So it was just a normal day when all of us heard a small *BOOM* outside the castle walls in the nearby forest.

"Y/N! Is that really you?"
We all turned around to see a male, five foot one, with slightly ashy hair with caramel brown streaks and yellow cat-like eyes similar to Mitsuhide's.
Oh no.. Why him of all people..?
•Lunch time•
"Well, how've you been?" Alex asked his ex, Y/N.
"F-fine."
I stuttered, afraid that if I say the wrong thing, he could lash out and hurt everyone..
•dinner time•
"I brought food~~!!" We heard Masamune say as he expertly balanced three trays of bowls as he walked into the room.
"Masamune it looks so good as always!" You said with a smile.
As Nobunaga silently laughed with Mitsuhide, and Mitsunari, Ieyasu sighed next to you. You could understand why.
You could hear "Hee hee hee...-" coming from different places around the table and you copied Ieyasu unconsciously.
The sigh.
Resting your chin on your hand.
And closing your eyes.
Of course, Alex, being the observent person, noticed this and assumed that you and the blonde were together.
And it was true.
But the bonds of trust were only to be tested later that night.

"Uh, erm.. excuse me." Alex piped up, standing up and stretching.
"Yes? What is it?" Mitsunari quietly asked.
"Is it alright with you all if I go and catch up with Y/N with a private conversation outside? I haven't seen her in a while."
You tensed and your blood ran cold.
You knew what was to come.
"Of course! If she'd like." Mai said, as she tapped your shoulder.
"Yeah sure..!" You instinctively replied.
"Great. Now, shall we?" Alex asked, his hand outstretched.
Ieyasu silently death-glared him. And Alex smirked.
He was right all along.
'So that prickly blonde is her boyfriend, eh? Let's see if he'll stay with her once I expose all the bad things about her..'
--Outside--
"Ah! That hurt..! Why..?" You asked after being held tightly by the wrist and being thrown onto the floorboards.
Changing form, Alex had his sharp claws, ears, and tail all out.
And his eyes..
Dont get me started with the eyes..!
They were blood red, the pupils white, and the scleras (whites of the eyes) were tinged purple..
You knew what it meant.
He was angry.
Real angry.
--Boyfren Ieyasu POV--
I didn't like the way that guy casually appeared out of nowhere and took Y/N outside..
By the WRISTS!!!
The wrists are the most precious things a person with hands could have..!
And that guy was just crushing them, with a single hand!
And his face, ugh, his stupid, confident FACE!!
But..
Y/N was afraid of him.
Thats one thing I can use against him..
He said they were friends and that they hadn't seen each other in a while..
I-
Hey wait a moment..
I hear Y/N..
I hear..
Screaming..
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OUTSIDE?!?!?" I yelled, standing up and slamming the table, clearly stressed.
I felt all eyes on me.
"Im going out, do you not hear it..?"
"Ieyasu, its fine! I mean, they're having a private conversation!! Talk about rude behavior to our guest!!"
"Mai, he may look nice, but trust me, I'd rather have Mitsunari out there with her than that guy. Both him and Mitsunari look nice, but the difference is that I know Mitsunari is an airheaded angel. That guy.. Not sure. I have my suspicions about him."
With that, I turned on my heel and walked through the door, outside.

When I stepped outside, I didn't close the door like I was supposed to..
And I was actually kind of glad I did..

-3rd POV-
"Hey, what the hell-.. Y/N!!" Ieyasu drew his short sword, poised in a defensive stance.
Y/N was on the ground, bruised and bleeding. Her face painted with tears mixed in her own blood. Her kimono was dirtied and torn. Her hair was a mess and her eye, her beautiful left eye, was scratched and bleeding, her clothes soaking up the blood and tears.
Her wrists were a mess as well. They were bruised and bleeding. Y/N had many open wounds, but the one thing that hurt Ieyasu more..
Was the fact that Y/N couldn't speak.. Her throat was discolored nearly to purple.
But Alex only laughed.
"Do you still love this useless pain-in-the-ass? She couldn't have done anything, even if she resisted. Do you still care for her? I present her now at her lowliest. You pathetic beings are such a waste of space..!"
"You are such a waste of space." Ieyasu repeated.
Alex glared at him.
Ieyasu returned the stare.
As you saw the exchange, you were frozen to the core, but you knew what he was doing. It was a game of 'Copy-Cat', a game you introduced to Ieyasu and the others while unintentionally doing it while you were bored.
'So Ieyasu's going to mock Alex..? This should be interesting.. Oh god, I sound like someone who'll find this amusing..' She thought to herself.

"Hey, Masamune..? They've been outside for far too long.."
"..Ieyasu left the door open." Mitsuhide said, breaking the silence.
"What?"
"I said, he left the door open. Why would our blonde friend do something like that unless he wants to prove something? Isn't that right, Mitsunari?"
"Yes, that is true. I've seen him go around, trying to smile.. Trying to prove he was okay.. On several occasions, of course. He did it sub-consciously, I think..." Mitsunari recalled.
"Heheh.. Then I can use that for April.." Masamune snickered.
"Go outside.." Ranmaru said, from a corner in the room.
"huh?"
"I said, go on and help Ieyasu. I will follow. I still have to do something."
"Very well."
When the group left the room, Ranmaru headed for Y/N's room.
'I can at least try to distract that dude. Because I can use my looks to my advantage.'

The huge group froze as they saw Alex and Ieyasu bickering a few ways off from Y/N, Ieyasu's little scarf around her neck as she watched in silent enjoyment.
"You are a little piece of shit, did you know that, lover-boy?" Alex spat out in fury.
Meanwhile, Ieyasu just kept a proud smirk on his face.
"You are a piece of shit, did you know that?" he repeated to Alex.
Alex scoffed.
"Is repeating what other say like a broken record really all you can do?!"
"Is giving me sentences to copy really all you can do?"
"I am sick and tired of this.."
"I am sick and tired of YOU and your face." Ieyasu said, nonchalantly.
Y/N giggled quietly, despite her pain.
Alex sighed and left, obviously shook that he couldn't do anything to make the blonde shake.
But he was scared, all right. He was scared. But he did it anyway.

With your body all cleaned and bandaged, with half your face covered in bandages too, the night went off without any more further disturbances.
