In the beginning there was two souls.
Yang
The light.
And Yin
The Dark.
For millions of years the two co-existed.
In a never ending cycle of Life giving Death countless gifts.
"My puppy! Please don't leave me!"
"I don't want to leave you master!"
"Wha?-"
"Don't worry."
The entity said to the soul of the dog.
"I'll take care of you now ok?"
"Really?"
"Of course."
"Who the hell are you!?"
"Your People call me the reaper i suppose."
"Get the hell away from me!"
In pity, Yin's eyes softened as she producing a calming and gentle aura.
"It's ok to be afraid. Just look up please."
The man, did so still in hesitation but soon stared in awe as the sun setting has never looked so beautiful.
"Come with me, and you can be forever at peace."
The man hesitated looking at the mist that reached toward him. However he soon went into shock as the mist turned into a hand. But not any hand from a girl the man knew. It was his wife.
"Yuna? Is it really you?"
Although it wasn't who he thought it was.
And despite Yin being known as the root of all evil.
She still smiled as the man took her hand as he followed the now illusion of his dead wife into the sanctuary where all souls go to be in peace.
"Even though I am sad when they go. I know that they are in good hands. Thank you Yin."
Yin smiled as she looked over her shoulder at the beautiful white light entity being Yang.
"It's my pleasure... Yang."
For centuries since the arrival of life the two worked together in harmony.
Yang using her powers to create humanity, peace, and life.
While Yin allowed the souls to travel to her realm where peace was all they'll know until reincarnated.
Even if the person was bad, hated, and have done unspeakable things.
Yin always showed them kindness as she took their hands and led them to her realm.
However, the soul would be in a constant loop of his sins playing out before him over and over again until finally they accept what they've done and faced the consequences.
Only then would the soul be in peace.
Over the years other races other then humans emerged.
Wars came.
Yang would cry, making the heavens cry with her at the spread of evil that everyone cursed Yin for.
Then came magic.
And with the beauty and power came destruction.
A lone group of a race calling themselves goddesses, found a way to summon Yang.
And found a way to suck the life force out.
Enraged by the loss of balance and her friend that she'd call her sister.
Yin cursed the land and life in suffering for the sin they committed.
The Demon race was born.
And with the last of the power Yang had before she disappeared was giving everyone, the unborn and the living, the power of humanity. Kindness.
For they were her children.
Yin was alone.
Enraged of how Yang spared the living.
Yin sought to find the reason why Yang did what she did.
Yin became mortal.
From being born.
A human.
She traveled the world.
Learning all the different sides of people.
There were many with common traits
Wealth
Money
Power
Yin was disgusted.
As her friends died, and her bloodline she was born to people called her a witch sense she didn't age pass 14.
After the 582 execution.
Yin left her mortal body to visit her friends she had made in her realm.
However, they were no longer there.
Yin was alone
She watched them grow up.
Die.
Then she would help them be reborn again.
However she was still alone.
But she still hasn't found her reason.
That's why,
"I'm going to Earth everyone."
"Again?"
"From what you told us last time wasn't all that great! And trust us! We lived through it!"
"I have to go... I have to know why!"
A soul, a women died of old age came up to Yin.
And gave her a hug.
"Even though we might not be here when you come back... just know your never truly alone dear."
I smile at the kind soul the women had as my warm aura enveloped many.
"Thank you... Yang."
What I didn't know however...
was that in my next mortal body.
I would become.
One of the legendary.
Seven Deadly Sins.
