Hey guys , it's been almost MORE THAN A FREAKING MONTH since we've interacted or learned anything, isnt it? (BLAME IT ON MY FREAKING MID-TERMS and life in general) But now that my exams are over and i'm guaranteed to have a World War III with my parents regarding my math exam after the results are turned in, I guess we can finally move on from those dark (rather pressurized) times and learn something new (unless u guys already know this lesson lol)
ENOUGH OF MY WEIRD SARCASM-
Today we'll be learning How To Change Eye Color In Photoshop (or any other PC softwares and sites) Naturally and Easily.The steps are quite easy so it would literally take u one or two adjustment layers at most, yep, it's that easy. And for this lesson, i'll be using this image to show u the short steps.
STEP 1: Open your image in whatever site/software you're using. In this case, we're using the image above.
STEP 2: Select the eye ball with your desired selection tool. Here I used the basic Quick Selection Tool, but if you're comfortable with lasso or pen tool, feel free to use them. Just make sure you aren't selecting anything outside of the eye ball.
STEP 3: Add an adjustment layer of Hue/Saturation, and make sure you've clicked on the colorize option.
The fact that you've already selected the eye ball earlier makes it easier to use an adjustment layer without wasting any extra effort in layer masking the unwanted parts.
STEP 4: Play around with the hues and saturation according to your choice. After messing around for a while, I opted for a green hue with normal saturation
STEP 5 (optional): This step is purely optional. I simply added another hue/saturation layer to give it off that natural dual eye color. This time I selected the yellow hue with increased saturation and then layer masked everything around it, excluding a small portion near the pupil.
And voila! Your natural eye color change is there in the final product. Can u see how natural it looks? if u find the colors a lil unmatched to the light, u can always go for an increased or decreased lightness in the hue/saturation adjustment layer itself.
