Mr. Kim stared at me for a good while before turning to his book that we were all going to read this semester
I didnt mind novels, because that would mean he would be reading every lesson until we are done and that was something i looked forward to
He sat on the edge of his desk, his legs apart, his thighs semi-thick yet so fit. His white dress shirt was opened a little at the top, his tie hanging from his chair
He brushed his finger tips through his locks and pursed his lips for a bit, his eyes moving as he read the words of the page silently
"open to page 5 of the book, the pages before that will be your homework to read on your own, am i clear?" he spoke out with such passion, as if teaching was always meant to be his line of work
"Yes" the class chimed in unison
I felt a bump on my elbow that woke me up from my trance, it was Jimin "Yah! Stop gawking at our professor, open your book!" he giggled at me and i turned a bright red before quickly turning to page 5 and nodding my head
After Mr. Kim looked around the class to see if they were on the proper page, i noticed his glance fall to me... Swiping his gaze over my page to see if its the correct page
He gave a quick nod to himself before starting
He parted his lips, "As if she could never understand the way of life, she looked out at her dull window. Pigeons laying rest while it rained and all she could wonder was where would her life take her? Torn between her parents choices of becoming a doctor or her aspiring dreams of becoming an artist.... "
He read out loud and i immediately fell in love with the book, the subject, the professo- SHUT UP Y/N you idiot you barely know him and for the latter part that you do he is a crazy ass with anger problems
I shook my head, not realising i was day dreaming for a good 15 minutes, i realised the reading stopped and i looked up at everyone, seeing that the other students were writing in their books
I frowned for a bit and looked at Jimin who was underlining his date and heading with a ruler
He looked to me all confused before he noticed i was still holding the book in my hand "Y/n? Whats the matter with you? Are you okay? Mr. Kim already gave us some classwork to do" i frowned again and i wanted to laugh at how absent minded i was being
"oh.. Im perfectly fine, i was just thinking of work i have due for the other classes! You know... Stress is eating me up alive" i lied through my teeth
Jimin explained to me what needed to be done and i thought i was super lucky to make a good friend like this so quickly, well theres a first time for everything
"Thanks so much" i quickly said before trying to concentrate
"So tomorrow we are electing 3 representatives for the classroom. I decided to have these reps because when information needs to be carried out it will be done by them, any questions will be asked to them and so on, you get the idea of it. Read over the notes i have given and tomorrow i will give you a small multiple choice question quiz, and who ever scores the highest 3 percentages will be placed as the class reps. Everything understood? Alright good" he stated, not even waiting for any students to put their hands up
I felt like putting my hands up for spite sake. I laughed about it and obviously i was not ever going to do that
The bell rang in that moment and every one began shuffling to get their things in their bags
I packed up slowly and moved away from the desk "reminder, finish up your work and please study for the work given to you" Mr Kim announced to everyone before they could go out finally
I looked at professor Kim who watched each student go out of his classroom
His eyes fell on me and i felt something burn inside me, my whole body lit up with sparks of emotion and i couldn't find the need to look away
His eyes were so alluring
I whispered a quick "Thank you" for helping me out earlier with that guy and made my way out of the classroom
