Lakay stepped out of the car and instead of me picking her up I grabbed her hand and I couldn't risk letting her get away from me again. She held her head down as we walked towards my bike,
"Grizzly is over there next to my bike, try not to look scared." Her body visibly tensed when she looked up and I understand why, Grizzly is what most people think to be the stereotypical biker. He's huge, arms and legs the size of tree trunks, buzz cut.
"Is this the wee girl who took my truck?"
Before I could speak Lakay spoke,
"Yes, it was me sir, sorry," she sounded like she was on the verge of crying.
Kenton lied Grizzly does not look like a big baby, he looks the complete opposite! He's huge, I look up to get a better look, and he has to be at least 6'4 weighing in at 280 pounds because baby he's a beast.
"Is this the wee girl who took my truck?" His voice is so deep it sounded like he growled
"Yes, it was me sir, sorry," I whispered. I'm already in deep trouble with Kenton and I don't want to be in more with Grizzly because that would not be fun. At all.
"This one yers Ginger?"
"Yeah she's mine," Kenton said
"No, I'm not." If looks could kill then I'd be dead, I don't know why he keeps claiming me I barely know him. I guess he's not used to being rejected,
"Well which one is it Ginger, is she yers or not?" grizzly asked, amused.
"She is," he said
"I'm not," I said quickly and started walking off towards his bike.
"Lakay come back here," I heard Grizzly start laughing.
"She's tiny Ginger, and she talks back, I like her," Grizzly said, still laughing.
I look back to see Kenton walking towards me, uh oh I take off running because I know what's about to happen. Instead of running the other way I ran towards Grizzly because why not?
I climbed onto Grizzly and held on for dear life,
"Ginger don't you dare touch her,"
Kenton looked surprised that he was taking up for me, not as surprised as me though because why was he taking up for me?
"Feck Grizzly just hand her here,"
"Not until you calm down."
He's fuming and honestly, it's funny so to add more fuel to his fire I stuck my tongue out.
"Nanny nanny boo boo,"
(it was at that moment where I knew I fucked up.)
As soon as I said that Kenton's eyes turned darker than his usual ocean blue all I could say was "uh oh,"
Next thing you know I was snatched from Grizzly and thrown over his shoulder.
"Ye keep playing with me, you wee little girl,"
"you're only a year older than me you moron," I said while rolling my eyes.
"Watch who yer calling a moron I'm far from it," Kenton said
"yeah okay you're just like the other boys at Lee,"
"You don't know me." He hissed
I tense up and he softens his voice and says, "I'm not like those guys."
