Michael
Tucker and I rush into the infirmary, myself carrying Tatiana and placing her gently on the bed next to Savannah. Before she lost her consciousness completely, I saw that her eyes were black and red again. That must have something to do with possession, doesn't it?
My attention was on Tatiana, no one else until Tucker had rushed to Savannah's side, she was awake! She slowly sat up before her eyes widened in shock. Her eyes were turning black and red too! What the hell? This has to be a lead, I have to go verify this with abuela.
"Hey! You're the one who put Tati in a coma! Stay away from me or may God be the one to stop me from hurting you so badly you forget who you are!" Savannah yells and tries to scramble away from him. I walk up to her to help Tucker calm her down.
"Savannah, hey! It's Mike from class, do you remember me?" I say gently as to not scare her even more. "Listen, Tatiana is laying right next to you. She needs you to remember the word aliado. Can you do that for her?"
"Michael? What the hell! You know him?!"
"Sadly." I deadpan. "Listen to me. You are going to fall asleep very soon. In your dream say aliado out loud."
"Aliado?" I notice her eyes getting darker.
"Si, aliado!" She falls onto the hospital bed, limp, but still breathing.
Tucker shifts uncomfortably from the rejection from his mate.
"Sadly?" He asks. "Sadly, you know me?" He asks, his hands balling up into fists.
"Hey, I'm sorry..." I apologize watching Tucker's eyes shifting side to side and his shoulders moving up and down from his staggered breathing. Finally he sighs and waves a hand in front of me in dismissal.
"It doesn't matter."
"Tucker." He looks up at me obviously still angry. Rather than harp on this, I'll let him yell at me later when we can actually talk things out. "They're being possessed."
"I know." His voice is just dripping in annoyance.
"Possession can be traced."
"Yeah, but even if we can trace it- which we don't know how to do- we don't know how powerful he is. Especially if he has the ability to possess more than one person at a time!"
"But we have to try! We have people willing to fight, especially if it's for their spouse. We can't just do this on our own." I place my hands on his shoulders. "You're still in this with me, right?"
He grunts, anger displayed on his face. He's not holding back anymore. "Of course you cunt! I'm not leaving her to die at the hands of some stranger! Who the hell do you think I am?!" He sighs again, focusing on his breathing now. "Where do we start?"
"Well, first, we need to learn how to trace possession."
"Alright, you start to search in the library. I'll help you in a moment, I just need to..." He motions behind him towards the girls.
I nod and head out to the library. "Of course."
*******
I struggle with finding any books on possession, there's nothing on the history even. When was the last time the library was organized?!
"What are you looking for?" My grandmother asks, startling me.
"Possession or tracking possession. Anything, past accounts of it! " I turn around. "But nothing here is organized."
"No, we have them. They're just hidden. Here..." I step to the side so she can look. "Gotta make sure that no one gets any ideas." She laughs humorlessly. "You got a lead?"
"Well, sort of. All we know is that they are being possessed."
"We?" Her eyebrows furrow in confusion.
"Yeah, uh... Tucker and I came up with the conclusion. He should be getting here to help me soon, actually."
"Hm... alright." She narrows her eyes at me before waving a hand. "Anyway, that's a start. If we can track this, we'll be able to find out who's doing this."
"Yeah, actually, I have a question for you before you go." She hands me stack of books and looks up at me. "Why do you think you aren't affected by this?"
"I'm not sure yet. I'm guessing he or she doesn't go after older women." She shrugs her shoulders and winks before walking out, leaving me with about 7 books in my hands.
I head over to a table and start reading, looking for anything that might help. 'Past possessions from Vampires', maybe this will help to figure out how people have caught the guys.
Tucker walks in with a sly look on his face. An apparent change in his demeanor.
"Hello there older brother of mine! How are you doing?" Tucker asks, pointing finger guns at me. I raise my eyebrows and look up from the book, staring at his awful bright smile. What was he up to?
"What do you want?" I question and look back down at the book, not really reading it but using it to spare time.
"I can't say 'hi' to my brother without being questioned? I really want to know how you are!" He grins again and rests his elbows on the table I'm sat at.
"You're acting strange, Tucker. Normal even. Almost, tame. You have to understand why I'm asking the way I am." I put the book down and look back up at him watching his facial expression change.
He bared his sharpened teeth at me, leaning across the table making my heart leap. "I've been called a lot of things, Miguel. Monster, evil, rude, cruel, inhuman, bastard," Tucker starts to list. "but tame has never been one of those names. Care to find out why?" He growled.
"I'm not going to fight you. If that's what you're getting at." I say, keeping my head straight. "Tucker I don't understand you at all. We're related, twins even, but that's the only similarity between us. We're complete opposites. I don't understand what happened, you never used to be like this."
"I've never used to be like what?! Angry? Growing up, I used to watch you succeed at everything, everything I was never able to do! But I cheered you on because you were my '3 minute older brother'. I looked up to you, but after a while, I noticed how much you changed. I understood that you had to be more responsible in order to fit the role of a prince, so did I, but I didn't change for the worst.
"You would always call me out on my flaws. Made me feel like shit all the time! Yeah, I was immature at times but I wasn't weak. I was trying to get you to be my brother again. We could be grownup and still be jokesters... Have a good relationship." Now, his anger has subsided slightly and a look of sadness ensued if only for a second.
"I was still your brother, I needed to set you straight because you would always make a fool of our name! I can't believe you would say this. I always called it straight to make you stronger, to protect you." I stand up and walk around the table to match his sudden glare.
"You were not 'calling it like it was' you were being a jerk!" Tucker grabs me by the neck and pushes me to the ground.
"If you're going to insult me, you can at least try harder. Really? A jerk?" He punches my jaw before I could block him. "You know-" Another punch. "Violence is the answer..." Wow he got stronger. "...to an unasked question."
"I hate you Miguel! I always will." He whispers the last part. I stop struggling against him and just lay on the floor while Tucker catches his breath.
"Your mouth says hate, but your eyes tell me a different story." I look up at him. "Especially since you're crying. What have you been wanting to ask me?"
He stays quiet. For the first time, he doesn't have a snarky comment to say. His eyes flicker left and right, probably gathering his thoughts. A teardrop falls on my face.
"Why did you stop caring about me?"

Oh shizz what's up! It's been like forever. Seems to me like no one will be interested in a Vampire story now. But hey, those of you that still want this to go on, let me know!
Gosh, I had this finished in June but never uploaded it. Procrastination in like my best friend...
Anywayyy! Be sure to comment and vote to let me know what you think!
Thanks for reading! Hope to get some feedback, from whoever is still here.
