Aya's eyes fluttered opened up as she was met with the brick ceiling, her eyes slowly moved to the window to see the sun shinning as she slowing got up as she held her throbbing head grunting in pain.
"Thank god your awake" Levi states as she turned to meet his silver eyes as he grew closer to Aya sitting beside her on the bed"what happened?" He asked concern filling his voice
"I- I don't remember. The last thing I can remember is Erwin bleeding out. Is he okay?" She asked as her eyes widened looking at Levi in frantic
"Yes thanks to you" Levi said as he soon got up "Erwin has been waiting fro you he needs to speak to you so get dressed" he finished as he left the room Aya looked at him in confusion but unknown to her he stood on the other side of the Door signing loudly in releif.
"I'm afraid Aya with recent events people seem to not trust you. I will have to demote you of captain right. You will go back to being a soldier " Erwin said as Aya only nodded "you will also be part of the Levi squad " he finished and she nodded again and left the room
"You ready to go?" Levi asked as Aya only nodded and followed him to the carriage. They soon pulled up to a cottage and they could hear them arguing.
"What's with all the commotion?" Levi Questioned as they all looked towards the two as Levi swiped his finger under the table and saw dirt
"Shit" Aya mumbled
"I'm certain I gave you enough time"Levi said as some looked at him in fear
"Come on Levi there just kids" Aya said as she walked towards Levi as he glanced at her
"Fine but we will discuss your failure another time. Eren Hanji wants to begin the experiment" Levi said and Eren looked
towards him
Eren in Titan form roared as it stood tall though it soon came stumbling to the floor as everyone surrounded him either on horse or looking down at him.
"What wrong Eren! Get up!" Hanji shouted at him looking irritated.
"Third time and his form changed again. He's not even 10 metre tall and some of his body lacks muscle" Levi grumbled glaring down at the boy.
"Plus his scrawny ass is hanging out" Aya pointed towards him a look of disgust on her face before she turned to see Historia as she filled with sympathy.
"I can see that!" Hanji shouted as she flew down towards him. Yanking him out and see his face. It looked terrifying Aya eyes widened seeing his eyes as she turned her head to look at Levi who wore a look of disgust
"Not the outcome we were looking for. Where a long way from using his ability to seal the wall" Levi said as he looked towards Armin who stood by them
"Yes we knew this all long" Armin said looking down disappointingly
"The plan sounds simple in theory all we need to do is get Eren there" Levi finished as he looked towards Eren to see that he had come put the titan as his friend grew concerned.
"Historia and Aya ride with Eren i'm going with Hanji's group to Tross" Levi said as he looked towards Aya before he turned away.
"But!-" Aya shouted looking towards him confused and irritated.
"That's an order" he simple said and Aya looked down and guarded Historia away before she looked back to see Levi stood their concern written on his face.
Levi looked at her and remembered what pastor nick said "Historia is the key she may know stuff that we don't. And that soldier the girl she's another part of the puzzle. The resemblance is uncanny"
"What does Aya have to do with this?" Levi asked as he stood in front window before he turned as glared at his commander
"I don't have the faintest idea though the traitors seemed to be after her and what pastor nick said. She has an important role" Erwin said as he looked out the window as Levi only continued to glare.
Aya sat at the table watching the scout cook the dinner as she leaned her head in her arm, black bags under her eyes as she signed heavily.
"You should be in bed" Mikasa said to Eren as he walked in, Aya looked up as she met his eyes but he only continued to walk as Aya looked towards the table.
"It's my fault the plan failed. The least I can do is help" Eren said as he grabbed a potato and started to peel as his friends looked towards him concerned.
"It's no ones fault " Aya stated as everyone's head turned towards her, they grew concerned as they saw how tired she looked, Eren looked away from her face as Aya looked at him confused.
"All I care about is bringing down the beast titan" Connie gritted as he looked down towards the knife he was peeling with such hatred.
"The beast Titan?" Aya mumbled under her breath as she swore she heard that name somewhere before she groaned holding her head in pain
"Aya? Are you alright?" Historia mumbled looking at the girl, Aya looked up to meet her blue eyes in shock
"Aha, yeah i'm not a captain anymore am i?" Aya laughed as everyone looked at her concerned before Connie looked out the window.
"It's about time we swap look outs" Connie states once he turned back to his friend as he walked away Mikasa trailing behind him.
"I-I'm going to have a rest" Aya mumbled as she stood up the chair creaking against the floor as both Historia and Eren looked towards her concerned as she walked away.
"Do you think she okay?" Historia asked Eren who only watched the girl in concern before he looked back at his hand.
"Beast Titan! Beast Titan! Where have a heard that before" she shouted as she threw everything in the floor "why me!" She shouted
"Hanji and the others are back! We're meeting the main room" Sasha shouted
"What's this about" Aya grumbled as she came into the room holding her head while Levi looked at her concerned.
"I'm sorry but pastor nick was murdered" Hanji said and Aya's eyes widened as Hanji explained what happened
"I figured the church would want to get their hands on nick when they learned he was cooperating with the scouts that why I hid him" Hanji said as she looked down "I never imagined they would use soldier to kill him. This is my fault, I should of being more careful" she finished off as she held a look of guilt
"They tortured him. Presumably for information" Armin said as he looked towards Levi
"Most likely. These are the Mps at work. So you can expect something deeper at work here" Levi said as he looked at Armin
"Hanji how many nail were nick missing?" Aya suddenly asked as everyone looked at her confusion filling their face.
"I only caught a glimpse of him, but all the nail beds I saw were empty" Hanji mumbled as she looked down
"Good" Aya states as everyone except Levi eyes widened in shock while the girl only nodded
"Good?!" Jean questioned her eyes wide standing from his chair in shock.
"The people who talk, talk after one" Levi said as he looked at jean "if they don't ripping of more won't make a difference" he finishing Aya off.
"Pastor Nick didn't say anything. So they don't know what we know" Aya said as she held her head looking down at the cup while Levi grew concerned but still talking to the others.
"I didn't think of him that highly but he stuck to his beliefs till the very end" Levi said "so they don't know we know about the Reiss family" Levi finished looking towards Historia who only looked down
"Reiss?" Aya whispered as both Levi and Eren glanced at her as the two were the closest to her concern and curiosity filling their faces.
"The government is up to something and we have a target on our backs" Levi said though he still looked at the blonde girl as he watched her eyes droop down to the table,
"Captain Levi! I have a message from Erwin" a solider barged in as everyone's were wide as they heard what he had said.
"Levi?" Aya questioned as she looked at him concern filling her eyes as she looked at him.
"We're leaving! Get your gear. Make it looked like we were never here" Levi states as everyone head snapped and started to move
"That was close" Connie said as he and everyone else looked down to see the house they were once were was been ransacked by the military police
"How did commander Erwin know?" Armin asked confusion written on his face before he turned towards Levi
"The government has taken over And decreed that there is no scout activity outside the wall" Levi said as everyone gasped except Aya who just looked down in guilt "Until we hand over Eren, Historia and even Aya" Levi said as he glared at the thought of them taking Aya.
"What?" Aya questioned as her eyes were widened at she heard the information.
"Erwin didn't inform you?" He asked confusion written on his face.
"No! Why the hell am I involved" Aya shouted fear spread on her face
"They think your a traitor and probably plan to kill you" Levi said as his hand tighten" now let's get a move on" he shouted as they began moving Aya looking down
"Captain. I didn't have time to tell you" the solider said as they stopped "but some Mps came for the commander right after I left him" the soldier from before states as everyone eyes are wide.
"What like he's some criminal?" Hanji asked confusion and irritation written on her face
"They're bring this fight out into the open. Now more working from the shadows" Levi said as she looked down in irritation
"They going to protect the walls secret at all cost" Hanji said as she gripped her fist
"The walls?" Aya questioned though soon some images flashed into her head of a different world as Aya gritted holding her head
"Aya?" Eren questioned as he was the girl in pain as walking towards her in concern
"Ah!" She yelped gripping her head as she panted heavily before she heard the same voice once again
"Aya this world is so big I want you to see it all for me okay darling" a women said
Aya held her head in pain before she started to fall to the ground still gripping her head as everyone looked towards her concerned while Levi ran towards her catching her.
"Aya?!" Levi yelled face full of concerned as he helped her up as she unsteadily stood up as he helped her.
"I'm fine" Aya whispered as everyone looked at her in concern "I'm fine! Now let's get going" Aya yelled as she started walking "where are we going?!" Aya shouted as she walked back as everyone looked towards her dumbfounded.
"Trost " Levi said as Aya's head snapped up to look at him in shock.
"Where taking them to the same district?" Moblit said confusion on his face as well as everyone else.
"It's should be easy to slip in" Levi said "and if things go all to hell. We can use these" he finished as he signaled to the odm gear as everyone nodded.
They were all walking down the street covering their face with hoods as they had small conversation between each other though Levi's attention grew looking around as he clicked his tongue as Aya was on her own walking down the street
"Uhh this is so boring" Aya states as her hood was up, she kicked the air in frustration and she remembered her argument with Levi.
"There's no one who looks like you. So you go with them two" Levi said while Aya face only grew in frustration once more.
"No! I'm going on my own" Aya argued back as Levi's head snapped towards her in confusion as Aya just looked at him angrily.
"Are you being serious? that's worse! This is an order you stay with Eren and Historia! "Levi yelled at her as eyes widened before she narrowed her eyes at him
"I don't give a damn about your order! I may of being demoted but I can still do what I want!" She yelled in his face as his eyes only grew wild even everyone else's eyes were wide at her reaction.
"Aya!" Levi yelled after her as he gripped his fist in frustration as she watched her walk away.
"Who does he think he is" she groaned walking around 'these images I've being seeing it's nothing like I've seen before it likes a whole other world' Aya thought as she held her head in pain and frustration.
"Miss this area is dangerous. I suggest you go else where" a women said form behind her she turned slightly to see it was an mp quite tall and blonde her wearing mp uniforms though Aya looked down to see a gun and knife the women have
'Does she know or not?' Aya questioned in her head. She soon heard gun fire in the distant as her eyes widened 'Levi!' She yelled in her head as she grew more and more concerned
"Ah so your one of the people I'm meant to get. Though I don't understand why your on your own" the women said as she soon came full pelt at her Aya Quickly moving out the and grabbing a dagger from her leg with full speed. The women soon did the same
They continued to hit and dodge until Aya got the upper hand and cut her face and soon made a run for it until shots were fired as Aya dodged various shots as she ran down many different alleyways though the women continued to shoot at her.
"Shit" she mumbled as she looked behind her to see her following she soon got her odm gear a flow through the air as more shots were being fired at her"this bitch" Aya mumbled as she soon came tumbling down and the blonde as the blonde soon grabbed her straddling her and stopped her from moving.
"Kenny is going to be happy" The blonde smirked looking down at her as she held her arms.
"Kenny?" Aya questioned as her eyes widened she remembered Levi saying something about him, The women held a dagger to her neck. Aya looked around and saw a piece of rock and smashed it into her face knocking her out as Aya made a run on it zooming on her Odm gear.
"I have to find Levi" she mumbled as she flow through the air looking for Levi until she saw him surrounded by Mps him killing them until one got behind him. Levi didn't seem to notice and Aya zoomed to the mp slicing his neck as the scouts looked at her shocked.
"You missed one" she teased as Levi looked towards her and he let out a sigh as the Mps continuing to come following a wagon with both Historia and Eren in it
"Damn it" she cursed as she saw them near by and two driving the carriage
"Get the carriage! You idiot" she shouted towards the team as they snapped out of there trance and started to go towards the carriage "don't fucking hesitate!" She shouted as they fought and fought
A gunshot. That what went off as they looked toward Armin to see him kill a girl but suddenly the Mps were coming for Jean and Armin as Aya's eyes grew wide.
"Levi the kids!" Aya yelled as Levi got them out the way though Aya was to distracted to notice Kenny the ripper swing by
"Hello darling" he smirked towards her as Aya's eyes shot open upon seeing his smirk though she was to late as the gun had already shot her.
"Aya!" Levi screamed as Aya fell ,eyes fluttering closed and Kenny caught her as he flew into the tunnel following Eren and Historia, Levi zoomed after her frustration filled his face zooming though he was to late.
"Damn it" Levi mumbled as he held Mikasa back he gripped his fist tightly in frustration as he looked at the tunnel.
