Arnav made Anjali sit on the couch. Akash and NK also took seats before her.
"Di, I'm sorry" Arnav wiped her tears.
"We are also sorry Di," Akash said.
"Why didn't you tell me directly?" Arnav questioned Akash.
"I know you Bhai. You will completely lose your temper if we would have told you the truth right away. I thought to give you time to compose yourself. So, you will make yourself up and will think about the seriousness of the issue deeply"
"Akash is right Chotte. You might have killed Shyam if you had got certainty" Anjali said with tears.
Arnav nodded yes.
"Where are Khushiji and Payalji?" Anjali asked looking here and there.
"I think they left," Akash said disappointedly.
"How could they leave without bidding bye to us?" NK questioned.
"Because they are distraught. They are unable to face us. That's why they left" Anjali said wiping her tears.
Arnav dialled the GH number from the landline and Buaji attended it.
"Buaji, have Khushi and Payal reached GH?"
"Not yet, Babua....wait... someone is knocking on the door. Let me check"
"Ok..." Arnav waited.
Keeping the receiver on the table, Buaji went to check who is at the doorstep. That was indeed Khushi and Payal. Without noticing their expression, Buaji again rushed to the phone and answered.
"Haan, Babuwa, they reached."
"Ok Buaji, I will talk to you later"
Arnav disconnected the call, giving them space. Khushi and Payal will tell Buaji about Shyam for sure.
"They reached GH safely," Arnav said.
Akash nodded ok in relief.
"I will be back. Be with Di" Arnav said looking at Akash.
He again nodded yes.
Arnav went to his room. He removed his mobile from the closet. He kept it there when he dropped Khushi and Payal in his room. He recorded their conversation to know the real issue. So that he could make Anjali believe but as he didn't expect, Anjali herself heard their talks.
He stopped the RECORDING and played the audio. He heard the full conversation of Khushi and Payal, sitting on the bed, joining his fingers, silently. After finished hearing their conversation, he came out, putting the mobile in his pocket.
In the meanwhile
Manorama entered RM with Nani. They were just coming from the Temple. They got panicked, seeing Anjali crying.
"What happened Anjali bitiya?" Nani asked worriedly.
Anjali cried, hugging her.
"Anjali bitiya, tell me what the matter is."
"He cheated on me, Nani... he is not a moral man like what he showed to us"
"About whom you are talking?"
"Shyam"
"Whaaat! Dhamadji?"
"He had been playing a double game with me and Khushiji"
"Khushi?"
"He was trying to marry her"
"Marry her?" Nani was shocked.
"He stayed in GH as paying guest, it seems. That's why he hadn't seen in RM"
Nani looked at her unbelievably.
"I think you would have misunderstood...."
"Me? Seriously Nani? Do you think I would misunderstand him?"
Nani looked at her painfully.
"He spoilt my life Nani" She cried.
"I know about them. That's why I didn't want Gupta sister to become our Bahus. They would do anything for money...such cheap creatures they are... They should have trapped our Damadji. They are home wreckers." Manorama shouted, blaming Gupta sisters as usual.
They heard a clear cut "NOOOOOO" from Arnav.
They saw him getting down from the stairs. He removed his phone and let them hear the conversation which he recorded. Everyone felt sad for Gupta girls...even Manorama.
"They were also unaware of Shyam's filthy side. They are ready to break their marriages, Mami" Arnav defended them.
"Haan Manorama, they think about Anjali bitiya's happiness. They are not what you think Manorama" Nani uttered.
"We could never get such good bahus than Gupta sisters, Mami. It's him... who is wrong. What their mistake in that. They also believed him as we did. Even we couldn't suspect him. His acting was so natural, Mami. Then how could they suspect him?"
"Their father suspected him, Di" Arnav said calmly.
"What do you mean, Chotte?"
"He had seen him with you somewhere. Do you remember him reacting wired when he saw you"
Anjali nodded yes.
"I just wanted to confirm it. So, I dropped the pic of yours and Shyam in front of him. He reacted to it the same, seeing the pic. I asked him about Shyam and he said YES. I feel sad for Mr Gupta. How does it feel, when he could do nothing about Shyam even after knowing the truth..."
Anjali cried closing her face by her palms.
"You are right Chotte... it would have been hell for him" Nani felt bad for Shashi.
"Then why didn't he tell them the truth?" Akash questioned.
"Don't know what happen to him after he saw Shyam with Di. I and Khushi were on the way to Nainital that day. Khushi called him and spoke to him cheerfully. I don't think he knew about Shyam that day. The very next day he got heart attack"
"But...how do you know about Shyam, Chotte? Did you back check him?" Nani asked with confusion.
"We saw him talking to Buaji about us," Akash said.
"About us?"
"Yes, he was manipulating Buaji, saying that, we are heartless. Payalji will suffer with (pointing at Manorama) YOU and Khushiji will suffer from Bhai" Akash said.
Arnav gritted his teeth.
"Yes, Di. He said we will even kill Gupta sisters for our benefits as we are cunning"
Everyone became shocked, hearing that.
"Don't know what they feel now," Akash said sadly.
"We have to go to GH Nani. Or else they may misunderstand us"
"Yes, we have to"
At the same time in GH...
Buaji was crying, hitting on her forehead. Garima and Payal were also in tears whereas Khushi was worrying about Anjali.
"I never imagined that he could be so filthy. What will Raizadas think of us? Being a married man, how easily he fooled us... How would I be so brainless... how I missed noticing his dramas?" She blabbered.
"Thank God, Khushi didn't agree to marry him. OR else Raizadas would have burnt us alive" Garima said fearfully.
"How brilliantly he managed all the sides without getting suspected," Buaji said gritting his teeth.
"What will happen next, Jeeji?" Garima asked worriedly.
"I don't know Garima. How could we face Raizadas? That snake spoiled our bitiyas' life. They won't believe us anymore..." Buaji said disappointedly.
That's when they heard,
"We believe you," Anjali said.
Gupta ladies were stunned, seeing the Raizada clan. Gupta ladies huffed in relief but... Khushi sensed Arnav's HOT glare on her.
