It doesn't have to specifically be like this as long as you try to move the hair in a way that looks like this
You have to have a ponytail that looks like your back hair
You have to move the front hair to wear it looks more like it's like spitted
Make that back hair smaller and moved over
and do the same with the ponytail but at the other side and make sure the hair-band is hidden
