Inaya wrote her number on manik 's palm , he jerked his hand from her hold and said " Please leave before I call security ." But it looked like it didn't affected Inaya as she tired cling him but Manik just moved his hand away from her hold which made her stumble a bit back .
Abhi who was very well enjoying the drama infront decided it should be the right time to interfere and hence he ran near the due standing as a shield infront Manik before Inaya could attack him again .
" Easy , easy ." Abhi said coming between them and for the time it made Manik sigh as his best friend came in time .
" So , no matter what you want to tell , you can tell me ." Abhi stated to inaya with a cheeky grin while Manik was busy rubbing his palm to remove the ink from his hand .
Inaya looked at Abhi from top to bottom who was casually dressed in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt wearing black glares looking handsome but Inaya just gave him attitude and said " Who are you ? "
Abhi listened her question and looked behind him and saw merciless rubbing his palm to erase her number and then looked back at Inaya and said " I am his friend . This guy is much boring . He is always confused by beautiful girls. But I am nothing like him , I am a man who can't resist any temptation . Do you want to have a shot ? "
Abhi lowered his glares and winked at her which just made her roll her eyes . She pushed him at a side and saw Manik who still was not concentrated in their conversation .
" Dr.Manik , see you next time . " she said and winked him which was just awarded by the glare he could muster .
" Goodbye .." abhi mumbled as Inaya went away , he then turned back to manik who was dusting his hand as he finally rubbed the ink .
" Are you alright ? " he asked him with concern . Manik smiled at his friend and asked " when did you came in the hospital ? "
Abhi looked infront at the receptionist with a cheeky grin and said " Just now . " Manik saw this and just shrugged his shoulder at his friend .Abhi chuckled at him and both left .
Inaya walked inside the elevator and called the person and said " He almost called the police . What can I do ? I did everything I could do , but he didn't even reacted a bit . I don't care what you told . I did what ever I could do . I want my money anyway . "

Manik picked the piece of sandwich to eat , but while Abhi just looked at him with a sigh and said " Dude , you told we will eat something . I don't except delicious pizza from you but not canteen sandwiches . At least we could go out and eat something better . "
Manik looked at Abhi and kept the sandwich down in his plate and said " After what you did to my sister , it's impossible for me to take you out ."
" I knew it . " Abhi said with a sigh . He know Mukti was having a hard time but it's not that he was enjoying he was having a hard time too . He was not able to sleep yesterday as the face of Mukti being disheartened came infornt of his eyes . He wanted to ask about Mukti and getting a courage he asked "How is Mukti ? "
Manik looked at Abhi as he questioned him .The care , love and liking Abhi had for Mukti is clearly on the display of his face which was much read by Manik . And why not he will get it , he is in the same situation where he loves someone but it's not like Abhi .
" She cried till she fell asleep . It seems a good sleep would have helped her ." Manik said observing Abhi's reaction to confirm his doubt .
" She cried ? " Abhi asked slowly . The only thought that he made her cry again made his heart stab. Manik looked at Abhi while Abhi kept thinking how bad he is .
" Why didn't you accept Mukti ? " Manik asked being straight foreword which just made Abhi look down not knowing what to tell him .
" By far I am observing you Abhi , I can clearly tell that you love her , then what's stopping you ? " he asked Abhi , which only made Abhi shock like how the hell did he know .
" Ho.. how .. Did...you.." Abhi shuttered not being able to form a proper sentence .
"I am observing you from the time Mukti had returned , though you try to stay away from her as much as possible but the way you go googly eye on her when she is doing something or looking cute is not hidden by me . I had a doubt about this when you told me you like someone , but it got confirmed today by looking at your frown and hurt expressions . " Manik said while Abhi just looked at him with wide eyes .
" Did you tell that your sister ? " he asked , though knowing he will not do that but he couldn't help to stop asking him .
" I have better things to do , other than spoiling my sister's way to pursue you . " he said and Abhi looked at him and said " I know you want to know why I am doing this , but please don't ever tell her that I love her . Please , I am much serious , I have my reasons to stop her . "
Manik nodded at him and said " Ok , but you have to promise me one thing ."
" What ? " Abhi asked him .
" If you can't accept Mukti , then don't hurt her more . Accept her , or make her give up on you . " Manik said sternly . Listening that he have to make Mukti gave up on him made Abhi's heart break , he looked at Manik and keeping a stone on his heart he gave him a little nod .
" I don't know what your reason is and why you are rejecting Mukti , but she is my sister and i can't see her crying for the person who can't accept that he love her for years . So let her go away and be with someone who will really love her not the one who is not confident about himself . " Manik said or in short taunted his best friend . Abhi looked down not answering his friend . Abhi got up from his seat picking his coke . He patted Abhi's back and left leaving Abhi in thoughts .

Amigos Cafe
Nandini and Mukti were settled in the cafe , with Mukti devouring the cheese cake , which Nandini got for Manik but its like it was in Mukti's fate to have .
They were talking about the relationships but it was mainly Mukti talking about she will think about something soon .
" I have decide to keep fighting . " Mukti said with a determined face . Nandini smiled at her and sipped her juice and said " You have too much energy to keep fighting . "
" The credit goes to you too . The breakfast you made in the morning refreshed my brain to think more . " Mukti said with a cheeky grin , but Nandini was lost somewhere which Mukti saw so she thought something and asked " Last night , you and my brother would have been in the same room so...."
" Nothing happened between us . " Nandini answered even before Mukti could ask .
" I thought something must have happened ." Mukti said doing the action of kissing from her hands .
" Muktiii shhhss . You better mind your business ." Nandini said slowly feeling her cheeks burn but the morning scene in Manik's hospital play in his mind making her angry .
" I have figured it out . Weather he likes me or not . I like him and that's enough . " Mukti said making Nandini shock .
" If he wants time to accept me , then I have decided I will not hurry forward . It's not a big deal to wait for him . " Mukti said grinning .
Nandini remembered the conversation she had with Manik yesterday who told Abhi like someone and hence she asked " What if he has a girlfriend ? What will you do ? "
Mukti looked at Nandini and just stomped her hand on the table standing up on her feet she shouted " He will never have a girlfriend as long as I am here . "
Nandini looked down and gave a little thumbs up at her as her shout attracted the whole customers in the cafe . Mukti got to know what she did and looked around as everyone was looking at her . She rubbed her nape and got settled down on the couch again .
" So when are you launching that doctor monster , or that monster series , your Mani . " Mukti smirked at Nandini .
Nandini looked down not sure and said " i am not sure ."
" You should launch it soon , and it will be a total series I am sure everyone will love it . " Mukti said .
" But Mukti , will your brother be upset about it ? " Nandini asked her as in a short she drew him only .
" You told me it's not my brother. " Mukti said raising her eyebrow at Nandini . Nandini opened her lips to say but no words came out . Mukti chuckled at her and said " Relax , my brother will love your sketches ."
Nandini nodded at Mukti and then she thought about the talks the nurses had in the lift and hence she asked " Mukti .. um are there always female patients who show affection to your brother ? "
" Affection ? you mean harassments ? " Mukti asked still eating the cheesecake , and later gluing the bite answered herself " Yeah , you know how handsome my brother is . Beauty is dangerous ."
Nandini chuckled dryly at Mukti's comment feeling the burning sensation of jealousy .
" How can you say that about your brother ? " Nandini asked her . Mukti looked at Nandini and smirked saying " But you know my brother is really a perfect gentleman , he just loves a girl for so many years ."
Nandini looked at her and blushed , she didn't understood so many years thing but the thing she know is Manik loves her . Not looking at Mukti she pulled the cheese cake from her side and started eating it . While Mukti's smirk keep growing and asked " Am I right ? "
Nandini looked at the other side covering her cheeks which were covered in pink hue . Mukti chuckled and said " Ahh .. don't be shy ." and nudged her but Nandini kept eating the cake looking away .

Next Day
Abhi came out of his house and moved to his car . He opened his car and got settled down , but as he started to lock the seat belt he felt someone seating beside him .
He looked at the other side and was shocked to see Mukti on the side seat smiling at him . Abhi looked at her in shock which made her smirk and she said " What ? Didn't you recognize me ? "
Abhi looked at her and gulped , he was so happy looking her back but sighing at himself he said " Mukti , I told you ..."
" Yeah , I know you don't like me . " she said casually , though it pained Abhi but he asked "Then why are you here ? "
" You doesn't like me , doesn't means I can't meet you . " Mukti said with a cheeky grin .
" What do you mean ? " Abhi asked , though her statement made his heart flutter .
" What I mean is from now on , I won't make you like me but it's not that you can ignore me . In another word , everything should be all like the same before . You must be there when I need you , while I will be there to save you from creepy girls ." Mukti said with a grin .
" Mukti , please be responsible . How can I ... " before he could complete Mukti made a crying sound which made Abhi stop talking and look at her with sigh .
" Okay okay stop . But as long as you don't say about me being your boyfriend , I will do whatever you say ." Abhi said with a sigh . Though he wanted it . He wanted to spend time with Mukti but not wanted to hurt her as promised to Manik .
" That's more like it , now drive . " Mukti grinned .
" Where to ? " Abhi asked her .
" Infinty Mall , I have to buy cups for the cafe . " She said with a smile .
" You want to buy cups from so far . I am not driving ." Abhi said .
" Huh , you just said you will do whatever I said , You are not completing your promise should i go back to my previous mode . " Mukti said glaring him .
" No No ... I am driving . Fasted you seatbelt . " Abhi said turning to fasten his belt .
" You do it for me ." Mukti said with a puppy face .
" Huh " Abhi said glaring her .
She pouted and said " It's okay , I will do . " and she fasten her seat belt .
