"Naira just remember I love you and nothing or nobody will change that. I love you and that's it!" Kartik confessed. Naira broke the hug and looked at him
"I know and I am sorry for assuming everything for myself Kartik..."Naira said holding his hands
"And I know you did this all for me but it is time for your medicines so you should take them and get some sleep!"Kartik said and naira nodded
They were about to go inside but naira stopped him by holding his hand.
"What happened?Let's go to our room!"Kartik said
"I know this is coming out of nowhere but I have to ask you this kartik..!"Naira said
"Yeah sure...I mean what is it? Is something bothering you?" Kartik asked
"I mean..um..before this accident happened did we have any sort of a big fight?" Naira questioned
"What? Why are you asking me? Naira do you remember anything or what?" Kartik questioned
"No... But I got this small blur thing.. I saw something like two people arguing.. and I just wanted to ask you if we fought or anything...!" Naira asked
"No naira we didn't. Nothing like that happened. Tomorrow we will go meet the doctor okay? We can discuss about this with him! Now you should get some rest so come on!" Kartik said. Naira nodded and then they went to their room
Next day kartik informed naira about her appointment which will be in the evening. Now naira was going out to buy something and she will be meeting kirti and naksh there at the shop. Kartik too wanted to go with her but he couldn't go as there was a meeting for him
"Well drive slowly and be very very very careful! Once you reach there call me immediately okay?" Kartik asked as they both went towards the car
"Haa kartik I will and don't worry I will be fine and bhai,bhabi are also coming naa so I will be fine!" Naira said
"Okay just be careful!" Kartik said. Naira nodded and kissed on his cheek catching him off guard. Naira smiled and then left and kartik went back inside
Naira reached the cafe where naksh asked her to come first so they can go the shop together
"Bhai where are you?"Naira asked as naksh answered her call
"Naira we will reach in 15 to 20 minutes...the traffic is too much so it will take time for us..just stay in the cafe and we will come!" Naksh said
"Haa fine I will stay here! Come soon!" Naira said and ended the call
Naira ordered a coffee and sat there.
"Naira?" Naira looked up when she heard someone call her. She looked up to see Rishabh
"Rishabh? Hi" Naira said with a smile as he sat opposite to her
"Wow it has been 5 years naira! So how are you?" He asked with a smile
"I am good! How are you?" Naira asked
"I am good too....so how have you been? I haven't seen you after graduation! So what have you been doing since the last 5 years.."He questioned her
"Woh..actually I don't know...I mean I don't remember..."Naira said confusing Rishabh
"What? What do you mean?" He asked
"Actually... few days back I met with an accident and I lost my memories.. and not all of my memories but what happened in last 5 years" Naira told him
"You what? Oh my god naira.. Are you okay now? And where are you staying now?" He asked
"I am okay Rishabh. The doctor's said it will take time but eventually I will get better...and as of for where I am staying I am with my husband and his family" Naira said
"Husband? Wait so you got married? To who?" He questioned
"Who else will I marry huh? Of course Kartik!" Naira said shocking him
"You married kartik and after everything he has done to you? Why naira?" Rishabh said
"What he did to me? Rishabh what are you talking about?" Naira asked in confusion
"Naira the day on our graduation you left him! You left kartik!" Rishabh said and explained naira the events that took place that night
"After you broke up with him you met with an accident! All of us including your family and kartik too believed you were dead...Naksh told me that you were still alive few days back.." He said
Naira didn't know what to say or even react to what rishabh has been telling. Naira wanted to shout at him for telling false allegations against kartik but at the same time she couldn't because she only thought
One was she didn't remember anything so she didn't know who to believe and the second and main reason was kartik's behavior which changed from what she have seen in the last few days
As Rishabh explained naira what happened that night 5 years back naira slowly started to remember something. She couldn't know what exactly that vision was but she did see two people fight in it but she didn't know who that was
"I think I need to go...I need some fresh air..."Naira said standing up fastly and picking up her stuff
"Naira listen to me.."Rishabh tried to speak but stopped when naira spoke
"Rishabh I can't! This is too much to me and I don't know who to believe! You or kartik so don't tell me anything further"Naira said and was about to leave but stopped when he spoke
"Okay naira if you don't believe me just go and ask that kartik! Let's see the explanation he will have! Naira he is trying to take advantage of your memory loss you enter your life again"He said
But naira didn't care about what he said and went outside. It started to rain heavily and naira made to her car but she got wet due to the rain
She sat inside the car trying to clear her mind and calm herself but. Naira had her faith on kartik and thought it was rishabh who was lying because of his hate for kartik back during college
But fate was ready to play it's own game. When naira thought that kartik and her family are telling the truth she slowly started to regain her memories
Naira suddenly remembered everything starting from confronting kartik, leaving him, the car accident, kairav , goa, meeting kartik again and the accident she met while crossing the road after the fight she had with kartik
Naira was left in a shock after thinking about everything and once again kartik's lie
Meanwhile Kartik started to get worried as naira didn't even call him.
"It's raining and naira is not even answering my calls...I hope she is alright!" Kartik said to himself and decided to call naksh
"Naksh thank god you answered the call. Can you give the phone to naira?" Kartik asked
"Kartik me and kirti just came to the cafe! We came late as we were struck in the traffic. But naira is not here!"Naksh said panicking kartik
"What?What the hell do you mean she is not there huh? She came to meet you only!"Kartik shouted
"I know that but she is not here. Wait a second,Kirti try calling naira from your phone!"Naksh said.Kirti nodded and called naira.
"Naksk! Naira's phone is here!" Kirti said picking it up from the table naira sat earlier
"Hey bhagvan! What am I going to do now? Where are you naira?" Kartik said to himself
Naira was on her way back home but her car stopped. She got down and she started to get drenched in the rain. Nearby she saw few shops. She went towards them and saw a small mendak doll. Naira paid for it and went towards the car
"How many times will you keep breaking my heart like this...was loving you the mistake I did kartik?"Naira said to herself crying
"Papa Please let's call the police...I can't stay silent!" Kartik said panicking
"Kartik let's wait for a while. Maybe naira left the cafe and is coming home...just wait for sometime.."Manish said
"Papa I can't wait for anymore time! I am going to go search for her and then file in a missing report!" Kartik said and was about to leave but stopped on his tracks when naira came home completely drenched
"Naira!" Kartik said in relief seeing her safe. He ran towards her and hugged her tighlty
"Where were you? I was so scared naira..."He said while naira didn't utter a word. Kartik broke the hug and cupped her cheek
"What's wrong? Why are you silent?"He asked
"Why did you do this to me again? Why did you lie again kartik?" Naira asked confusing kartik
Just then naksh,Kirti and naira's family too arrived at the goenka villa
"Naira,What are you saying?"He asked in consfusion
"You don't need to act! No one need too! I remember everything. My memories are back!"Naira said
