Diane, Hawk, Y/N, Meliodas and Elizabeth all arrive at the entrance of Baste Prison. The stands outside of large doors that lead into the prison.
"You sure she's in this tower?" Meliodas asks, looking between Diane and Y/N who's now got her coat back on and a bloodied cloth wrapped around her chest.
"Well let's just say he didn't strike me as the kind of soldier who'd be willing to lie to my cute little face," Diane says, kneeling in front of them with her bag open in front of Hawk, Meliodas and Y/N.
"Well, who would?" Y/N asks, staring up at Diane smiling. Meliodas looks down at the unconscious Elizabeth.
"You'll be okay, I promise" Meliodas then looks at Y/N, then to her chest "How are you holding up?"
"Pole through the chest is nothing" Y/N shrugs "Give me a day or two tops and I'll be fully healed. Anyway, let's get this kid" The group begin to make their way in, Diane having to crouch slightly to get in.
"So weird, this whole place looks deserted," Diane says, her voice echoing.
"I guess me knocking that Holy Knight airborne did a number on them," Meliodas says, hands in pockets.
"Talk about wimps," Hawk says.
"I'm telling ya, these Holy Knights are getting worse every generation," Y/N says, hands behind her head.
Outside of Baste Prison stands Jericho, a Holy Knight and the soldiers of Baste prison.
"It looks like they've gone inside," Jericho says, before turning back to the Holy Knight "What are your orders, Sir Golgius?"
"I must admit, I'm rather impressed but your strength had only brought an agonizing death upon yourselves," Sir Golgius says before taking out a black ball with a marking on it.
"Sir...is that a spell bead?" Jericho asks, surprised. Golgius then throws the spell bead onto the ground which erupts into a blue cloud which then surrounds the entire prison "What is that?"
"A magic quarantine barrier" Golgius answers, looking up at the prison "And indestructible sealing spell, so powerful they couldn't break it with 10 tyrant dragons" He chuckles "The Sins will wither away to nothing inside this eternally locked cage.
Inside one of the cells lays a blond woman with glasses, asleep on the wooden bed. The group stands outside of the said cell looking at the sleeping women.
"This is her," Hawk says "Without a doubt. The doctor's daughter"
"Then let's get her out," Meliodas says as Y/N around to Diane, who couldn't fit in the hallway.
"Got room in your backpack for another one?" She asks, Diane hums in reply.
"No problem" Diane replies. The doctor's daughter slowly wakes up to see Diane's giant hand reaching down the hall towards her. She begins screaming as Diane rips the cell's door out from the wall. Later the now passed out doctor's daughter lays beside Elizabeth.
"Yikes," Y/N says "She had some scream on her"
"Are you sure she's okay?" Hawk asks.
"Yeah, I think she's gonna be just fine" Diane answers, fastening her backpack closed. The group hears footsteps behind them and they whip their heads to see someone walking out from the darkness. They slowly walk out into the light and they stare at him in surprise.
"Ban?" Meliodas questions.
"Hey Captain" Ban replies. The two engage in an eye battle, no words swapped just eye contact.
"They both seem pretty upset, what's going on?" Hawk asks, looking between the two "I've got a bad feeling about this"
"Your right" Diane says sitting on the ground and leaning on her hands "I think you wanna get behind me and hide there" Hawk squeals in terror.
"Quit scaring him, Diane," Y/N says, arms crossed and standing on a slant. Ban and Meliodas's brows then furrow before Meliodas's arms go up into the air with a happy expression on his face.
"Ban!" Ban's face mirrors Meliodas as his hands come up in front of him.
"Captain!" The two-run forward at each other, hands in the air before they begin high fiving at a fast pace.
"What's that? It's like a game of patty cake gone wrong" Hawk says as Diane stares at them with boredom. Y/N watches with an amused look.
"Captain!" Ban says, swinging his arms at Meliodas and hitting him through many layers of the wall. He jumps up and down, waving his arms and laughing "My turn, me next!" Meliodas gets up and jumps through the hole towards Ban and headbutts Ban through many layers of the prison.
"Do I wanna know?" Hawk asks.
"Just roll with it," Y/N says, walking towards the two. Ban and Meliodas begin laughing with each other before Ban stands up and walks out of the hole.
So great, I thought you might've gotten soft on me" Ban says as Meliodas dusts himself.
"You've still got it" The two then clasp hands before falling to the ground, smirking at each other.
"Count us down Lieutenant" Ban says as Y/N sighs and kneels between the two and holds their hands.
"Ready...Go!" She says and lets go of their hands as they begin to arm wrestle. The force beginning the shake the whole prison and the walls crumbling.
"What's happening?" Hawk shouts now sitting on Diane's knee. Diane watches the two arms wrestle with a smile. Rubble falls from above them as the Prison continues to shake
"Those three have been like this for as long as I've known them"
"Wait! They've been like what?!" Hawk asks.
"Just typical boys, so immature. And Y/N just adds onto their immatureness" Diane says, amused.
"720 times if I recall rightly, and I do, I've beat you 361 of the" Ban says.
"You must have lost your mind, I've won 361 times!" Meliodas says as the two hands are still completely in the middle. Y/N lays on her stomach beside the two, leaning on her elbows and her legs swinging in the air.
"And if you two remember correctly I've drank more booze than that so who's the winner here, huh?" Y/N jokes. The floor begins to fall as they stay in the same position, Meliodas and Ban begin to yell. Diane holds her hand up to her chin, watching them with a smile still.
"The Captain is so cute when he gets all worked up as that" Diane says. Ban, Meliodas and Y/N are all laying on their rocks as they fall. Hawk is hanging onto Diane's thigh for his dear life.
"I don't think this is the time!" Hawk shouts.
Outside they watch as the prison begins to crumble and fall to the ground and the barrier becomes undone.
"The barrier!" Golgius says.
"Impossible!" Jericho says, her face showing shock. The prison falls to the ground and a massive dust cloud comes their way "The Sins, just how much power do they control?"
"Strategic withdrawal," Golgius says, disappearing and leaving Jericho in the way of the dust cloud.
"What?" She questions, turning to see no sign of the Holy Knight "Hey, hold on a minute! What about me?!" She begins running away from the cloud of dust.
The group returns to the town, the doctor's daughter is reunited with her father.
"Father! Father!" The daughter cries, hugging her father who's in the bed "I was so scared"
"My sweet little girl, I'm so glad you're okay"
"I was worried about your father, I assumed the worst!" Sennet says as Meliodas, Hawk and Y/N walk into the room. They stare at him in surprise
"What! Your back from the dead?!" Hawk shouts.
"Look at this," The doctor says, taking off his shirt to show the now healed scar.
"Wow, it's just like what happened with Meliodas wound," Hawk says.
"Is that true?" The doctor asks. Y/N nods "Though I'm a doctor, I'm ashamed to say I have no idea how I'm alive right now," He says, placing his shirt back on.
"Bottom line is you are alive. I'd say just take the win" Meliodas says, smiling.
"Well, we oughta be going," Y/N says, placing her hands behind her head "Besides, there's no telling whether or not more holy knights will be coming to town when they hear the news" The three turn to walk away until they're stopped by the doctor.
"Meliodas! Y/N!" They turn around to face him "Will you let me do something to say thank you? Even if it's something simple as a meal"
"Well now, maybe we'll take you up on that" Meliodas says.
"Leave out the poison this time" Hawk mutters, making Meliodas lift his hand and punch Hawk's head.
"One question..." Y/N says, walking up to the doctor's bed and leaning forward a big grin on her face "Will there be booze?"
Diane bends down to look through the window of the boar hat to see Elizabeth sleeping on the bed. Meliodas, Hawk and Y/N sit on her shoulders while doing so.
"How's Elizabeth doing Diane?" Meliodas asks.
"She's resting comfortably," Diane says.
"That's good"
"But why is she sleeping in your room Meliodas?" Hawk asks, making Diane look at him groaning "I thought Elizabeth is on the third floor"
"Yeah about that" Y/N says, laughing "Ban completely took over her bed. He said he laid claim to her room and that now it's his" Hawk and Meliodas jump off Diane's shoulder.
"So what's Elizabeth supposed to do for a bed then?" Hawk asks.
"She could always sleep with me?" Meliodas says.
"That's true, those are the only rooms so there's not much of a- LIKE HELL SHE WILL!" Hawk shouts at him. Inside, Elizabeth begins to wake up.
"Sennett...Did we?" She looks out the window to Diane and Y/N "Sir Ban?"
"We found the two of them and brought them back to town in one piece," Diane says "Everybody else is okay too"
"Oh. Thank goodness" Elizabeth says, laying on her side to face Diane, tears running down her eye "What a relief?"
"Now you're crying huh?" Y/N says. Elizabeth lightly giggles, wiping her tears away.
"Yeah...I guess I am"
