We are at Star City 2041. Mia and William are at the Arrow bunker planning their next attack against Jonathan Allen.
"Ok, so we know that Jonathan has his money held up at Amertek, right?" Mia asked William as she walked around the bunker trying to piece together a plan.
"Yes. Jonathan probably holds a lot of stock in Amertek as well." William answered as he kept typing away on his computer
"So how about, we hack into Amertek and transfer money from Amertek to somewhere else." Mia suggested
"What would this 'somewhere else' be?" William asked
"I was thinking Wayne enterprises." Mia answered with a smile on her face
William was shocked and simply fire back with "Okay that's crazy. How about instead of Wayne enterprises we pick some company that is over seas or something"
"It's been a month since my encounter with Red Robin and we are still no closer to finding out who he is." Mia complained
"And Wayne enterprises needs to be involved because?" William asked
"Because I have a theory that Red Robin takes money from Wayne enterprises, for his crusade." said Mia in a really confident tone
William was rather skeptical of her theory so he asked "Why do you think that?"
"When Batman disappeared Bruce Wayne also disappeared. Then Batman came back and then Red Robin appeared. I think Batman trained Red Robin." Mia told William
"That's a really big long shot Mia." William fired back
"Can you hack Wayne enterprises?" Mia asked in a pleading tone
"Yeah, I can" William answered in a defeated tone followed by him turning to his computer and hacking into Wayne Enterprises.
After awhile Mia asked out him "Are you in?"
"Yeah, I'm already into Wayne and Amertek." William answered
"Okay I need you to extract 3,642 dollars from Amertek into Wayne enterprises" Mia reuested
"3,642 like Victor ave 3642?"William asked
"Yep that's the one." Mia answered proudly since she was happy that her brother caught what she was doing.
"That's the street where Verdant used to be," William told her
"Yeah, before it closed and Minerva appear in it's place. Minerva being Jonathan's bar" said Mia
"That's also the place where you both first met," William mentioned
Mia got on the elevator and told him "I know, it's pretty poetic." followed by the elevator doors closing. Later in the day William saw the someone had accessed the Amertek bank account so he told Mia to go to Minerva. Mia geared up and drove to Minerva on her bike. When she arrived she snuck in(since it was closed). She went to the lobby and simply waited. Jonathan came out from the door that lead to the old secret arrow base and saw Mia. "Green arrow! Nice to see you. In fact I was wondering if you knew where some of my money went?" Jonathan told Mia in a very businessman fashion while clearly not threaten by Mia (I have a guy named Liam Hemsworth casted for Jonathan Allen) .Mia drew back her bow and screamed "I got you now Jonathan! It's over!. After Mia said this, a bunch of henchmen appeared with rifles, completely surrounding Mia.
"Mia I have told you time and time again, I'm faster than you" Jonathan told her followed by leaving the bar. As he left he told his henchmen "Kill her".
All the henchmen opened fire on Mia but someone swooped in with a grappling hook and grabbed Mia followed by said person throwing her over the counter. He then proceeded to throw explosive batarangs to take all the henchmen out. After all the henchmen were taken out Mia jumped over the counter and asked "What are you doing here in Star city?" In reaction to this Red Robin looked at Mia with pure anger in his eyes. He walked over to her and grabbed her by the collar of her suit and slammed her against the counter and told her in a very serious tone "Why did you transfer money into Wayne Enterprise." Mia just pushed him away and told him "Calm down tough guy. Just trying to lure you out and as you can see, it worked" Red Robin stared her down and asked "Is this a sick game to you?" Before Mia could respond Jonathan super sped back into the room in a flash like suit "A Gotham vigilante and Star city's Green arrow. How does it feel to be wrong? To think you're so close to the truth but in all actuality you were just buying into a big lie?" Jonathan asked. Red robin then backed off and stood side by side with Mia. Mia fired an arrow which Jonathan caught but it turned out to be a flash bang arrow which completely blinded Jonathan. By the time he was able to regain his vision Mia and Red Robin were gone. "They can run but they can't hide." Jonathan told himself followed by super speeding out of Minerva.
While Jonathan was blinded Mia and Red Robin left the building. Mia started removing a manhole cover as she noticed Red Robin was leaving "Running from a fight?" Mia asked him mockingly
"Your dad was friends with the Flash. You don't need my help. You probably know everything there is to know about speedster." Red Robin answered in his usual serious tone
"Well how about you leave the city through the sewer system. You know just so Jonathan doesn't snatch you up." Mia suggested
Red Robin just rolled his eyes and said "Fine." They both start walking through the sewer system with Mia being slightly ahead. Mia activated her com and told William "Hey we got an issue."
William responded in a panicked tone "What happened?"
"Jonathan is actually a speedster." said Mia
"Tell William to hack into all the speed cameras around city. It could helps us get a location on Jonathan" said Red Robin in such serious way It felt like a command
Mia sighed and was slightly annoyed by the fact that Red Robin was such a know it all. She then told William "Try to get Jonathan's location, using the speed cameras around the city."
"Will do, but it will take a while so I'll call you back if I find something" said William
Mia and Red Robin kept walking around in complete silence. Mia was kind of tired of Red Robin's whole emotionless attitude so she asked "Have any friends back at Gotham?" although Red Robin just ignored Mia's question. Mia then stopped walking and faced Red Robin followed by removing her hood and mask followed by her saying "Hi I'm Mia Queen the Green Arrow, and you are?" Red Robin just gave her a blank stare and kept walking. Mia was absolutely done with Red Robin so she screamed "Why are you here!". Red Robin just stopped dead in his tracks and asked "What do you mean?".
"My plan to lure you out had one big flaw.." Mia was saying only to be interrupted by Red Robin who said "The big flaw was to assume I actually cared if you messed Wayne enterprise".
"Exactly, if you just ignored the fact that I tampered with Wayne enterprises. You would have been off the hook, so did you show up?" Mia stated
"I knew you were trying to lure out Jonathan but since Jonathan is always one step ahead of you I concluded that it was a trap. I wasn't about to let you die" Red Robin answered
"Aww how cute. Nice to know you care." Mia told him mockingly
"More like I didn't want your death on my conscience." Red Robin stated plainly
They both kept walking until they notice a light at the end of one of the sewer tunnels. As they walked towards Mia thought to herself "Why does it feel familiar?" luckily once they got there it was obvious why it was familiar. The place was a very advanced lab with Star lab like technology. "I'm guessing this wasn't here before?" Red Robin asked. "Yeah definitely not." Mia replied. They both walked around the lab. Red Robin turned on one of the computer only to find out the computer was in a foreign language. "Does this look familiar to you?" Red Robin asked. Mia then inspected the language until it all clicked. "Its speed force language" she told him
"Great, that means I can't hack it" He stated in frustration. Mia then heard her com turn on and she heard William say "Hey I've tracked Jonathan" Mia was really excited by William's statement. "Great! Where is he?" Mia asked
"He's in Gotham right now." William answered
"Alright great. I'll be at the arrow bunker soon" Mia replied as she put a tracker on the computer and stared leaving the lab. (with Red Robin following her)
"So where is the arrow bunker?" Red Robin asked
Mia then turned around and told him "No name. No arrow bunker."
Red Robin sighed followed by taking off his mask and says "Timothy Drake."(I'm using Logan Lerman)
"Alright then Timmy Turner. Lets do this as partners" Mia told him cheerfully as she extend her hand out for a handshake
Timothy just look at her dead in the eye and said "Don't call me Timmy" followed by Mia retracting her arm. Since she knew she was getting that handshake
Afterwards they both showed up to the arrow bunker in casual clothes. Now we have William, Mia and Tim who are now on the main platform of the arrow bunker.
"Okay lets recap this again." Tim demanded politely
"Alright so Jonathan is a speedster crime lord who has been stealing tungsten and buying stock in Amertek." William told him as he was looking at is computer
"Don't forget the RFG mystery." Mia added
"RFG? What is that?" Tim asked as he was trying to solve the mystery. As the detective he is.
William then turned to Tim and told him "That is the one million dollar question. Which funny because everyone in this room is rich"
"Ok then lets think. Why would a speedster buy stock in Amertek?" Tim asked as he walked around a bit
"What do you mean?" Mia asked. Since she didn't see the relevance of the question
"Speedsters don't need money. If they need something they steal. Jonathan clearly isn't a guy for morals." Tim responded in a very formal fashion. William just kept analyzing Tim's statement until it all clicked "What if he wants something that doesn't exist yet?" William. Tim was very satisfied by William's proposition so he said "That's brilliant, we just need to find some sort off theoretical use for tungsten!"
"Maybe something that with has the acronym RFG?" Mia suggested since she felt left out of the conversation
"Yeah no duh Sherlock." Tim told her plainly as he focused on William's monitor. William then found something and said " I got it! RFG stands for Rods from god." Tim was pretty surprised by the fact and said "You mean the theoretical satellite that drops rods of tungsten from the sky?"
"Yep that's the one. Interestingly enough Amertek has a space division called Manus Dei" William told Tim
"Manus Dei that's Latin for Hand of god" Tim replied
"It seems like the hand of god is going to launch the Rods from god" Mia added
Tim instantly got worried since he knew how destructive the Rods from god would be. He started thinking of ways this could end. He honest didn't know how it was gonna pan out but he knew he had to stay in Star City. "I think I might need to stay in Star City for a bit." he told them
"Sure. Fine by me." said Mia in a serious tone followed by her phone beeping. She then looked at the notification. Tim instantly asked "What is it?"
Mia told him "I put a tracking chip on one of Jonathan's computer and it's saying Jonathan is back at his lab. We have to go now." Mia demanded but Tim simply fired back with "No." as he grabbed Mia's arm .Mia was pissed off by Tim's Comment so she responded in a confrontational tone "What do you mean no? Because this girl doesn't take no for an answer" Tim then let go of Mia's arm and said "Fine" followed by him walking over to the training area and taking two bo staffs and saying "You beat me, we go". Mia wasn't someone to back down from a fight so she grabbed the bo staff Tim offered her and got into a fighting. William just took out his phone and started recording.
"You know this is a waste of time. Right?" Mia asked as she spun the bo staff around
"To beat Jonathan we need a plan not speed." Tim stated in his serious attitude
The both started fight. Instant Mia noticed that Tim fought with speed and seemed to plan ahead. Unfortunately Mia was too focused on figuring out Tim's fighting style she didn't noticed Tim preforming a sweeping low kick that knocked her to the ground. When Mia got up Tim told her "You need more training." Mia scoffed at Tim's comment "I was trained by Nyssa Al Ghul and my dad who was the Green arrow and last time we fought it was a tie"
"Yeah but it would help if the fight didn't last as long as a vine video " William comment. Mia just looked at him and said "How about you start working on something, to help us stop Jonathan"
"Understood." William replied followed by getting on his computer
"Anyways the first time we fought I held back. Second your dad survived Lian yu, Hong Kong, the Russian mob, aliens and more. He had experience and that's something you can't teach." said Tim as he put his arms behind his back
"And what makes you so special?" Mia asked as she put the bo staffs back in their place.
Tim responded with "I was trained by Batman. Batman, also trained with the league of assassin but besides the league he was trained by Henri Ducard, Giovanni John Zatara, David Cain, Willie Dogget and many others, so imagine what that makes me." Mia was pretty unimpressed since she didn't recognize any of the names Tim mentioned so she responded with "Egotistical?"
Tim answers with confidence "No, it means I'm knowledgeable. I can train you." William then popped up and said "Hey nice chat but I need your help" Mia quickly responded with "Yeah sure. what is it?"
William looks at her awkwardly and said "I was talking to Tim. Although you should stick around." William then lead Tim to a monitor that is displaying a speedster database. Tim sat down and started reading it. While Tim was reading it William commented "This is everything we have on speedsters. I was wondering if you could theory craft a weapon with this information."
After analyzing the information he took a pen and paper and wrote down a couple things. Tim then went back to the computer and took the speed readings of Star city's speed cameras and averaged out Jonathan's speed. He then said "It seems the fastest he can run is mach 3.3" He then turned to Mia and gave her the paper he wrote on. She then read what was on the paper and asked "What are you trying to make?"
"An arrow that can emit aerosolized nanites with integrated speedometers. Between Queen consolidated and Smoak tech, you should have everything to make this thing" Tim told her
"What the hell is that supposed to do?" William asked
"The whole point of this arrow is to emit nanites that Jonathan will breathe in. Those nanites will be linked to a speedometer meaning if Jonathan moves at a speed higher than 24 mph the nanites will start emitting negative tachyonic particles which will sever his connect to the speed force."
"What if he vibrates?" Mia asked
"Any tampering with the nanites will activate the tachyons." Tim answered
"Great. I'll stop by Queen consolidated and get all of this." Mia told him followed by her leaving the arrow bunker
At Queen consolidated
Mia has just arrived at the office where Thea should be but when she got to Thea's office she saw a different familiar face .
"Daniel?" Mia asked as she walked into the office
"Hey Mia what brings you here?" Daniel asked back as he stopped typing on his laptop
"I was going to talk with aunt Thea but I guess she's not here." Mia told him as she pulled out the list
"Yeah, mom thought it was a good idea for me to run the business for a day" Daniel answered
"What a gift for your 18th birthday." Mia told him as she laughed a bit
"Well anyways, what do you need?" Daniel asked as he pointed to the piece of paper in Mia's hand
"Well it's a little something for my crusade." Mia told him as she gave him the list. Daniel then quickly searched all the items up and said "I'll have my guys bring all this to Queen manor then Emiko can drop them off by the arrow bunker."
"Alright but make quick please." Mia requested with Daniel responding with "Will do."
Back at the arrow bunker
Mia arrives back at the arrow bunker where Tim is doing one arm push ups while William is on his computer.
"Hey the supplies should be here by the hour." Mia told William as she walked up to him. As Mia said this, William got an alert on his computer. In reaction to this Tim quickly got up and walked to where Mia and William were.
"It seem we have a secondary issue." William stated in a worried tone.
"Nothing I can't handle." Tim stated with confidence as he looked at the monitor.
Mia was pretty annoyed by the fact that Tim said 'I' instead 'We' so she told " I think you meant to say 'There is nothing we can't handle'. Right?"
"Yeah that too." Tim told Mia. Although the way he said it wasn't very convincing
William then said "Well it seems that a gang from Hub City is trying to smuggle in some vitura into Star city."
"Where are they?" Tim asked with determination
"They're at the Star city docks." William told him.
Tim then walked over to his phone and called someone "Hey I need you to send the batplane on autopilot to Star city docks" He then waited a bit as the other person answered. He then answered with "I'll explain why I'm in Star city later. Bye"
"What happened Timmy Turner?" Mia asked jokingly
Tim just glared at Mia since he doesn't like the nickname Timmy. He then told her "I have this friend, she is gonna send the batplane for backup. Just suit up."
"This is my city so I get to say 'suit up'. So suit up Timmy." Mia told him in a serious tone followed by her leaving.
Tim just took a deep breath and told William "If only one of us comes back, you know why."
At the star city docks
We have Mia and Tim on top of a crane over looking the gang members below.
"It thought your little batplane was around here." Mia told Tim as she spotted the truck that had all the vitura in it.
"The plane is about 7 miles away. It should arrive in about thirty seconds." Tim told her as he also spotted the vitura truck
A few seconds passed and they both saw the batplane (bvs version) fly in. In reaction to this all the gang members dispersed. Mia then shot a zipline arrow which they both used to zipline down. Tim lands and throws three batarangs at once, taking out three guys that tried to get on the vitura truck.
In reaction to this Mia whispered under her breathe "Cool." She then saw three guys who were about to shoot her. In reaction to this she shot three arrows at once, taking them all out. In reaction to this Tim whispered under his breathe "Cool." Followed by him turning around and knocking a guy out with his bo staff. Afterwards they both approached the truck and Tim opened a bag of vitura and smelled it he then coughed a bit and said "Yeah that's vitura, for sure"
Mia then activates her com and tells William "Leave an anonymous tip for the SCPD"
After that the batplane lands in front of them and they get on and fly off.
On the batplane
At first Mia was just admiring how advanced the batplane cockpit was until she heard William say through the coms "Hey I sent the tip so just come back as soon as you can." Mia then replied with "Yeah I'll tell Timmy." She then turned to her left since the cockpit seats were side by side and told Tim "We're in the clear. We just have to land." Tim answered with "Yeah sure" but instead of dropping in elevation he started to fly upwards. Mia smiled slightly and said "You really don't like taking orders from me." Time simply smiled and said "No I heard but, I wanna take the batplane for a joyride."
"Wait? Timmy Turner can have fun, impossible" Mia told him
"Well it's a lot easier when you're in such a safe city like Star city. Unlike Gotham which is essentially a hell hole. Plus this is only the forth time I've been able to fly the batplane" Tim answered
"What happened the first time? Did you crashed it or something?" Mia joked
"No, this plane basically flies itself. I do remember the first time I flew this thing. It was actually the first training session I ever failed." Tim told her as he pondered the memory
"What happened?" Mia asked with a bit of curiosity
"Batman gave me a simple task. Fly the batplane to a random place in Gotham. Then I would get off and the batplane wound autopilot home. All I had to do was make my way back to the batcave in under two hours" Tim explained
"So what you got lost or something?" Mia asked him
"No, I made it back with half an hour to spare but when I got back Batman told to get on batplane then he flew me to a random point in Gotham. When I got off he told me 'You did the correct thing but not the right thing'. Then it all clicked, as I made my way back home I helped as many people as I could. I came back six hours later. Batman was proud of me. He told me ' What's the point of saving yourself if you couldn't save other.' When I ignored the rules and focused on doing what's right is when I understood the point of the exercise." Tim explained with a bright smile on his face
"Well it's nice to know you're not completely soulless but we got city to get back too." Mia told him
"Right." Tim answered would by turning the plane around and heading back to Star city. "You know It's interesting that you operate out of Star city I mean there is probably more crime in Hawaii. You know if you don't count Jonathan" Tim commented
"Are you suggesting I become the Hawaiian arrow." Mia told him in joking manner
"Yeah totally, why not." Tim joked
Tim then landed the batplane on the top of a building and signaled to Mia to get out. Mia looked around and noticed they weren't anywhere near the arrow bunker so she told him "We're like eight blocks away from the arrow bunker. You know that right?" Tim then answered with " Well, the batplane landing on any building is pretty suspicious. So unless you want people to know where the arrow bunker is, I suggest you walk"
"Right." Mia replied as she got out. She then turned to him and asked "Are you coming back tomorrow or is this goodbye?"
"I'll be back. I just have to do some things at Gotham first." Tim reassured her followed by him taking off
The next day
It's early in the afternoon and Mia walked into the arrow bunker and she saw William working on the tachyonic arrows.
"Hey William, how are the arrows coming along ?" Mia asked as she walked up to him
William stopped working and directed his attention to Mia saying "Well it would be a lot easier if Tim knew how to make an instruction manuals." He then grabbed the instructions and pointed to certain area and asked "Do you think he wants this polarity to be positive or negative? Oh and over here is the circuit supposed to make or break. I'm seriously lost here" In reaction to this Mia just shrugged since she didn't know how to answer. Before William could say another word the elevator opened and Tim came out of it with a coffee on one hand and a bag on the other "Sorry I'm late but I thought I should get you both a gift" Tim stated
"Did Cosmo and Wanda help you out with that?" Mia told him teasingly
"Well if it makes you feel any batter I was gonna get you a pumpkin spice latte before William told me you like black coffee" Tim told in very serious way as he gave her the coffee. Mia then tasted the coffee and said "I would be mad by the fact that you just called me a basic white chick but this is really good. Where is it from?"
"It's from a coffee shop in Gotham it's called the dark knight." said Tim
"Batman has a coffee named after him!" said Mia surprised
"Don't act too surprised' Tim told her "Oh and William I saw you've been researching Red hood."
"Yeah. Do you know him?" William asked
"Yes in fact in this bag" Tim stated as he put the bag on the table "Has in it his favorite burger from Bat burger. It's a double cheese burger, hope you like it." Tim added
"Well while I eat that, how about you work on the tachyonic arrows" William told Tim
"Yeah no problem." Tim told him followed by him going to the work station to work on the arrows. After Tim finished the arrows he walked over to Mia. Who was doing the salmon ladder. She stopped and walked over to him and asked in a pretty harsh tone "Never seen someone do the salmon ladder?"
Tim was pretty unaffected by Mia's attitude so he just told her "Well the batcave doesn't have one so I've never done it but you seem to be pretty good at it."
"Well at least you can admit when someone is better than you at something." said Mia
"Please I'm the best at everything." Tim told her proudly
"Well I can name like three things you're not good at." Mia told him as she crossed her arms
"You barely know me, so try me." Tim told with a lot of confidence
"Well lets see, you probably suck at singing, dancing and most importantly of all you lack the ability show any human emotions." Mia told him
Tim kind of froze as he thought of a response but defaulted to "Point taken but I could still beat you at the salmon ladder."
"You will regret that Timmy." Mia told him followed by both of them standing face to face, both of them on one side of the salmon ladder. Mia then gave Tim the bar. Tim then said "If I win you stop calling me Timmy." Mia laughed a bit and told him "Your not gonna win so deal." Tim was about to jump but he was interrupted by William saying "Sorry to ruin the moment but Jonathan is at his lab."
"Alright. We're going but don't say what I think you're gonna say." said Tim as he directed his attention to Mia
Mia then smiled and said "Suit up Timmy"
Tim rolled his eyes and asked "Why can't you call me Tim?"
"I don't know. I think saying Timmy is more fun than saying Tim" Mia stated as she left
At the lab
Mia and Tim approached the lab from where they did last time but they noticed there was a door in the way. Mia instinctively puts William on the coms and asked "Can you hack the door open?" with Tim adding "Better yet can you gives us the layout of the lab."
William responded with "Well you have the main room and next to it the control room. By the way this door is the only way out."
Tim started thinking ahead like always and said "Get ready to close the door as soon as we get in."
"Copy that." William replied followed by the door opening. They both walk in and the door closes behind them. Suddenly Jonathan sped out of the control room and said "Well I wasn't expecting any visitors today."
Mia then screamed at him "We know about the rods from god Jonathan!" followed by her drawing her bow back
Jonathan simple smiled and said "Great because today I'm going to launch it. So can you both move out of the way? I kind of need to run to the launch site" Mia was done with Jonathan's games so she just launched every tachyonic arrow she had. Jonathan dodged all the arrows at super speed and said "You missed."
Mia then walked up to him and punched in the face and said "Good thing I didn't to land my hits" Jonathan then regained his balance as Mia told him "Let's face it you're nothing without your speed" she then threw another punch, which Jonathan caught followed by him telling her "But I still know how to fight." When they started fighting it was clear Mia was out classed, Tim was analyzing Jonathan fighting style which he instantly recognized it. In recognizing it he was really worried for Mia's well being so he pushed her out of the way and broke Jonathan's left wrist. In reaction to this Jonathan flung Tim away. Tim ended up in the control room with the door to the main room closing on him.
Mia got back up but before you could hit Jonathan. He hit a button that launched a wave of energy that knocked both of them down. Mia got up again only to have Jonathan start beating her up at super speed. While this was happening Tim realized that the button Jonathan hit launched an emp so he located the back up generator switch and flicked it.
When the lights came on Jonathan was furious so grab Mia and lifted her high with his right arm. He then faced Tim and told him "Turn the generators off!"
Tim at first was unaffected by the fact that Jonathan was holding a nearly unconscious Mia who's face was covered in blood. All Tim wanted was answers so he asked "Why?"
Jonathan replied with "In case this earth had any speedsters I made it so speedsters can't phase through the walls of this place. The only way for me to leave this place is for you to open the main door."
Tim stares Jonathan down and asked him "Why would I do that?"
Jonathan replied with "Because the life of Green arrow, hangs in the balance of your decision" Tim was pretty unaffected by Jonathan's statement until a barely conscious Mia tells him "Don't do it Tim. Just find William and tell him I love him." Tim was conflicted at first but he made his decision and said in a pretty soulless manner "You tell him yourself." followed by him turning off the generators but the minute he heard Jonathan leave the lab he turned them back on. He opened the door to the main room and checked Mia's pulse followed by picking her up and heading to the arrow bunker.
At the Arrow bunker
William has been trying to get the coms back online. He stopped working as he heard the elevator door open. He turned around and saw Tim holding an unconscious Mia.
"She's not dead right?" William asked with worry. Tim placed Mia on a table and said "No she's just unconscious. Just give her a blood bag." after this he sat down and started to work on tracking Jonathan down.
"Ok but what happened?" William asked
"Well I think Jonathan was trained by someone very similar to Batman. I mean he had the same unpredictable fighting style. He also activated an emp and it all went down hill from there." Tim explained. As William connected the blood bag he realized Tim was a little too focused on the computer to he told him "Hey I can run a search algorithm so just take a break."
Tim ignored William's comment he just said "This earth, what does that mean?"
William just put all the pieces together and said "No wonder I couldn't find anything about Jonathan. He from another earth."
"Like multiverses theory?" Tim asked. William simply replied with "Yeah."
Tim kept working on the computer. He then located the Manus Dei facility and told William as he was leaving "I'm ending this now!"
"You're great and all Tim, but you can't beat Jonathan alone." William told him. As the elevator doors were closing Tim told him "I won't be alone."
Outside the Manus Dei facility
Tim just arrived at the facility. He waited around a bit until he saw two bikes heading his way. The bikes stopped in front of him and two figures came up to him.
"Why the field trip Timbo?" Red hood (Jason Todd)asked
"Timbo?" Tim asked since he was really annoyed by the nickname
"What don't like it? I have others." Red hood told him
"Cool it Jay." said Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) as she directed her attention to him. Then she asked Tim "What the situation?"
"Well this guy named Jonathan. He's a speedster who's about to launch a weaponized satellite into space. Where is Nightwing?" Tim stated
"He decided to stay in Gotham." Batgirl told him
"Well family reunion aside. I'll see you both inside." said Red hood as he jumped the fence and entered the facility with Tim and Barbara following.
The entire facility was pretty big and empty so Tim and Jason went one direction and Barbara went another direction.
with Jason and Tim
As Jason and Tim were clearing the room Jason asked "You seem grumpier than usual, are you ok?"
"I've been called Timmy all day by the Green arrow. What do you think?"
"The Green arrow calls you Timmy. I like her already" Jason told him
"She's exactly who you think she is." Tim told him
"The Green arrow is Mia Queen?" Jason asked
"Yep" Tim answered
"Well now the Green arrow is less hot." Jason told him. Tim smirked at Jason's comment this was followed by them entering a room that overlooked a silo with the satellite in inside. As they looked at the satellite, Barbara entered the room.
"Why does this feel like a trap?" Jason asked as the doors closed and Jonathan entered the room at super speed and said "That's because it is. Although to be honest I was only expect the Red Robin. I guess you knew you can't do this alone."
"I can do this alone. My friends are just the ace in the hole" Tim told him followed by throwing a black ball at Jonathan. He caught it, the ball then emitted a smoke like gas which had in it the tachyonic nanites which Jonathan breathed in.
"Say bye to your speed!" Tim told him followed by repeating pummeling Jonathan. Tim had the upper had until Jonathan caught one of his punches followed by punching Tim back with the last of his speed. Batgirl then intervened and started fighting Jonathan. She quickly realized Jonathan was highly trained so she threw a batarang which Jonathan caught and threw back at her. Batgirl dodged the batarang but at the expense of getting hit by one Jonathan's kicks. Red hood just took out one of his pistols and said "Ok how about we take this outside. I mean there is a door right here."
"I was trained by a guy named Owl man so I prepare for every instance. You see that door is actually pair to the power grid, if you touch it you're gonna get electrocuted." Jonathan told him
"What if I break the window?" Red hood asked as he tried to poke holes into Jonathan's contingency plan
"The window is actually connected to motion sensors to will activate a detonator that will blow this whole room down but still launch the satellite." Jonathan explained
Red hood was pretty tired of Jonathan saying 'is actually' so he point his gun at him and said "and this desert eagle is actually a desert eagle." followed by shooting Jonathan in the chest. Jonathan started gasping for air as he fell down.
"What the hell Red hood!" Batgirl screamed at him since she was planning to bring Jonathan in. After saying this Tim and her walked up to Jason
"Well it's not like the punches were working!" Jason fired back. While they kept arguing Jonathan pulled out a remote that had two buttons. He hit the first one which made a beeping noise that made everyone face Jonathan only to have Jonathan hit the second button which electrocuted him to death. Tim grabbed the remote and inspected it.
"You know if he asked I would've shot him again." Jason commented
Barbara then took the remote from Tim's hand and inspected it "If you want I can run some tests on it. You know, to find out what it did."
Tim felt pretty defeated so he grabbed to remote and said "I know a guy who can do the same. You two can go home."
"What about the satellite?" Jason asked
"Report it the authorities." Tim told him as he left
At the arrow bunker
As Tim got off the elevator he went straight to William, not even acknowledging the fact the Mia was there.
"What happened with Jonathan?" William asked
"He killed himself." Tim replied plainly. William replied "Well that's a little dark."
Tim then gave him the remote and said "Batgirl deactivated the secondary button so no one can accidently electrify themselves to death but we still don't know what the first button did."
"I'll work on finding it out" William assured him. Tim nodded and started leaving only to have Mia cut him off "Your just leaving like that? I mean we haven't even done the salmon ladder competition." she told him
Tim pulled out a phone and gave it to Mia "It's a burner phone so don't bother back tracing it but if you ever need my help just call me" Tim told her followed by him leaving. Mia then looked at the phone for a bit followed by pocketing it and walking over to William.
"Any idea what it did?" Mia asked
"I have no worldly idea." said William
At Jonathan's lab
The dark lab is lit up by a breach that suddenly appeared. Out of the breach a red robotic figure walked out. It then said in a robotic voice "Protocol Red Omega initiated."
