"Papa!" A cheerful little dark-haired girl ran to man, hugging his knees.
The man chuckled and ruffled his daughter's hair. "You ready to go, Andra?"
The dark-haired girl shook her head. "I forgot my bag, Papa. I'll be back." The little girl ran back to the cottage.
"I'll wait for you, sweetie."
Cassandra's eyes snapped open and she sat up, her eyes widening and cold sweat dripping down her forehead.
Is that man her father?!
