Why is it hurting me more? I knew this would happen.

Loud music, clinking of glasses, and cheers from people could only be heard inside the bar. Most people were dancing on the dance floor, not caring on who they are grinding their body with because of the effect of the alcoholic drink that is controlling their body systems.

Jacob couldn't help but to sigh while watching his friends grinding against each other on the dance floor. Him and Seojin are only sitting on the stool by the bar counter, sipping on their light drinks in order to stay sober.

"Look at how the twins grind on each other," Seojin laughed while watching both Dongmyeong and Dongju on the dance floor.

"And look at how your boyfriend is grinding on your own brother," Jacob said while slightly shaking his head. "I think I might throw up not because of our drinks, but maybe because of watching them."

"Why don't you join them?" Seojin asks Jacob. "Have fun tonight."

"No way, Seojin," Jacob huffed.

"Come on, Jacob. Don't be a party pooper because it is the twins' birthday. Just join them on the dance floor while staying sober."

"And leave you here? I can't do that."

"I'll be fine. Look, I am not even drunk or whatever," Seojin reassured.

"Cobie!" Seoho called out from the dance floor. He can't even walk straight due to him being drunk. "Join us!"

"Okay, Seoho already agreed with me," Seojin chuckled before pushing Jacob towards the dance floor. Jacob shot a glare on Seojin before Seoho dragged him on the sea of people, making both of them to disappear on Seojin's vision.

Seojin turned around and faced the bar countertop. She was greeted by a face that she knew for years already.

"Apple flavored light beer," Juyeon said with a chuckle as soon as he saw the bottle of beer that Seojin is holding.

"You know that I don't drink," Seojin laughed.

"Of course I know," Juyeon said. "By the way, I wanted to apologize for what happened the other day. I was carried away and started the whole thing. If I didn't punch Sunwoo, we wouldn't have ended at the police station."

Seojin slightly tapped Juyeon by the shoulder. "Forget about it, we settled it easily so you don't have to worry."

"We can't hide the tension," Juyeon said with a slight laugh.

"You guys seem to be more affected."

Juyeon playfully rolled his eyes. "Stop being like that, Seojin. You know how much we loved you two," he said. "Scratch that, call me if you want another bottle."

"Yes, mister bartender," Seojin chuckled, earning a slight flick on her forehead from Juyeon before the boy left to entertain the other customers.

KEVIN

I pulled over at the back portion of the building and pulled the key out of the ignition before I got off of the motorbike and started to walk until I reach the facade of the building. I rolled my eyes at the sight in front of me. With a heavy sigh, I entered the building.

The loud boosting of bass coming out from the speakers along with the music filled my ears. I pushed myself on the sea of people, feeling their sweaty body on mine. The smell of different alcoholic drinks lingered on my nostrils as I squeezed myself deeper on the crowd.

I fucking hate this place.

After a moment, I finally reached the bar countertop. I sat down on one of the stools with a bored look on my face, not even bothering to look around the place. I furiously tapped my fingers on top of the counter, patiently waiting for a bartender.

"Kev?"

I slightly turned my gaze on the left and saw Juyeon holding a bottle of vodka while looking at me.

"You came earlier than I expected," he said.

"Serve that first," I told him.

He just shrugged his shoulders before he vanished in front of me.

I groaned out of annoyance because of the loud music that is blaring around the place. I rested my arms on the bar countertop before burying my head in between my arms.

"Babe, join us."

"Hyunjae, don't drag me on the dance floor or I'll slam your face her on the countertop."

"Rude, babe, so rude."

Hyunjae?

I can't recognize the voices that are talking on my right, but I am sure that I heard Hyunjae's name being mentioned.

Is he a different Hyunjae- no, Kevin, of course he is not a different Hyunjae. There is only one Hyunjae in this city and that is the famous model, Lee Jaehyun.

"Just get back to the dance floor, Hyunjae."

"But-"

"Hyunjae! Why did you ditch on me?! Stay away from my sister and get back here on the dance floor because we are not yet done grinding!"

That's Lee Seoho, and I'm sure of it.

I just remained silent on my seat with my face still buried in between my arms.

"Juyeon! Another bottle, please!"

Wherever I go, she's always there. Funny at how destiny wanted us to meet each other over and over again.

"Here's another bottle for you," I heard Juyeon say before I felt someone poking my head after a few seconds.

I looked up and saw Juyeon standing in front of me with a bottle of iced tea on his hand.

"When would your shift end?" I asked him.

"Less than an hour and I'm out," he responded as he handed me the bottle of iced tea. One of the bartenders called Juyeon and I heard him cursed under his breath before he left me again.

"Kevin?"

Finally, she noticed that I'm just right here sitting beside her.

I turned to my right side and immediately wore a surprised look on my face, pretending to be shocked by her presence.

"Hey, Seojin," I greeted her with a smile.

"Are you always here?" she asked.

"Yeah, I have to pick up Juyeon every night," responded. "What about you? Are you out here alone?"

"I'm with the rest of the guys, except for Sunwoo and Giwook."

"And they left you here alone in the counter?" I asked her out of disbelief.

"My choice," she chuckled.

"Whatever you say. Anyway, we should stop talking because one of them would probably see us and they'll beat the living crap out of me."

"Uhm, Kevin, I wanted to ask you something before we stop talking."

She said it with a soft voice, but still loud enough for me to hear. I gave Seojin a look, waiting for her to continue.

"Have you moved on already?"

Her question made me chuckle before I felt my chest being stabbed over and over again.
