Draco's POV
I felt relief flow over me as an owl left a letter on my desk. Not just any owl, Kat's owl, Damien. I jumped off my bed and ripped open the letter, looking forward to hearing her voice, even if it must be through a letter. I read it over multiple times. She still loves me. I make her happy. We aren't failing. All of that was important to me, but nothing was as important as the ending.
'Your Kat'
She hated being addressed that way. And yet she knows how important that is to me. God I love this woman.
"Malfoy? What is so important?" I rolled my eyes.
Anything but you. I turned and saw Parkinson emerge out of my bathroom wearing my black shirt. It fit much more loosely on her and almost looked like a dress. It looks much better on Kat's gorgeous body.
"Get out." I commanded.
"What? But I thought we would..." She walked up to me slowly and put her hand on my chest, "you know. Have some fun?" I moved her hand and pushed her away.
"Hell the fuck no. Get out." I repeated.
"You weren't complaining when you gave me your shirt." She got close to me again and started to lift my shirt up off my body to reveal my bare torso.
"You spilled water on your shirt." I pushed her hands away and tugged down my shirt.
"Then why did you tell me to come up in the first place? Why did you even invite me here?" She crossed her arms over her chest.
Kat's chest is much better. I peeled my eyes away.
"I just..." I ran my hand through my hair and tugged on it, "I don't know. I wasn't thinking. I am now. So get the fuck out." I instructed her and she sighed loudly.
"This is about the mudblood, isn't it? I knew there was something more there when you kissed that bitch." I held her arm more harshly than I anticipated and brought her to me.
"Do not call her that."
"That's what she is! A worthless fucking mudblood." I pushed her away.
"No she isn—" I took a minute to myself before unintentionally revealing her secret, "I'm not going to say this again: get the fuck out of my room. And if you talk about her like that again, I'll make sure you vomit slugs for the rest of your life." She rolled her eyes and took her bag.
"Fine. But don't come to me for some real fun whenever you realize you're too pure for her."
"I would never. In any case, she's too pure for me." She took her dirty shirt and threw it at me, slamming the door on her way out. I threw her shirt out the window.
Shit. That could've gone really badly. She better not say some shit about Kat ever again or there will be dark consequences. Now, back to my Kitty Kat.
I sat on my desk and wrote back 2 simple sentences.
