
Jungkook: Your eyes did it again.. purple
This made him look away and automatically cover his face lightly as a soft yet warm laugh left his lips, making you look away feeling slightly flustered
Jungkook: What now dumbass...? I'm trying to be serious here...
He bit back an amused grin as he just shook his head softly
Taehyung: Nothing, you just really love paying attention to my eyes huh Jeon?
You hit his arm and cleared your throat shyly, finally pushing past him as you shook your head in denial
Jungkook: Whatever... I'm going to tell the professors as you said, but you're coming with me!
Taehyung pointed at himself in confusion with a raised eyebrow, but nonetheless trailed behind you as he waited for an explanation
Taehyung: Me, why?
A soft hum left your lips as you shrugged calmly, speaking in a playful manner as you felt happy you were able to divert the subject
Jungkook: Well someone has to be my test subject in case they want me to prove my healing powers again, right?
He nodded understandingly and just accepted his fate as you both kept walking side by side, but suddenly he grabbed ahold of your hand, stopping the two of you once again as he examined it while frowning softly
Jungkook: What now-
Taehyung: Hah you can heal others, but not yourself?
You watched as he raised your hand, pointing out the cut on your finger making you let out a soft "oh, I didn't even realize''
So he gently held your hand as he reached into his pocket with his other free hand, taking out a bandaid before he carefully put it on your finger to cover the wound.
Taehyung: Sorry, it must've been when you pulled that stone away from my hand earlier.
There was a brief silence as you admired the cute little baby-blue cloud bandaid the man had put onto your finger, the cuteness of it which at first glance might've seemed like something heavily contrasting from his usual self, actually now seeming to fit his personality quite perfectly, and you smiled bit back a smile as you cleared your throat, looking away as you felt your heart flutter softly
Jungkook: Right...
He smiled and made sure the bandaid was on properly before gently patting your head
Taehyung: There, all better.
You rolled your eyes but smiled softly as you nodded before you both headed towards the professor's office together.
| Later...
Once you both finally got out of the professor's office, you let out tired sighs feeling relieved it was over.
It took quite a long time as you had to explain everything that had happened today, and also prove your ability to them so that they could see you weren't just making things up, and after a while they finally let the two of you go.
Upon leaving the office you gasped in surprise as you almost immediately were engulfed in a tight group hug by your friends
Jimin: Holy shit Jungkook we heard about everything that happened!!!
Yoongi: You really showed them what true karma is Jungkook!
They pulled away after a while as they were smiling brightly, patting your back and ruffling your hair proudly, Hoseok then chuckled as he stepped aside nodding knowingly as he noticed you guys weren't alone
Hoseok: We were worried he was alone in there, but glad to know he wasn't.
You glanced over at Taehyung who chuckled and shrugged softly and then looked back at your friends whilst shyly nodding
Jungkook: Yeah this idiot stuck by me today helping me out, not to mention, turns out he was the one who did the spray paintings-!
Taehyung: Haha Jeon, how about you shut it before you start spitting out dead skin cells...?
Taehyung quickly covered your mouth whispering a ''Hush!'' in your ears before he looked away rolling his eyes in embarrassment, and your friends watched as you and Taehyung turned towards each other starting to bicker while they just watched and laughed softly in awe
Jimin: Alright, well we'll leave you lovebirds to it then-
You and Taehyung immediately stopped bickering and turned towards them, simultaneously letting out a ''Hah lovebirds my ass!'' making your hyungs laugh even more at the two of you
Yoongi: I swear I can't tell if you're flirting or bickering anymore... Anyway, we really do have to get going, we promised to help some other juniors with that event they're preparing for.
Hoseok: Have fun you two!
They all waved goodbye before they left, and you sighed but smiled nonetheless as you watched them leave before Taehyung cleared his throat awkwardly
Taehyung: Anyway... Wanna grab a drink together, or some dinner, or both?
Your heart instantly fluttered at the question but you managed to keep calm as you turned towards him, acting like you had to think about it for a bit as you flashed him a teasing smirk
Jungkook: Asking me on a date Kim?
Though he remained unfazed as he merely just returned that same smirk, looking down at you whilst stepping in closer to you
Taehyung: Hm, well if plotting each others murders together is considered a date, then yes let's call it a date Jeon.
You hummed and nodded, hoping he wasn't able to hear just how fast your heart was beating under his gaze as you looked into his eyes
Jungkook: Then that settles it. Todays been a real rollercoaster anyways, so why not?
