"I can't believe you forgot your phone inside your room." I sigh in disbelief.
"Calm down, I'll be in and out." Luca said, rolling his eyes.
Waiting for him in the car my mind casually drifts to Arabella. I was meant to be mad at her for that offensive comment she made at me but knowing Francesco's out of the game I can't help but let my mind wonder.
I wonder what type of underwear she'll be wearing for me one day.
"Hey, Capo," Luca says grabbing my attention and shifting my thoughts away from her. "you might want to read this." He says, throwing me a piece of paper. [Italian Translation: Boss]
'Hi, Vinny. It's Amelia. Arabella and I have decided to go to a random club, you know the one closest to this hotel, to get knocked up and quite possible STDs. Maybe next time you get with her so she doesn't get talked into doing stuff like this with me. You're favourite person in the world, Amelia.'
By the time I finish reading it, Luca's already in the car with me. "Drive to the nearest club." I order the driver, already feeling tired. I wasn't even there and Amelia was giving me a headache.
"Si, Capo." [Italian Translation: Yes, Boss]
"I fucking hate that Amelia girl. I should have killed her after investigating her." I mumble.
"I'm not too fond of her too but at least I don't make it obvious." He shrugs. "Plus she seems to make Arabella happy so let her keep her. Like a little pet."
"I rather she has a pet. I'll buy her one." I announce to him.
"Good for you. Stop the car we're here."
I look out the window to see a girl pressed against a car making out with a guy. How absolutely disgusting. But then again, I have no right to talk.
I got out of the car to quickly realize it was Arabella. The blood begins to boil and my adrenaline kicks in. I walk over to them and quickly push the guy off of her. "What the fuck do you think you're doing with my girl?" I growl.
He begins screaming in pain and I couldn't help but have a smirk appear on my face. I begin to laugh at his pain in such amusement.
"What's wrong, you're not such a bold man anymore, huh." I laugh gripping onto my gun.
"Vincenzo stop!" She screams blocking him from me. I look at her and glare.
"Move out of my way Arabella." I command pushing her away causing her to fall on the ground. I roll my eyes. I didn't push her that hard. She's just light on her feet because she's obviously drunk.
Pulling out my gun I aim it at the guy as he begs for his life. I slowly look at Arabella to see her crying. I couldn't bring myself to kill him if she was going to hate me more than she already does. "Get the fuck out of here." I order him. He does as he's told and scurries away.
I pick her up, throwing her over my shoulder. I put her inside the car and follow after her. "Luca go find Amelia."
He nods and leaves the car. "Esci" I dismiss, to the driver. [Italian Translation: Get out]
The driver copies Luca's actions and leaves. "You mind telling me what the fuck you're doing here looking like that?" I question.
"If you don't want me then I'll find someone else who wants me." She huffs.
You know I fucking want you, Arabella. "Throwing yourself out there like a slut isn't going to satisfy you."
"Whatever. It's fine if you hate me. I don't care anymore. I don't even want this stupid job anymore." She rambles.
I sigh in defeat to her pettiness. "I don't hate you, Arabella. I feel quite the opposite. Please don't leave me." I reply.
I look over at her to see her staring at me in the most confused way. "I want to kiss you." She whispers.
"Niente ti ferma." I smirk. I pull her face closer to mine and begin kissing her passionately. I really liked this woman to the point it was toxic, and I really wanted her to like me back. [Italian Translation: Nothing's stopping you]
"I don't want to see you with anyone ever again," I mumble against her skin.
"Okay." She responds.
Someone knocks on the window causing me to turn my attention away from her. I roll down the window and order the driver to get back inside because I've spotted Luca with Amelia.
"Let's drop them back in the hotel." Luca smiles.
