At Billy House.
Everyone was in Billy's lab and he had something to show them, it was part of a boy named Willy's science project.

At Rita's Palace.

At the Park is where Billy and the others are.

Then Putties arrived.

A Putty grabbed onto Willy machine game from Billy.

"Come on. Let's get to the science fair."Said Billy

"I though we'd use the one that worked well right right two. You remember....EyeGuy! If you recall, my Queen, we sent him down to capture the smartest children of planet. At the Youth Center.
"Judging will being in the minutes. All those who are late will be disqualified."Said The Man

"Hey! What's going on in here?"Asked Bulk as he and Skull walk in

Jason ducks Bulk again and Billy ends up flipping him on his back.
"Now you really got me ticked!"Said Skull as he jump to Billy as he duck in time and Skull landed on Bulk
"Yes!"Said Trini, Kimberly and Skylar
"Come on, let's wheel these bozos out of here."Said Billy as he Willy pushes Bulk and Skull on the wheels
"I think she needs a couple volunteers, just to show us how it works."Said Trini
"Hey you guys! over here! We've got just the thing."Said Kimberly
"Coming right up!"Said Billy as he and Willy pushes Bulk and Skull to the clothing machine as the girls move out the way

Then they see clothes being thrown up into the air and loads of glitter.

When the doors open everyone starts laughing as they see Bulk and Skull dress up like girls, two of them look each other and scream.

Bulk and Skull then ran away then the professor comes over to Willy and other are.
"What's going on here Willy?"Said The Professor
"Professor?"Said Willy
"This isn't a playground. Your thoughtless antics could wreak havoc on the other competitions inventions...you're disqualified."Said The Professor
"What?"Said Willy
"Look sir, it wasn't his fault."Said Billy
"My decision is final."Said Prosfessor as he leaves
"I don't believe this. I can't seem to do anything right."Said Willy as he looked disappointed and runs away
Trini calls out Willy and he stops looks at them as she says,"Hey Willy wait! Don't go."
Willy looks very up set and runs out the Youth Center.
"I know just how he feels. I'm gonna go after him, okay?"Said Billy

At the Park.
"Now don't mess up!"Said Baboo

Willy was on a rock by the lake.
'I can't believe it. It was my best invention yet, and it was disqualified.'He thought

"I don't understand! What is this place?!"Asked Willy as he's trapped circular machine as it spins him around

The boys were at the Park looking for Willy.

Kimberly, Skylar and Trini walking to the Park meet the boys.
"Do you guys see anything?!"Asked Billy

They walk over to the viewing globe as they see Willy got trapped by EyeGuy in a circular machine.
"The boy is being held within the internal vortex. A world located inside EyeGuy's main eye...Rita wishes to gain control of Willy's powerful mind."Said Zordon

"Well how do we set him free?"Asked Billy
"EyeGuy's main eye must be destroyed. Only then will Willy be released and the creature stopped."Said Zordon

"We've gotta save Willy."Said Billy
"Then let's move."Said Kimberly
"It's morphin time."Said Jason
"Mastodon!"Said Zack

They arrived as they see Baboo and EyeGuy.
"All right, guys, let's get to work!"Said Jason

Jason strike him first with his sword then hit Jason as he gets back up then others join in as they circle around EyeGuy.

"Go for the main eye! We've got to get Willy out of there!"Said Billy
EyeGuy blasts the Rangers.
"Rangers, bring 'em together!"Said Jason
"Power Axe!"Said Zack

"Power Daggers!"Said Trini
"Power Lance!"Said Billy
"Power Blades!"Said Skylar
"Power Sword!"Said Jason
"Power Rangers! Fire!"Said Power Rangers as they blast EyeGuy
EyeGuy goes down but his eyes start flying around and come back, then he blast them again as they roll down the hill.
"What happen?! I thought he was finish!"Said Kimberly
"He's still got Willy"Said Zack
"There has be another way to get Willy out."Said Skylar
"Willy!"Said Billy
"He's still trapped!"Said Jason
"Willy.."Said Billy
"Billy! My sensors show that EyeGuy has his main eye hidden in another part of the park. Leave the others to fight and track down the eye."Said Zordon
"Right."Said Billy
"You'll find the eye in the forested area just south of your location. And Billy, you must hurry."Said Zordon
"On my way Zordon. You guy keep him busy. I'm going after the main eye."Said Billy
EyeGuy blast them and laughs as he says,"I spy some Power Rangers."
He blast them again.
"You've had it!"Said Billy
Then Billy goes after EyeGuy.
"I'm coming, Willy!"Said Billy
Billy arrived at the Park as the eye blast him he starts attacking EyeGuy's giant eye with his Power Lance as the eye got destroy.
"Ohh, that's it! I've had it with those Power Rangers once and for all!"Said Rita
"Now see EyeGuy grow!"Said Rita as she throw her wand
Eyeguy grow big and he blast the Rangers.
"Enough is enough! We need Dinozord Power now!"Said Jason
They're zords arrived.
"Let's go!"Said Jason as he and the others jump inside they're zords
"Zack here, all system's go."Said Zack
"Billy here, let's finish him."Said Billy
"Trini here, ready for action."Said Trini
"Skylar here, this EyeGuy is going down."Said Skylar
"Let's get this bug-eyed freak."Said Kimberly
"All right Rangers, let's power up!"Said Jason as he puts his power crystal
"Two, one...power up!"Said The Others as they do the same
Jason and other zords turn into tank mode while Skylar flying in the air as she blast EyeGuy to let the other Rangers go in battle mode.
"Switch into megazord battle mode!"Said Jason as they transform
EyeGuy blast the Rangers zords.
"Megasword, engage!"Said Jason as the Power Sword comes down
"Look his main eye's open! Get him!"Said Billy
"Right!"Said Jason
The Rangers strike EyeGuy as he get's destroy for good this time and Willy was free.
"Willy!"Said Billy
"You're free!"Said Trini
"Hey kid, are you all right?!"Said Zack
"Wow! The Power Rangers!"Said Willy as they help him up
"That's right."Said Kimberly
"I guess we've had a pretty big day, huh?"Said Trini
"Yeah, I'll say."Said Zack
"Tell me about it."Said Skylar
"[groaning] I've got such a headache!"Said Rita
At the Youth Center.
"I still can't believe that the Power Rangers actually save my life."Said Willy
"Yeah, aren't they the greatest?"Asked Billy
"Yeah."Said Willy
"Oh here, I found this."Said Billy as he takes out Willy cap
"Hey, my lucky cap!"Said Willy
They Ernie and the Professor trying out Will's invention.
"Willy, am I glad to see you.Said The Professor as he and Ernie take off the googles.

"I owe you an apology, Willy. It seems I overreacted to something that wasn't your fault."Said The Professor
"Thank you sir, I hope you'll allow my invention be included in the competion."Said Willy
"Of course, Willy. In fact, given your invention first prize." Congratulions.Said The Professor as he handed Willy a blue ribbon.
"Wow, is this for real?"Said Willy as Billy and the others congratulate Willy
"That's great man."Said Zack
"Way to go, Willy."Said Billy
"Congratulations."Said Trini
"Way to go."Said Jason
"Come on."Said Billy as he and Willy do they're secret hand shake
"All right, bud."Said Billy as he give Willy a side hug
Just then Bulk and Skull come back in towels as they walk over to them.
"Okay guys, the joke's over. We want our clothes back."Said Bulk as they turn around
"Yeah! We want our clothes back."Said Skull
"Sure! We, uh, washed and we sterilized them."Said Kimberly as she and Trini walk over the box
Once they open it, they handed back Bulk and Skull clothes but they weren't big anymore, they were small like kids sizes and everyone laughs.
