Serena was getting ready to enter the stage of the third Showcase Tournament she entered in the Johto Region.
"Ta-da!" Serena says, after tying a ribbon on Sylveon's neck.
"Syl!" Sylveon says, smiling happily.
All her other pokémon smile happily.
"Serena! You're up next!" the organizer says.
Serena got up.
"I'm coming!" Serena says, smiling and nodding.
The organizer nods back.
"Are you guys ready?" Serena asks to her pokémon.
All of her pokémon smile happily and jump in excitement.
"Let's go!" Serena says, running towards the door.
Her pokémon follow her.
Serena stops suddenly.
Serena's pokémon look puzzled.
"What's the matter?" Milotic asks.
Serena turns to her pokémon and smile.
"Don't forget to have fun!" Serena says, smiling happily.
Serena's pokémon sigh in relief.
They smile and nod happily.
"So let's go!" Serena says.
Serena and her pokémon head to the stage.
"And next... We have one of the most famous performers on the Johto Region... Joining the stage next we have her... Serena!" Monsieur Pierre says.
Serena enters the stage with joy and happiness on her face, followed by her pokémon.
"Let the showcase begin! S'il vous plait!" Monsieur Pierre says.
"Let's go!" Serena says to her pokémon.
"Milotic, Hydro Pump! Braixen, Flamethrower!" Serena says while starting to dance with Sylveon and Pancham.
Milotic nods and uses Hydro Pump.
"Braixen Brai!" Braixen says while using Flamethrower towards Milotic's Hydro Pump.
Their moves create a smokescreen in the middle of the stage.
The crowd is puzzled because they can't see the stage.
"Fire Blast!" Serena shouts out of the blue.
"Brai!" Braixen says while using Fire Blast on top of the crowd.
Braixen's Fire Blast create a beautiful orange glow falling on top of everyone.
The crowd change their expression to an amazed look.
Everyone is trying to catch a little bit of the glow on their hand.
"Pancham, Dark Pulse!" Serena says, still dancing.
The crowd turned to the stage.
Everyone was surprised to see a lot of Sylveon dancing on stage.
Sylveon used Double Team while noone was paying attention.
"Pancham Pan!" Pancham says while using Dark Pulse.
"Now! Rotate and keep using Dark Pulse!" Serena says, smiling.
"Cham Pan!" Pancham says.
Pancham starts to rotate while using Dark Pulse, extinguishing all of Sylveon's clones.
The real Sylveon jumps and dodges the attack.
Pancham eventually was using Dark Pulse on top of the crowd.
This creates a beautiful purple glow falling on top of them.
Everyone is trying to catch some of the purple glow on their hands.
"Sylveon, Fairy Wind!" Serena says.
"Syl!" Sylveon says while using Fairy Wind.
Sylveon's Fairy Wind creates a beautiful pink glow falling on top of the audience.
This creates a beautiful contrast to Pancham's Dark Pulse.
The crowd is in amazement.
Serena smiles happily.
"Let's do this!" Serena says, smilling happily while looking to Braixen and Milotic.
Braixen and Milotic nod.
"Milotic, Dragon Rush!" Serena shouts.
Milotic nods.
Braixen jumps on top of Milotic.
Milotic starts to use Dragon Rush.
Milotic is flying with Braixen on its back.
The audience turn to see Milotic and Braixen flying.
Everyone is in amazement as a purple and pink glow is falling from Milotic.
"Pancham, Dark Pulse!" Serena says while pointing up.
"Pancham Pan!" Pancham says and uses Dark Pulse aiming to the ceiling.
Pancham's Dark Pulse creates a beautiful dark sky.
The crowd was in amazement.
Serena is smiling happily.
"Braixen, Flamethrower! Milotic, Water Pulse!" Serena shouts.
"Braixen Brai!" Braixen says while jumping from Milotic.
"Xen... Brai!" Braixen says while using Flamethrower.
Milotic nods and use Water Pulse.
Both moves collide.
They create little drops of water falling on top of everyone.
Everyone look confused.
Braixen lands on stage.
"Aim at them..." Serena whispers.
Braixen smiles and nod.
It starts to use Flamethrower on top of the audience.
Braixen's Flamethrower evaporated some of the water falling on the audience just before it fell on them.
Everyone started smiling.
"Let's finish this..." Serena whispered.
Her pokémon nod.
"Sylveon, Swift! Braixen, Fire Blast! Pancham, Dark Pulse! Milotic, Attract!" Serena says.
All of her pokémon nod.
"Sylveon!" Sylveon says while using Swift on top of the audience.
"Braixen Brai!" Braixen says while using Fire Blast on top of the audience.
"Pancham Pan!" Pancham says while using Dark Pulse on top of the audience.
They create gorgeous colors falling on top of everyone.
Everyone is in awe.
But Milotic does not do anything.
"Wait..." Serena whispers.
The crowd start to applaud.
"Now!" Serena shouts.
The crowd stop in shock.
Milotic nods and jumps.
Milotic uses Attract on top of everyone.
Milotic's Attract creates a beautiful stream of hearts falling on top of everyone.
The crowd is in even more amazement.
Serena bows.
Milotic lands and wraps itself around Serena graceously.
"That's it!" Serena says.
The audience start to applaud.
Serena looks up at the audience and start to smile happily.
She starts to walk off the stage.
"That was an incredible performance by Serena!" shouted Monsieur Pierre.
Upon hearing this, Serena smiles happily.
Serena enters the lounge and start to wait for the voting phase of the Showcase.
"Every single one of you really did your best!" Serena says to her pokémon.
All of her pokémon smile happily.
They wait to be called back up on stage while watching the other performers' performances.
Some hours pass and everyone finish their own performance.
"And that's the last performance of the day!" Monsieur Pierre shouted on the tv of the lounge.
Serena turns towards the tv.
Serena looks nervous.
"Syl?" Sylveon asks, worried.
Serena turns to Sylveon and smile.
"I'm fine! We're definately going to win this!" Serena says, smiling.
Sylveon smiles.
Ten minutes pass and the vote phase is about to start.
"Everyone, come to the stage, vote phase is starting in a few moments." the organizer says while entering the lounge.
"Right!" All of the participants say in sync.
All of the participants start to head towards the stage.
Serena smile to her pokémon.
"Can you guys wait here? I'm sure you can see it on the tv..." Serena asks.
All of her pokémon nod and smile happily.
"Thanks!" Serena says.
Serena starts to head to the stage.
"And... Here they are!" Monsieur Pierre shouted.
All participants entered the stage.
"Every performer here did an awesome job at their Freestyle Performance! But we have to choose only one to receive this beautiful Princess Key..." Monsieur Pierre said while showing the audience the Princess Key.
The crowd is looking closely.
"And you are going to decide today's winner!" Monsieur Pierre shouted.
The audience started to applaud.
"So get your Glow Caster!" Monsieur Pierre shouted.
Everyone started to get their Glow Caster to vote.
"You can start to vote! S'il vous plait!" Monsieur Pierre shouted.
Everyone started to vote.
Serena looks to the audience with a happy smile.
She then starts to have a flashback to when she got her first Princess Key back in Kalos.
She remembers holding her hands over her heart.
Her heart starts to beat faster.
She then starts to remember Ash, Clemont and Bonnie, with Ash popping up more frequently on her mind.
"Ash..." Serena whispered while smiling and blushing lightly.
Serena is looking to the ground, when suddenly she is interrupted.
"... Serena!" Monsieur Pierre shouts.
The crowd starts to applaud.
Serena looks shocked and shakes her head.
"What?" Serena says with a puzzled expression.
"Congratulations for winning this Princess Key!" Monsieur Pierre shouts.
"Klefki!" Klefki says while getting closer to Serena.
Klefki hands Serena the Princess Key.
Serena gets the Princess Key and look towards the crowd.
She sees everyone's happy faces and remembers about Ash's smile.
She then start to smile happily while blushing lightly.
"Thank you!" Serena shouts while waving at the crowd.
Serena turns and leave the stage while being applauded by the crowd and Monsieur Pierre.
