Ever since I was 10 I got much more anxious and sad and it became clear to my mother that something was wrong with me when I was 11 she took me to a therapist and I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and the therapist gave me med's to deal with them I take them regularly oh yeah I also developed a eating disorder but I am trying to cope with it
I can't believe I wrote this for the 8th time already that was when I started writing in this journal my therapist said it would help that was kinda of a lie but I still enjoy writing from time to time
My father and mother have been drinking more and when they are drunk they're not so nice if you you know what I mean

Stop zoning out during streaming it gets the chat and the people in the VC worried and they don't need to worry about me cause I am tommyinnit I am supposed to be the one that's confident and goofy one that's never sad
