Aiden's eyes were wide open ready to come out from sockets and he praised my work stuttering still not able to believe
" Thank you ....but , I can't rest till this event is over ....so let's just finish our job and let get this over with ....atleast this freaking nervousness will leave me !! "I said to him honestly , because I want to get all this over as soon as possible , i cant take this nervousness even for a second now .
" Yeah ....sure ! " He answered, i know I Aiden from a long time and he has been my friend , a genuine one ,andi know i can trust him with all this .
I look up to see Mr dumbhead looking at me intently
" I know you can do this !!...it's your day , your dream ....you have to achieve it on your own ,... I know you'll handle everything , you wont anything cone in upur way !! " With that he kiss my head making me smile
" Thankyou for everything ! If was not for you ,i would have never even think about this , this all would have ended being just mere hobby ! Thankyou for encouraging me , for supporting me ....i dont know what would i have done if you were not to be with me in all this - !! " i waved my hands in air referring to everything which he is giving me today ....my dream !
He smiled " I am always with you , in everything and Don't thank me ....whats mine is yours and whats yours is mine .....so i was just achieving my own dream....you know ,i am too selfish to care for you !! " He winked at me at the last making me smile . He is not at all selfish and i know he did all of this for me .
And i am gonna do everything now to make this event memorable and super hit.
I will do this for him, for me and for my dream .....no correction our dream.
" That's my girl ! " He says looking at my smiling figure making my smile widen a little and taint my cheeks with a pink blush.
" Now ,I'll get going .... You have to do this on your self , its already past eleven .... Just remember that i trust you and you can do this !! "
I couldn't help and lauvh myself at him into a bone crushing hug.he was stunned for a second but didn't hesitate for even a mili second to hug me back.
Its the first time, i am starting anything orelse he is the one who always take initiation.but i needed him at this moment to take as much warmth and energy i can grab from his embrace.
" We can continue this at home wifey...now we dont have much time and we dont want to waste time now do we ?? " He asks with a bit of humour.
But the mare thought of continuing anything at home was more than enough to cause my blood rush to my cheeks and making me blush.
I punch him on his arm playfully " now go....so i can concentrate !! "
" Oh so does that means ,i make you loose your senses!?! " He ask innocently already knowing the answer .
And now i would be more red than a freaking tomato , my cheeks are bruning from heat.
I push him out of the room .
I turn around to see a grinning Aiden
" What ?! " I ask him
" Nothing ! I am just happy for you , he loves you ! "
What ! Love !
It's huge ! No very very huge!!
No , he cant be in love with me , i mean out of all the girls in this whole world he had to be in love me??

I have never seen Him laughing ,he doesn't even smile before but now
He is changed somehow .
He was that Workoholic knda guy who work 24hours but now he gives me his time , daily
I am not saying he don't work anymore .he does, but he gives me his time ,
He watch Netflix with me nowdays ! Can you believe that ??!
Someone snaps fingers infront of me and I came out of my daze.
" Stop daydreaming about your lovey dovey husband !! Come back to reality missy !!"it was Aiden smirking at me
I clear my throught " umm- yea- i- I am n- not daydreaming ! And who told you I'm thinking about him "I tried to be more stern
" Your smile , you were smiling the way you were smiling when he was here ! " He answered smiling
" Whatever ! " I dismissed but only for him to laugh at me
I glare at him
" okay , now tell me what I've to do ?? " He says seriously after my glare
" Firstly check all the designs are here or not and our models should be here by now call them if they are not here yet ! " I said sternly ." Till then I'll check all the designs are fine or not ....and then arrange them all in a good sequence , we have total 12 designs , one the show stopper is yet to be delivered !! ...check on that also we need that dress as soon as possible !"
" Transmission accepted ! " He smiled and moved for work
In the mean time I moved to check all my designs which were now on headless meniquines .
I looked every single one of them , from each and every corner
And kept all the points in my head so I can arrange them in a good order.
Every next design which goes on stage should be beeter than the earlier one
So the audience wait for the next one curiosouly, they should have that feeling in themselves that how is the next one ?!
I want every single person present there to feel wrong to say this is the best dress and then get upset with themselves to feel wrong when the next one is better than earlier.
And this is the worst part of my job .... I didn't even thought for a single moment that I have to do this
I was still assuming that Deniz will arange them all in perfect sequence .and this would be done
But here I am
And trust me when I say this is the worst part , I cant finalize this
One moment I am content that yeah ! Blue dress should be on no 4 and black on 5 and the next moment my eyes fell on green one and I am again in a dilemma green one should be on 4 then black then blue and no red is better but then black is also good
Ahhhh!!
I am going mad.
I was still not done with all this when Aiden comes in
" We have total 10 models here right now and others are on their way and glam team will be here in half an hour ... About that show stopper design ....will be ready till 4 , they said it's too difficult and the work on that is heavy they are trying their level best to finish that soon ! "
I know that design is heavy and is very different .
I am still thankful to that workers ...they are doing it quite fast.
" Okay !!....but I am still not happy with this sequence ....check this if you like this ??! " I showed him all of in a sequence .
I arrange that meniquines in order.
" It's your decision , you should be confident enough to know that your decision is right... Don't ask for opinions ..... More you'll for opinions more you'll be confused , so just go what your heart says , or do as you feel right! " He smiled encouraging me.
Yes ! I should be confident enough to know I am right .
Sam trust me and I shouldn't make him feel that he trusted wrong person .
But it's really difficult to arrange these .
Great ! Now I am more confused .
But Amy you have to do this ! Just take a deep breath , clear your mind and then think .
After almost half an hour I was done with this . And I have a final order with which I am more than happy .
Then I moved to check on the models but still two of them are not here.
" Everyone here please ! " I announced my presence to all models , which were scattered in this room and lost in their own world doing god knows what !
And when I was confident enough I gained their attention I started
" so As you all know, the event will start at 4, but we have planned to stall time till 5 so that's where your work will start ! ....I know you all need time to get ready and your glam team is still not here yet stucked in traffic ... So till then you all can have refreshments .... So you have enough energy for this event .... After that I'll assign everyone one dress , apparently i happen to be your designer today ! " I let out a nervous chuckle
A girl from them came to me
" You are nervous ! It's your first creation right ?! "

Offcourse you are my subconsciousness rolls eyes at me
" Damn yeah ! " I muttered to that girl
" Don't worry ! Everything will be fine , don't panic !! "
Another one came and give my hand a little squeeze
" No one knows what you have designed !!.....so they can't judge you just by your name and one more thing .... Every design is perfect in his own , it's just , that it's different from the another ones and is not suitable for a particular occasion ....but here every single one of them will be perfect for the audience because they have never seen it before , so they will be amazed after watching your work ! "
Her words gave me more confidence and strength
Yes ! She is right , no design is bad on itself it's just that it's not perfect according to our needs

After some time glam team was here , and they started working after I assigned every girl a dress that will suit them.
I just want everything perfect .
I was moving out from there when I saw my reflection in mirror .

I look horrible !
My hairs are mess and I definitely can't attend this event in jeans .
So I called cami she picked after few rings
" Hey cami ! "
" Hi ,what's up ! " she muttered
" you're coming to event right??"
" Yeah ! Am looking for a good dress for today ! " She sighed

" Hey ,I need a favour ! "
" Just shoot ! "
" Look I am here busy at this event ,I can't go back home and I definitely can't attend this in my jeans so - "she cuts me off with
" I'll be there with a perfect dress for you ! " that's like my bestie , she knows me too well
" You the best ! "
" I know ! " With that she cuts the call
Now one thing is done
I double checked on the preparations.
When I came back to check on the models , I was frozen for a moment .
A girl who was supposed to walk for me today is having rashes over her face , neck ,arms .....on her body.
What am gonna do now ??!
" What happened ??!are you alright?? " I ask her in urgency .
But her make up artist answered for her as she was too busy in scratching her neck to answer me " no ! , Apparently she is having an allergic reaction she ate something wrong ! "
Oh god ! What am gonna do now?!
" Just take her hospital ,it seems pretty serious ! "
What should I do now ??!
Two of them are still not here and now one more !
Aiden is constantly trying to reach to them but it seems impossible in a way
I called their agency to send another models but even they can't do that .he said all them them are already busy and the free ones are out of city .

" Dilivery 's here ! " Cami's voice rang in my ears
" Here comes my savior ! " With that I launch myself on her.
You dumb how can you forget that you have a best friend who happens to be a model
" Well ,thanks for the compliment ....and what got you turning into a ghost ! " She looked at my now pale face.
" Cami you are going to do me an another favour ! "
" What ?! Is it a do-me-a-favour- cami-day ??! " She laughs
" Apparently yeah! " I said with a dead serious face
" So you're gonna walk for me today and here it's your dress ! "I hand her over the dress.
" Okay , but what about your model ?! What happened "
I explained her every thing and she got everything to my help
"And I need two more models , can you call someone who can help ! "
She thinks for a moment
" Well , I can arrange only one , others are out of city....sorry ! "
" Dont be - you are already doing so much ! "
She called her her friend and she agrees to help , well I'll pay her definitely so .
She moved to get ready and I pick that dress which she came with to change .
Well , even I need to get ready .
I am the designer ! And it's my first show ! So I need to look good .
I'll handle that model thing later.
I changed into that dress
When j opened that footwears box my eyes goes wide
Heels!!
" Cami ! What is this ??! " I shouted
" Hey just relax okay ! I don't have wedges which goes with this and this are not too high you can handle this .... " She says as if it's not a big deal
" Look at these heels , these are so thin ! I'll trip before even taking a step ! "
" You won't ,just wear them already ,just look how good they look ! "
" But I won't look good in tommorow's newspaper where my face will be kissing floor ! "
" be positive! "She protest
" My blood group is A negative so I can't be positive ! " I said killing all the humour from my sentence
" Just shut up and wore them or I am not doing you this favour !! "
She said making my eyes go wide
No she won't do this to me
She can't!!
" Oh , I can ! " She answered my unasked question.
I gulped and wore them I walked slowly in them while my legs shaking
" Happy ?! "
" Very! " She grins
I walked out to check on other things and that model .
I carefully climb down stairs, I was about to fall on the last one but I got hold of wall
I took a deep breath and did a little ted-talk to my own self
" Amy ! You can do this ....you can wor this deathtraps like other normal girls ....you came till here and you didn't trip , you can manage to continue this for a little more while !! "

I tried every single damm thing to get another model , my last design is here and is ready but I can't find a model for that.
And it's already 4:19 and the event has been started.
Aiden comes to me suddenly
" I have an idea ! "
" What?! " Me and Cami asked in unison
" You wore that dress and do a walk .... Simple ! "
I laughed at him
" You're kidding ! "
But his face was serious and Cami also has the same expressions
" No...cami no ! " I mutter to both of them
" Hey , it's the only way ! You wanna help Sam ....so do it ! You convinced me and my friend over there ....can't you do this for him ! "
Yeah, I'll do anything for him but I can't do this
I can't walk in deathtraps and perform a little comedy show for all the them to laugh aty expense.
And also this is not something he would like me to do
I can't embarrass him
" This event is way more important for you than him.... It's your first step in your new journey and they say 'first impression is the last impression ' .....your all designs are great , just because you lack a model .... We can't let this go flop and you can't let this happen .... remember Sam said he trust you , he believes taht you acn handle everything ....so don't prove him wrong !! " Aiden gives me a long speech which convince me do it
" What ??! You are the designer today ! ....and all these gorgeous dresses is your work !! ...and you didn't tell me ! I am your best friend !! "
"I am sorry , it's was a secret ! "
" But you told him ! " she points at Aiden
"I got to know in morning ,when she appoints me as his assistant for today !! "
" Can we do this another time !!we got some urgent issues to handle at the moment " I said to both them so they stop fighting like toddlers
They both nodded
" Amy , you can do this !! For yourself , for Sam ....we don't have any other option !! "
" But you know, I can't do this !....I'll trip on over nothing !!....I can't help that I have a heelsphobia ....if that even exist ! "
Cami Chuckle " you won't trip , it's just in your head ..."
" But I am not a model ! .... definitely not pretty as anyone of them ! " I pointed towards the room where all the models are.
" Yes ,you are not pretty as them cause you are way more pretty than them....and you just need to walk "
" Correction catwalks ! "I mutter
" It's not that tough - just be confident , hold your shoulder broad and little backwards ., Chin-up ! And you're done !! "
" You say as it's as easy as eating a pie"
" Okay ,it's not that easy ....but it's not tough like an Einstein equation "

In the end she make me ready for that
And now I am ready in that show stopper dress !
I can't believe she forced me to wear that !
If I trip , my whole plan is blown .
She said - I did so much hard work and I need to wear this , I deserve attention .
Apparently she gives me heels which are not too high .
But they are pointed .... So I have to be careful
Now she is giving me a short lesson to walk and pose and the end .
" Perfect !....just do the same on the stage !! "
Aiden comes in " ramp-walk has been started ....no 5 is on walk ., L ets go ....we have to go there , you two are last !! "
With that I walk towards the stage
I don't know , what I am gonna do ??!
I just pray to god that everything goes well .
Please just don't let me fall today !!
