As soon as I got into the car I called mum. "Hello?" "Mum I'm cancer free!" "Good now go call your brother.love you!" "Okay bye mum love you." I said hanging up the phone. You couldn't whipe the smile off my face. I called Liam getting ready to screm when he answered but he didn't. The smile came off my face but I knew he was busy so I just shook it off and started driving to school. I hated going to school knowing the boys weren't there. I walked in at seconded block I always hated being late because as soon as you walk in everyone looks at you as if you killed someone but this year was my last year at high school. I went to my locker got my math binder and went to class. "Jessica do you have a note to tell me why your late." Mrs stole said as soon as I walked in. She wasn't my biggest fan I was always late to her class. I handed her the note and toke my seat next to my best friend Madison. "Someone's extra bitchy this morning." I said as I toke out my notebook. "Isn't she always." Madison said. We made pointless conversation as the class kept dragging on. Thank god mrs stole was old and couldn't hear for shit. BEEEPPPP "thank god." I said getting up and grabbing all of my stuff. "Hey Mads have you talked to Harry lately?" I asked her giving he a wink. Harry and Madison hit it off as soon as I introduced her. Madison was the only one of my friends who know about my cancer. I had texted her earlier so nobody over heard when I told her. "No he's been really busy lately with recording and everything." I could tell she was upset about it. " hey they come back in a week!" I said trying to sound happy. She just smiled and looked at her phone. "Hey what do you have next?" I asked putting back my binder and grabbing my chior folder. "Lang arts ughh!" She said closing her locker. "Kay text me I gotta go." I said shutting my locker and grabbing my bag. "JESSSSS!!!!" I heard Erin yell as she ran and gave me a hug. "Heyy erin!" I said "guess what we get to sing Santa baby!!!" "Yaya I love that song" I said as we walked into the chior room. "All girls that are in girls chior come and line up." There was only about 5 girls in it. Me Erin lily maddie and Sadie. Mrs Sarah lead us into a room and we all stood in line I was in the middle between Erin and Sadie."Okay guys our concert is in two weekes so we gotta be perfect! And we have a concert in a couple of days so we gotta pick out two songs any ideas?" Mrs Sarah said. "What type of songs?" Erin asked. "We need one slower song and one up beat. Besides that any type of song." Erin and I looked at eachother and smile. "One direction!" Erin and I both yelled. " okay what song?" "What about she's not afraid?" Erin said "okay and we need another song" "wait for you by Elliot yamine!" I said " okay we have our songs everyone excited?" Mrs Sarah said Writting down the songs. BEEEPPP "saved by the bell!" I yelled going out the door. The next 5 periods went by really fast. "Hey mads we going shopping?" "Hell yeah!" "Okay than let's go." I said laughing we both grabbed our book bags and walked out. I looked at my phone and my face fell seeing that I didn't have any missed calls. "Hey you alright?" Madison asked throwing her bag in the back. "Yeah just haven't heard from Li. I wanted to tell him the good news but he didn't answer." I said sighing and putting my phone in my lap. "Hey he will call. Remeber after 2 years your cancer free! Be happy." "Yeah your right. Mall?" I said "yes of course!" We got to the mall and spent like 2 hours. "Hey ill drop you off at your house I got to go get the girls to practice for our concert." "Alright FaceTime me later?" "Yeah" I simply answer pulling into her drive way. After i picked everyone up we went into my house and went to my room. "Hey you guys want something to eat."mum said knocking on the door than coming into my room. " yeah thanks mum." I said as she walked out to go order pizza. " okay what song do you guys wanna practice first?" I asked grbbing my phone trying to find the songs. "She's not afraid duhhh." Erin said laughing. "Okay ha does everyone know it?" I asked putting my phone on the I home. "I dont." Maddie said "okay here are the lyrics Erin and I will do try outs for each part so we know who's voice fits best okay?" I asked going online to print out the lyrics for both songs. We practiced for about 2 hours and my throat was killing me. Everyone went home at about 8 30. Laim had never called me back so I decided I would call him.
