*Michelle's POV*
~January 3rd~
I was sleeping. Peacefully. But no. That can never happen for long.
"♫Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear Chelley. Happy Birthday to you♫" Meaghan would sang, way to over dramatically. She would never pass up a chance to annoy me. Especially on my birthday.
"Thanks for letting me sleep in. It really means a lot..." I snapped at her.
"Your welcome. It was my pleasure." She answered, walking away with a smirk. I got up out of bed, and walked out into the hallway to go knock on my mom and dad's door. But as I exited. I saw "The Eyes" right where I ran into him yesturday. I ignored his stare towards me until I heard him running towards me.
"Hello." He said charmingly, in a sexy Irish accent.
"Hey," I said nervously. I could feel my cheeks burning, "I can't really talk, I gotta go get my parents. Maybe I'll see you out on the mountains." I finished with a slight smile, trying to hide how nervous I was.
"Well. Okay. Hopefully..." He said, brushing my hand with his as he walked away. I knocked on my parent's door, hoping that when they opened it, my voice wouldn't be so red. My mom answered.
"Get ready. We are going be on the slopes in 15 minutes." She said rushing to get my dad up, and ready. I started to walk back towards my room when she grabbed ahold of my shoulder, "By the way. Happy Birthday." She finished letting go, and shutting her door.

My sister and I started to head downstairs when we saw five bundled up people doing the same. I couldn't see their faces, so we just kept walking towards the elevator. When we outside, Meaghan and I got on the skii lift.
"Do you even know how to get off of one of these things?" Meaghan asked.
"Not... exactly." I answered. She laughed, and got ready to get off.
"Sucks to be you then." She said, laughing. She slid right off the lift and flew down the slope. I was left on the lift by meyself. And I didn't know what to do. I'm afraid of heights. As we got closer to the ground again I attempted to get off. But instead, a tall person sat down right next to me.
"I'm sorry, love. But is it alright if I sit here? All of the other lifts are taken." He said in an adorable british accent.
I looked around and then nodded, "It's fine with me." His whole body was covered with snow gear to keep him warm. I couldn't even see what he looked like. We just sat there going around and around on the skii lift. Talking. I wonder who he could be...
