I like the cast that the TV show came up with, so I'm not actually going to make my own, I'm just listing it here because my Shadowhunter segment of this fancasting book would be sort of incomplete without the series that started it all.
Clary Fray played by Katherine McNamara
TV show Clary. I'm currently rereading TMI, and this is who I imagine as Clary. She's a bit tall, (5'5) but it's okay, because she's a good Clary.
Jace Herondale played by Jamie Campbell Bower
Movie Jace. This is who I imagine as Jace when I read.
Alec Lightwood played by Matthew Daddario
TV show Alec. Perfection.
Isabelle Lightwood played by Emeraude Toubia
TV show Izzy. She's perfect.
Simon Lewis played by Alberto Rosende
TV show Simon.
Magnus Bane played by Harry Shum Jr.
No one else will ever be Magnus for me. His face screams Magnus Bane.
Valentine Morgenstern played by Alan van Sprang

I have to say, the TV show did a really good job casting.
