You heared me right, eleven as in Jane from stranger things !!

You will need a [preferably black] cloth and a white noise.

Get in a quiet room and sit with your legs crossed. (Cris cross apple sauce). I belive you can lie down too. Make sure you are comfortable. Cover your eyes with the cloth and make sure you cannot see through it. Put on a white noise in the background (you can find it on youtube by searching 'white noise'). Visulise a black room. There is nothing in the room. Its just black. Now imagine your cr self walking towards your dr self. Imagine that once you are close to eachother you merge into one. Once you have merged, start to imagine your dr. While still visualising your desired reality, slowly drift off to sleep. You should be in your dr when you "wake up".

Tips

⚡Its important that you have the white noise.

📻 It HAS to be a white noise. It cannot be a pink noise or anything else. There is a difference. So make sure its a white noise. No exceptions.

💬 If the white noise is too loud, focus on your breathing.

💆‍♀️ Take your time when walking to your dr self.
