Emily's POV:
I was on my way to the kitchen when I all of a sudden I seen Kylie with clothes and shoes all over her bed. I walked into her room scared that she might've been having a breakdown. But no. It was the complete opposite. I sighed in relief and chuckled a little. Kylie jumped a bit then turned around. "Oh my. You scared me." She said while getting up and walking towards me.
"My bad. What's wrong? Why are they're clothes everywhere?" I asked
"Oh, well Antonio and I are supposed to go on a honeymoon. He insists that I don't bring my work clothes. I've worn the little bit of dresses I have already. The only easy part about packing so far is choosing my pajamas," she said then presumed to plopping on the bed. Then, the idea finally clicked in my head.
"Kylie lets just go shopping and buy you regular clothes. Antonio isn't an all business type of guy. You can freely dress in whatever you please," I said while smiling to her. She nodded and grabbed her bag. We talked during the whole car ride.
When we got to the mall, Kylie asked questions about me then one of Antonio. "Why is he nice to me at times and not during other times?" I asked her what did she mean and she explained.
"During some occasions, Antonio is really nice towards me. We talk and stuff. But during other times, he gets a little violent. I know it's not supposed to be scary because of what I do but he can be extremely intimidating. He choked me out because I accidentally stumbled upon his room. He also slammed me into the wall because I told him that I refused to be in a loveless marriage. He's kind of abusive. And I just want to know why." She said looking down.
"Look," I lifted her head up. "Antonio isn't the most affectionate type of person. He learned to act out violently when he doesn't get his way. Especially entering his room. That's his domain. If Rico would've never fought back when he was in his room, Rico would be dead. I'm surprised he didn't kill you to be honest. But maybe you can teach him that's it's ok to love. He has a heart, he just has a hard time realizing it."
I then presumed to tell her about my first and last bad experience with Antonio. I was sent away with Erwin to do a mission. I had to act as his wife to get into a certain place and we wound up falling in love with each other. Antonio was always against mixing pleasure and business. It took everything, even Erwin and Antonio fighting each other damn near to death, to get him to be ok with it. I was emotional and filled with a lot of tears. He finally told everyone. 'I'm fine with everyone being with whomever. But I'm not doing it. It's too risky. Best of luck.' She seemed shocked. She caught me off guard and told me "I want to teach him that it's ok to love,"
Still shocked by those words, I seen Antonio and Kylie walk out the door. Then I thought
