1. Attention
So this is a difficult one because its hard to stay focused for most people. When trying to shift, you need to pay attention. For example, when in the middle of trying to shift, you need to think about your DR. And all positive thoughts! Thinking about the current reality will disrupt the process.
2. Methods are NOT needed
You can shift without methods as long as you believe!
3. Stay hydrated
I know this one sounds strange but remember to stay hydrated if you want to shift! When shifting, you may get headaches. Drinking water will help with this.
4. Angel Numbers
Angel numbers are numbers like 555 etc! These numbers are your friends when your a shifter. If you see these numbers a lot, its a sign you have either shifted OR your close to shifting!
