Instructions: What fun costume can you come up with for Halloween night? Witch, Princess, Pirate? Create a cover based off of a Halloween costume! It doesn't have to be one you'd wear as long as it's a costume and the cover includes one Halloween thing. It can be subtle or is can be garish.
