Dinger looked at him in disbelief "Come on, man. You know I can't hurt her." he told Bobby
"Just no." Bobby shook his head
"Isn't there any love left in our universe?" he said

Later that night, you heard tapping on your window
You pulled the blinds up and saw Dinger with a two fair tickets in one hand and a cigarette in the other.
"Hey, Y/N." he whispered
"What are you doing here at midnight?" you asked him
He held the tickets up to your face
"Bobby said I can't go out with you." you giggled
"We're not going out. We're just two friends hanging out in the middle of the night. That's it."
You couldn't help but smile.
You grabbed your jacket and climbed out the window
"You have a way with words, Holfield."
