Vernon's finally free after calling his friend.
We spent the whole day chatting and playing. This cell became our daycare. We haven't slept yet but we still feel so energized. The cops were not bothered since they were chatting on their desk while drinking whiskey. Yep, whiskey on duty.
"Joshua." Vernon called from the other side.
"Yup?"
"This is Seungkwan. He's the friend I'm talking about."
"Ah, your friend looks like a good person, Vernon."
"Vernon?!" Seungkwan turned to him "You told him your real name?!" He whispered, which was so loud I heard it from here.
"Why?" Vernon put his arm on his shoulder.
"You don't even know who that guy is!"
"He's Hong Jisoo, but he prefers Joshua. He was accused of illegal medical practice."
"Ahh that's not my point!"
"Then what's your point?"
As they bicker, the officers put down their alcohol to answer a call. After that, they opened the cell and said
"Hong Jisoo, you're free."

"Ah. You're out too." Vernon put his hand on Seungkwan's mouth while the other was stomping and murmuring.
"That's weird, but good I guess. Anyway, do you want to eat? I know a good Chinese restaurant."
"Sure."
"Okay, give me a minute."
I approached the front desk and filled out some forms.
"How am I out?"
"First, the defendant withdrew the case. Next, the Seoul General Hospital sent us your Certificate of Employment with supporting documents showing for how many years you've worked for them."
"Ah then the clinic.."
"Yes, it is your private clinic that doesn't render any medical services, right?"
"Right.."
I don't get it any of it. All I know is I'm free.
"Are you done?" Vernon called.
"Almost."
"What? Are you seriously gonna go eat with him?" Seungkwan finally threw Vernon's hand on his mouth.
"You seem to trust Joshua."
"It's the opposite!"
Vernon turned to me. "My friend talks a lot when he's comfortable around someone."
"I see. Thanks for the trust, Seungkwan."
"I told you it's the opposite!"
I borrowed the phone on the desk to call Jeonghan but he isn't picking up so I put it down.
"Why?"
"I can't reach my friends." I said.
"Ahhh. What are you gonna do?"
"Boss, err Han, err Vernon, let's go. I suddenly have a bad feeling." Seungkwan pulled Vernon's sleeve.
Then we heard a car engine towards here and went down a man with long brown coat. The cops hid their alcohol as they saw the detective go inside.
"Seokmin."
"Hey." He grabbed me by my shoulders and hugged me.
"Oh, what happened?" I pulled out.
"I'm glad you're free." He said while his arms are still around my shoulders.
"Yeah, but how'd you know?"
"Later, but we have to g-"
Then another vehicle rushed, it's my friends' motorbike.
"Joshua!" Jeonghan ran towards me and stopped when he saw Seokmin. "Oh, the hell are you doing to him?"
"Ah. I'm sorry." Seokmin pushed me.
"Joshua!!" Chan jumped hug me and I hugged him back.
"Wait guys, how'd you know I'm out?"
"It was Taehyung."
Of course. He's always reliable.
"Taehyung.. It's familiar." Seungkwan said.
"Yeah, but I think it's another person.. he can't be." Vernon said.
"Who are they?" Hoshi asked.
"Ah! You're the one from the bakeshop!" Chan pointed at Seungkwan.
"So, you know each other. This is Vernon and Seungkwan." I turned to the two, "These are my friends, Jeonghan, Hoshi, Chan, and Seokmin."
"Vernon, I think this guy is the aura I am sensing right now." Seungkwan hid behind him and pointed at Chan.
"Wha- Me? What did I do?"
"Guys, I think we need to go now."
"Yeah, Hoshi's right. We were warned." Jeonghan said.
"We're gonna call a cab now." Vernon said while Seungkwan went out to find one.
"How about our dinner?"
"Let's set it next time."
"Joshua, let's go inside the car." Seokmin said.
"Huh? Why yours? We're going home." Jeonghan held my sleeve.
"But we're going to talk about something important."
"Ooh.. OHHHHH MY GOOOD!" Seungkwan screamed while running back inside the station.
"DUCK!" He screamed again.
"Duck?"
We saw metallic black sedan cars rolled down their windows and put out their machine guns.
