After sustaining an injury in a Siege match, Ignis was now sleeping in his coal bed. He then woke up and saw a note next to him.
"Hey, I am off to work cause duty calls. I convinced Colt to look after you and he agreed. I'll see ya soon~ Jacky"
Then a knock was heard on his door and it opened and Colt went in.
Colt: Morning there, I heard about the injury, don't worry it'll all heal in time.
Ignis then wrote to Colt.
"I know, since I am injured I guess I'll be stuck here for a while"
Colt: Yeah but don't worry I am here for you anytime.
Ignis gave him a thumbs up.
Colt: Come on, let's get you downstairs.
He went to Ignis helped the fiery spirit get up as they walked/hopped all the way downstairs and into the kitchen.
Colt: That wasn't so hard, plus you are really heavy.
Ignis gave him a "really?" look.
Colt: No offense... Hehe...
Ignis hopped to a chair and he sat down.
Colt: So what do you eat?
Ignis gave him a note.
"I eat everything related to coal"
Colt: Coal? I'll check in the cupbord.
He went to check if there was some coal and there was nothing.
Colt: Nothing there? I'll check the fridge.
He went to the coal like fridge and opened it and there was nothing there too.
Colt: Drats! There's nothing there too.
Ignis placed his right hand on the table and his left elbow too as he put his left hand on his face.
Colt: Don't worry, I'll get some... Where do you actually get coal?
He gave his neighbor a note.
"From Hell"
Colt: From your home? How the heck do I get there?
Ignis then snapped his fingers and his hammer appeared.
He then hit the ground so hard that it opened a portal.
Colt: Woah, what did you just do?
Ignis wrote an answer to Colt.
"I smashed the ground and created a portal to Hell, you can enter it and get coal in the Laydraria mines"
Colt: How do I know where to find this mine?
Ignis gave him another note.
"Ask one of the demons or spirits and they will show you"
Colt: Alright, I'll be back.
Ignis gaved him a bag and Colt jumped into the hole as it closed down.
"At Colt's side"
Colt was now in Hell, it was all red on the ground and fire was erupting in the background.
Colt: I wonder how Ignis lived in these conditions, well better go and get some coal.
He made the first move.
"Back at Ignis' side"
A knock was heard on the door and he went to open it, upon opening it he saw Colette standing there with a smile on her face. She wasn't wearing her red vest and showed her blue sweater but the sweater exposed a bit of her clevage
Colette: Hi Ignis!
She pulled him closer to her and hugged him and he hugged back.
Colette: So how are you?
She then saw him with only one foot.
Colette: What happened to your foot?!
He gave her a note.
"I broke it upon playing a Siege match, now I am stuck here recovering"
Colette: Poor thing, is someone taking care of you?
Ignis wrote her another letter.
"Colt was looking after me but he went to get some coal for me and he will be back shortly"
Colette: Oh, well since he isn't here I'll take his job of looking after you for now. Let's go get you laid down.
Ignis began hopping all the way to the living room and Colette followed him and saw him sit at the sofa.
Colette: So what do you suggest we do?
Ignis gave her another note.
"Anything to just kill time"
Colette: Wanna play go fish?
Ignis nodded in agreeement as he snapped his fingers and a pile of cards appeared in his hand and began shuffling the pile.
Colette: Woah, how did you do that?
Ignis shrugged as he continued shuffling.
"At Colt's side"
He was trying to find someone to tell him where Laydraria mines. He then saw an old demon who was sitting on a rock.
Colt: Excuse me good sir, but do you know where the Laydraria mines are?
Demon: Laydraria mines? Yeah I do know them... But for a small fee...
Colt: Well what do you want?
Demon: I want that golden badge of yours.
He pointed at Colt's sheriff badge on the left side on his chest.
Colt: My badge...?
Demon: Indeed, give it to me and I'll tell you the directions to mines.
Colt was hesitant, he didn't wanna give his badge to some old demon, he earned it with all the hard work he has done in all the years. But then he thought about Ignis and then sighed.
Colt: Deal.
He got rid of his badge from his chest and gave it to the demon.
Demon: Thank you, now here's the map to the mines.
He gave Colt a map to the mines.
Colt: Pleasure doing business with you sir.
Demon: Anytime kiddo.
Colt left as he was looking on the map.
Colt: Now to find the mines.
"Back at Ignis' side"
Ignis and Colette were holding cards.
Colette: You got any 4 of spades?
Ignis nodded his head in a no.
Colette: Then I guess I'll go fish.
She grabbed another card from the messy pile. Ignis then showed her a 7 of clubs and meant that he wanted that card.
Colette: I don't have it.
Ignis then grabbed another card from the pile, he then grabbed his notepad and wrote to Colette.
"This is getting kinda boring, wanna do something else?"
Colette: How about truth or dare?
Ignis nodded in agreeement.
Colette: Alright truth or dare?
Ignis wrote on his notepad.
"Truth"
Colette: Alright... Do you like me?
Ignis was silent after he heard her sentence. Colette was a beautiful girl but he had to tell her the truth about him and Jacky. He then wrote a note to her.
"I do like you Colette, but I am actually with someone else"
Colette: With who?
He wrote another letter to Colette.
"With Jacky"
Colette was about to flip out, she grit her teeth... But she sighed.
Colette: I understand, I wish the best for you in your relationship...
Ignis gave her another note.
"Thank you, but I promise to hang out with you whenever I feel lonely"
Colette: Awww, but I still love you no matter what.
She then laid on the ground in a seductive position and winked at Ignis. He was blushing on the inside and he then sat on the ground with his legs crossed.
Colette: Dame un beso baby...
Ignis was weirded out because he didn't knew what she said.
Colette: This is what I mean...
She got up and kissed his fiery face despite the fact she burned herself.
Colette: Ow Ow Ow.
Ignis was in shock after what he just witnessed.
Colette: I am sorry, it's just I wanted a kiss that's all... I just couldn't resist...
He placed his hand on her shoulder and gave her a note.
"It's fine, but never do that again, I am in a relationship right now"
Colette: Alright.
She smiled.
Colette: Hug?
He hugged her. Then suddenly a portal opened and Colt came out as he had burn marks on his hands and the portal closed.
Colt: I have been through Hell.
He laughed and saw the two.
Colt: Anyways what is she doing here?
Colette: I uhh...
Ignis wrote on his notepad.
"I invited her to keep me company while you were busy"
Colt: Oh, that makes sense, anyways I got you your coal.
Ignis gave him a thumbs up.
Colt: I'll go make you your coal breakfast.
Colette: I wanna make it for Ignis.
Colt: Umm yeah sure, go ahead.
She got up and grabbed the bag and left to the kitchen.
Colt: So how's she doing right now?
Ignis gave him a note.
"She's not the same crazy girl you thought she was 😉"
Colt: So you got through to her, you need to teach me that mojo psyche of yours.
Ignis wrote something to Colt.
"What happened to you? You look all burned up"
Colt: It's a long story, say why don't we go and help her.
Ignis nodded as Colt helped him get up and they went to the kitchen.
