AUTHOR'S POV -
"I will play tomorrow." MSD said after having dinner.
Everyone had dinner in MSD's room itself to make sure that he does not move and he eats properly, Sourav kept telling him to finish everything in his plate and whenever his plate was close to getting empty, Virat would add something on to his plate.
"Ro stop, you are not eating more." Virat said ignoring MSD and went to add another roti in MSD's plate which he had already kept aside.
"You are giving the roti to bhai who has finished eating and you wont let me eat peacefully." Rohit said, snatching the roti from Virat.
"You realize that everyone had dinner and you are the only one still hogging." Virat said.
"You realize that stress makes me hungry and how hungry we were in the past two hours, I mean how stressed we were in the past two hours." Rohit said.
"Then what you will eat how much ever you want? You want to become a football or what?" Virat asked.
"See Yuvi bhai is also eating." Rohit said pointing at Yuvi who was hogging.
"I am retired, come on." Yuvi said and continued eating.
"But still Yuvi paaji." Virat said.
"Bas kar yaar, I can eat whatever and how much ever I what, I am retired." Yuvi said.
"Let him eat na, logo ka jeena haram karne mein tula hain" Rohit said.
"Ya? then you also retire, go." Virat said.
"Good idea, then I can play with Mahi bhai, not listen to your blabbering, eat whatever I want, sleep whenever I want." Rohit said.
"Sapne dekhna band kar, I will reject the letter at one go." Virat said.
"Aap BCCI president kab bangaye?" Rohit asked.
"I will shred the letter, before it reached him, or I will make him shred it or something." Virat said and the present team was used to this drama which was totally senseless and the senior team found the fight senseless but even MSD and Yuvi used to have such banters so they could bear it to some extent.
"Stop, Ro, Cheeku." MSD said.
"He." ROHIRAT said together pointing at each other.
"Quiet, this is how you behave in front of your seniors?" Sourav asked, faking anger.
"Sorry sir." ROHIRAT said together.
"Yeh itna darte kyun hain mujhse?" Sourav asked the next minute, laughing and ROHIRAT sighed.
"Cause you can kick us out." Shikhar murmured.
"What? Why would I do that?" Sourav asked.
"You are the boss and thats what bosses do." Jaddu said, giving the silliest reason of all times.
"Rubbish, I was a player just like you, do I ever act like a boss no right? And call me only Dada not sir." Sourav said.
"Yeh bonding session ho gaya ho toh can I speak?" MSD asked.
"Who stopped you from speaking?" Bhajji asked and MSD gave him a 'can you see what is happening around' look.
"I will play tomorrow." MSD said.
"You are injured, I dont allow you to play." Rahul Dravid said.
"Dadi is the captain." Sachin said.
"You are on our side." Rahul Dravid reminded him and Sachin went like, "I was just stating the fact."
"You are not playing." Sourav and Virat said together.
"In any of the teams." the said again and then Sourav signalled him that I will speak.
"And none of us our playing without you, and you need rest now." Sourav said.
"There is not physical injury dada, its only fatigue and I will rest today night. Then I can play." MSD said.
"And I can move my limbs and walk perfectly." MSD said, standing up and then walking around the room.
"Dont be stubborn bhai.' hardik said and MSD glared at him.
A lot of convincing MSD to rest for a few days and that they will play this match later but MSD just didnt bother to listen and in the end they all had to agree to let him play.
"What do youwant now Mahiya?" Sourav sighed after MSD said that one more thing.
"New squads." MSD said.
"What do you mean by new squads?" Rohit asked.
"Now you dont know the meaning of squad also or what?" Virat asked.
"Let him speak atleast." Raina said, knowing that since MSD is giving this idea, it will be good.
"The idea was given by Yuvi." MSD continued and Yuvi's eyes popped up.
"When did I give an idea? Like ha since I gave the idea it will be good but you need to tell me the idea once." Yuvi said or rather stammered.
"If it is some bad idea na, teri watt main lagaoga." Bhajji warned Yuvi.
"We will make two teams." MSD said.
"We have made two teams." Sachin reminded him, showing the two parts of the room, one in which the present team was and the other in which the old team was standing.
"Not like this, we will form a completely new team, and since Yuvi gave me that idea, so he will be the owner of one team and I will be the owner of the other team." MSD said.
"Yeh IPL walo ka dhandha band karna hain kya?" Sehwag asked.
"And we will choose the team members, it could be from the new or old team." MSD continued.
"I wont buy the players, tum logo ki price hi kuch crores se start hogi. I am not wasting my money on you people." Yuvi said putting his hands up in the air.
"I said choose not buy." MSD said clearly.
"Yuvi stand there, and I will stand here, all of you near the door" MSD said and he went to one corner of the room and Yuvi went to another corner, while the rest went towards the door.
"Now we toss and who ever wins starts choosing first." MSD explained.
"Pehle yeh bata when did I give you this idea?" Yuvi asked.
"Before dinner, hum humara team banate hain." MSD reminded, and Yuvi remembered that he had simply said it.
"Yes yes, such amazing ideas can be only mine." Yuvi said, realizing that everyone was confused but were not obstructing the process.
"Heads or tails?" KL, who was called to do the toss only because he happened to have a coin asked Yuvi.
"Heads, cause I am the head of the team." Yuvi said and all rolled their eyes. KL tossed the coin and it was tails.
"Mahi bhai wins, he starts." KL said and went back as Yuvi whined wanting another toss.
"Dada" MSD said first and Sourav went behing MSD.
"Rahul bhai." Yuvi said and Rahul Dravid went behind Yuvi.
"Cheeku." MSD said and Virat jumped over Mahi bhai saying how he knew that MSD would take him in the team before Rohit.
"Sachin paaji" Yuvi said immediately and Sachin went and MSD frowned, he wanted to have Sachin and Rahul Dravid as well.
"Sonu." MSD said and Raina smiled and went behind him.
Yuvi then used his really fast brain to realize that he could mix and match the teams and that was exactly how MSD had made his team.
"So my team members are, Dada, Cheeku, Ro, Sonu, Zak, Harry, Jassi, Kuli, Jaddu, Jinks, Rishabh, me"
"And mine are Sachin Paaji, Rahul bhai, Kaif, Bhajji, Viru bhai, Shikh, KL, Bhuvi, Yuzi, Anil bhai, Shreyas, me" (I HAVE KEPT A 12TH MAN AS WELL AND I MIGHT HAVE MISSED A PLAYER, DO LET ME KNOW, CAUSE I WAS IN HURRY SO PAKKA I MISSED SOMEONE IMPORTANT)
"My captain is Dada." MSD said and made him stand in front.
"And mine is Rahul bhai." Yuvi said and he made him stand in front.
"So this is the new idea?" Sourav asked.
"I didnt like it, mujhe mere bhai se alag kar diya." Yuzi whined about not being with Kuldeep.
"IPL mein aise kehte ho? Nahi na? Toh betho." Yuvi ordered.
"So these are the new squads for tomorrow's match, done." MSD said, though he wanted more seniors in his team than he got but Yuvi had snatched them all, but he atleast got his Dada and Cheeku in one team.
"Get ready for tomorrow's match, I have legends." Yuvi bragged.
