Peridot P.O.V.
Every day the hate I feel for Lapis intensifies. The flame of my love for her has been extinguished, and replaced with white hot rage. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees what I've become. Maybe sheer horror, or anger, or even sadness. I want to see her upset. She deserves it. I'll put her through as much pain as I went through. Maybe even more..
"Peridot!" Jasper shouted as she entered the lab
"What is it?" I hissed
"All of the gems you've incubated are ready and are fully trained for battle." She reported as she saluted
"Good. Have the Bismuth's finished with the upgraded weapons?" I questioned, showing my sadistic grin
"They need about a week longer." She said backing away slightly
"A WEEK!" I yelled as I slammed my tentacles on the table, smashing it to bits and sending chemicals flying
"We don't have enough bismuths to make the process faster.."
"Then incubate another!"
"Yes ma'am."
She left the room and I sighed, realizing the mess I had just made.
"You could make some warriors make their weapons." Yami whispered as she appeared by my side
"But then they'll have to be taught how to do it. That takes up more time, besides our warriors have short fuses. They'd probably accidentally destroy all the new weapons."I responded as I teleported the acid and other chemical to the trash can
"That's true." She hissed as she poked me
I instinctively jumped back and summoned my wrench.
"SON OF A BITCH!" I angrily yelled as I tried to smack her with my wrench
"Aw does someone have haphephobia~?" She cooed as she dodged
"I freaking hate you."
"Aw you know you love me!"
"No I wish you stayed shattered, you're the worst."
"Why do you hate me so much Peri?"
"First, don't call me that. Second, you think it's funny to trigger my phobia. And third, I hate everyone."
"Aw man."
"Stop pouting, you're my assistant, not a child."
