"Derek get her outta here" I laughed
Derek was playing with my daughter Laura. I had Laura when I was 15. I'm now 16. Today is Laura's half-birthday. Something Derek insisted to have up to age 6 at least. She is 6 months old. Derek is my boyfriend. Laura's dad is still in her life. He gets her 2 weeks out the month. Well really only weekends.
Derek was shocked when he found about Laura but, he didn't care and eventually got used to everything and now he can't leave her alone. Vise Vera. It's like I don't even exist anymore. She stole my man and he stole my daughter. But, i'm happy they get along so well.
"Derek we gotta drop her off at my grandma's"
"Do we have to" He whined
Laura babbled touching his face pouting.
"Yes, we have too" I laughed putting the food on the plates
"Mwah" Derek kissed Laura after tossing her up in the air
"Okay eat" I put Derek's plate on the table
"What are you gonna eat" Derek sat down
"My food but, I gotta feed Laura" I picked her up
"I'll feed her" He got her from me
"You have titties that form milk for the baby" I questioned
"Nevermind" He handed her back
I got up pulling down my shirt and well, she was drinking her milk.
I grabbed my plate putting it on the table. I grabbed my phone sitting next to Derek.
"This is good mamas" He smiled at me
"Thank you baby"
"I bet that tastes better, lucky" He mumbled the last part
"You want sum" I rubbed his head
He nodded rapidly trying to move Laura.
"Stop Derek you'll hurt her, you can have some when she's finished"
He smirked at me eating his food. She finished drinking the milk and burped her then, I rocked her til she fell asleep.
"I got her, eat" He sat picking her up
"Thank you" I smiled at him
I ate and put the dishes in the sink. I walked upstairs to my room seeing Derek holding a crying Laura.
"What happened"
"Nothing she just started crying"
I picked her up and rocked her while giving her a pacifier, blanket, and laid down in the bed putting on one of those little baby videos. She calmed down and not too long after fell asleep.
"For you to be her favorite you sure can't put her to sleep"
"Whatever" He waked to the bathroom closing the door
I put Laura in her crib and got on my phone.
-45 MINUTES LATER-
I started to get bored and got up off the bed. I walked in the bathroom and stripped out my clothes. I opened the shower door getting in. Derek washed his face and opened his eyes jumping when he saw me.
"What are you doing" He said catching his breath
"Showering with my baby" I wrapped his arms around his waist hugging him
"We ain't never showered together. We ain't even seen each other naked.....completely......on purpose"
"It was gon happen one day.....completely.....on purpose" I looked up at him
He just laughed. I pulled away looking down. It was actually pretty big. He smacked me laughing.
"Take a picture it'll last longer" He laughed
"Don't hit me" I fake pouted
"Awe" He kissed me
I turned around washing my face. I wiped my face off and Derek wrapped his arms around my waist putting his chin on my shoulder. I peeped him looking down at my boobs.
"TaKe A pIcTuRe It'Ll LaSt LoNgEr" I mocked him
He laughed kissing me. We got out the shower and I wrapped a towel around my body and Derek wrapped his around his waist.
"Do you think Laura needs a half birthday" I asked Derek climbing on the counter
"Yes" He said brushing his teeth
"Why tho, I mean I love her and I want to spoil her but, she's only 6 months"
"I wanna spoil her too and I want her to have memories"
"Derek she's 6 months" I said with my feet in the sink doing my make-up
I brushed my teeth already.
"So we're gonna take pictures and she's gonna look at them and feel special and happy just like the little princess she is"
"I know but, if we are gonna throw half birthdays for her can we wait until she's at least two or three"
"But, why"
"Because I don't think it's necessary at this age and at least then she will be able to speak and open up her gifts and stuff and walk on her own"
"Fine" He pouted rinsing his mouth
"What are we doing today" He walked over to me putting his hands on my waist kissing my neck
"Umm well all three of us are gonna go shopping and then we're gonna go to my ma's house because my aunts and cousins and them will be there and there cooking and then she's gonna have Laura for the next two or three days"
"WHAT"
"Derek stop" I slapped him
"What is wrong with you, you're gonna wake her up and you didn't even put her to sleep"
"Ow that hurt" He held his cheek
"Well you shouldn't scream i my ear or when here is a 6 month old difficult baby finally sleeping"
He still pouted. I turned around kissing him. He picked me up putting his hands under my butt. He spun me around putting me back on the counter.
"You're so cute and i'm sorry" I kissed his cheek
"I'm about to get dressed and it's okay"
"Can you give Laura a bath and pack her bags" I said still doing my make-up
"You're really giving her away" He pouted
"No i'm letting her spend time with her family" I laughed
"We are her family"
"Derek you're gonna see her next weekend"
"Next weekend, it's Sunday. You said two or three days, That's at least Wednesday."
"Awe look at my smart baby and I know but, after that her dad is gonna get her"
"Then we should've celebrated her half birthday"
I laughed
"Oh my gosh Derek get her ready please, you'll survive"
"No I won't . I don't got no one else" He faked pouted
At stared at him through the mirror giving him a crazy "You sure?" look.
"Other then you, and the boys, and our families and stuff" He said realizing
"Mhm"
"I should go get her ready" He left out
-30 MINUTES LATER-
"Derek you ready" I said at the bottom of the stairs
"Yeah" He yelled coming down
"Okay let's go"
-AT YOU'R MOTHER'S HOUSE-
"Hey ma" I hugged her as she opened the door
"Where's everybody at" I looked around as we walked in
"What do you mean"
"I thought the family was gonna be here"
"No girl that's next Sunday" My mom laughed grabbing Laura
"Really, you sure" I looked confused
"Yeah you said her dad was gonna bring her here and you were gonna take her home after or sum like that" She waved walking to the kitchen
"Oh well damn" I laughed
"What'd ya'll do today"
"Shopping lots and lots of shopping" Derek said tired and dramatic
"Look at you done got the boy worn out"
"He'll be fine" I laughed
"Well ya'll look tired and I don't wanna hold ya'll up"
"Okay ma, i'll holla at you tomorrow"
"Bye ma" Derek waved
"Bye ya'll" My mom waved closing the door behind you
"Now what" Derek said in the drivers seat
"Well now that we've seen each other naked and e're alone, you wanna try sum new" I smiled at him
He looked at me unsure.
"It'll make you feel better" I put my hand on his leg
"I'm tired but, down" He said pulling out the driveway
I laughed and we got home and things happened.......
