~•[Kou's POV]•~
The recipe of (favorite food) wasn't so hard to understand. Although, it's process was hard to do, me and senpai managed to finish it.
"it looks amazing Kou-kun!" Senpai said in awe. I simply just replied with a shy laugh.
"Mhmmmm smells amazing! Can i taste it?" (N/N) said as she caught the (fav food)'s aroma which eventually spreaded around the room.
"Y-Yeah! Sure!" i replied giving her a serving of (fav food). But why....... Why do i feel so weird and uneasy today?
"Mhmmm! Delicious! I really love how it tastes Kou!" (N/N) complimented me! It was actually my first time cooking (fav food)....
"Heya dumbasses" It was Mitsuba. He went in and sat beside (N/N).
"Hello guys! Im back! From the moon!" Amane-senpai said. As usual, it was a joke.
"So Amane how was the moon? Met any aliens?" Senpai asked. As (N/N) giggled, Mitsuba layed his head on the table as if he was asleep.
"Yashiro.... It was a joke." Amane-senpai said seriously.
"Guys! I cooked alot of (fav food)! So help yourselves!" i said as i sat beside senpai. The only cons of my chair's position, was (N/N) infront of me on the opposite side of the table.
~•[3rd POV]•~
Everybody had a little chat as they ate dinner. A chatter of different subjects are heard if you were a random person to come in the dining room.
"Hey (N-N/N).... Can you recall the best gift Mitsuba ever gave you?" Kou asked (Y/N)
"He only gives photographs with heart gems sticked on it. But ot was the best i could ever recieve" (Y/N) answered.
"How about YOU Mitsuba? What gift was the best (Y/N) gave?!" Amane bursted.
"E-Eh?! Oh yeah- uhm... She gave me a-another camera." Mitsuba said as he and (Y/N) blushed.
"Eh?! (Y/N)?! Gave you a camera?! Woahhh! Oh to be a girl Mitsuba recieving a camera from her boyfriend!" Yashiro said.
Everybody had a nice, delicious dinner. Evrybody was full. Everyone went upstairs into Yashiro's room and layed their portable and foldable matresses on the floor. After that, (Y/N) pulled out a book from her bag and a pencil. She eventually started sketching while Mitsuba beside her was already alseep -head on her shoulder -peacefully like an angel.
~•[Yashiro's POV]•~
Oh, to be like (Y/N)! To have such a lovely, handsome boyfriend! Despite him being such a cocky ass pink bitch though, oh imagine to be loved by someone else like him! Excluding the cocky ass bitch personality of course.
Everybody was tucked in their blankets. Its so cute to see Mitsuba beside (Y/N) though! Oh my god! I can't handle it! I might get diabetes by just looking at them!
I opened the window beside my bed and as i looked back to find the cute couple, i only found (Y/N) beside me holding her sketchpad looking at the stars.
"Ah! (Y-Y/N)!" i said as (Y/N) sushed me
"you don't want to wake my boyfriend don't you?" she whispered as she looked back, sketching into the sketchpad.
"Hey, (Y/N) what's that?"
"Oh? This? It's a flower called the Aster Tataricus! They say in the Hanakotoba, the language of flowers, it means remembrance!" she said as she sketched flowers and small camellias.
"Oh and, these camellias are the White ones. It means Longing." she said as she smiled. No wonder Mitsuba fell for her. Her smile was so precious, even i, myself would protect her at all costs!
"(Y/N) aren't you gonna sleep?" i yawned.
"Not yet! I'll lay down beside Mitsuba once i do...." she said.
Mhm... She seems like a night owl... And after i thought of it, i closed my eyes and went into dreamworld.
~•[(Y/N)'s POV]•~
Yashiro-senpai was asleep. I've decided to get down and grab a snack.
Yashiro-senpai won't mind me smugglimg stuff would she? I made sure everyone was asleep.... Although i feel so uneasy with this thing i am doing.
Once i reached the kitchen and opened Yashiro-senpai's fridge to find a heavenly amount of chocolates and sweets on one shelf, and i picked afew along with some mashed potatoes, and sat on the couch on the living room. I was peacefully sketching while eating, that i didn't realize who was behind me.
"(Y/N)~!" i almost got a heart attack. It was Mitsuba and as he pouted and sat beside me "Why do you leave me up there asleep like always?"
"i- Mitsuba?! What are you doing on the middle of the night!"
"(Y/N) it's 2am."
"i know but-" And there he hugged-well.. Actually, cuddled- me.
"(Y/N) shall we sleep down here instead?" he asked. He still sounded like a sleepy-ass chicken.
"Maybe later Mitsuba" i patted his head. "Gotta finish this first."
"alright.... But do sleep beside me after" He insisted. As i nodded and he slept.
~•[Kou's POV]•~
Never seen (N/N) do such an act at 2am. So i've decided to follow her, only to bump onto Mitsuba.
"Hey! Watch where you're going Hella-Lame Traffic Earring! Anyways, where's (Y/N)?" Mitsuba said rubbing his sleepy-ass eyes.
"oh i don't know! I was about to... Pee! Yeah! I was about to go to the restroom, but i couldn't see where i was going!" i lied.
"mhmmm.... Great.... I'll grab a glass of water then....." he said, about to stand.
"yeah... Sure." i said and rushed down, quietly to avoid being caught on, eavesdropping.
Luckily the Bathroom was close to the Living room! Because i could hear- and even take a peek from the small gap of the door- to know what is happening outside.
After it was quiet i pretended to be a sleepy-ass chicken and walked out.
"Oh! (N/N)! What are you doing in the middle of the night?!" i asked trying to not act suspicious.
"Nothing... Just rocking this little baby to sleep i guess?" she giggled.
I gestured her to follow me and she did. She layed Mitsuba's head on a pillow gently so that he wouldn't wake up.
We walked out on the garden and talked about our childhood.
"Yeah... I used to remember when it rained rocks.... Turns out you were throwing them!" (N/N) recalled,
Should i tell her?
"And then, Teru-nii scolded you for trashing the rocks everywhere in my backyard!" she laughed out.
"(N/N)... Tell me,"
"hmm?"
"How are you with Mitsuba?"
"really great! He's an ass most of the time though. But i knows he's like that because he loves me"
"what if i loved you?" i tried to sound like it wasn't really what i meant.
"i dunno.... Maybe Mitsuba won't exist in my world... And it would be just the two of us..." she sadly replied
"yeah....." i said.
"Do you Like (Y/N) Kou?"
An unexpected guest, walked by behind us... It was Mitsuba
~•[Mitsuba's POV]•~
My goodness! (Y/N) dissapeared again?! This is the second time she poofed while i was asleep! I decided to go upstairs until i heard, a laugh.
It was (Y/N)'s.
I walked to the backyard and overheard, "What if i loved you?" and it was none other than the Hella-Lame Traffic Earring's voice. And this.... Was suspicious.
"Do you like (Y/N) Kou?"
.....
After i said those words (Y/N) looked on Kou then on me. Obviously she was confused. Who never realized what Kou just said to her, while Hella-Lame Ass Traffic Safety Earring, looked like a hella shocked pig.
"So?"
"i- What? Kou you-" (Y/N) said in a confused tone.
"Yeah i do. I did ever since i gave her a meteor shower at her backyard where i just realized my feelings for her just now."
"Kou i-"
"But (Y/N)! I am glad you're with a great person like Mitsuba. Just remember if he ever hurts you i'm here tor you! But for now, i will forget about my feelings for you and move on!" he said
"oh come on- Hella Lame Earring... stop being so dramatic"
"Both of you are just lacking sleep. Alright Mitsuba let's go" (Y/N) said as she got a grip on my hand leaving Kou behind.
"Kou- if ever i die early, i'm leaving her to you!" i shouted
"Mitsuba shut up!" (Y/N) said.
"Alright...." Kou softly said. As we all got upstairs, and slept.
~•[3rd POV]•~
Everyone had a good night. They all slept comfortably, as they said their goodbyes, the trio, as always, walked home together.
"(N/N) Bout earlier-" Kou started
"Nah i don't really mind. It was all a dream right?" (Y/N) winked.
"Yeah..." Mitsuba agreed.
"Im serious though... About-" Kou said only to be cut. Again.
"it's fine! We're still best friends! Nothing even changed!" (Y/N) said in her usual happy tone, while Mitsuba placed one of his hand on her waist and his other over Kou's shoulder.
"Y'know what. We're almost home. And speaking of home i'm gonna go!"
Mitsuba said as he placed his hands back on his pockets and kissed (Y/N) a goodbye on her cheek. As Kou waved goodbye, the two continued walking home.

1600 words Yay! Im sorry if i made this story too threesome-ish but i tried to yeet in Mitsuba every sceneario as possible. If only he wasn't a sleepy-ass chicken, this story would've have drama and oooh if i did make Mitsuba a protective babey it would cause even MoRe drama! Well... I wanted to make Mitsuba a sweet babey. Who is protective but in the inside is so soft. Ohmygod- this request was the longest i had ever wrote so far.
