I can't even tell what I feel or what I am thinking because literally it's all blank in my head
"Uhh.." that all what came out of my mouth
Why did she want to hug me?
As if she heard my inner question she said
And I hoped she didn't
"A hug release oxytocin in the body and that hormone could help me now because I have an increase in Cortisol hormone" she said like she was explaining the weather or how to calculate 1+1
But all I could think is
"I don't understand"
She completely ignored my confusion and circled her arms around my torso while putting her head on my chest
My heart stoped
And my breath hitched
And I completely froze from the feeling that radiated through me like a million shock went through me, as cliche as it sounds it's true
"You should hug me back so it can work" she broke me out of my trance and I quickly put my hand on her waist
Thinking to myself that it was just for oxy- something like that
And I would take advantage of her proximity as much as I can
Hoping that like she would forget all about it once she get what she wants
I would also forget that feeling that is creeping to a dangerous and of limit zone
So I hugged her impossibly closer to me

That maybe just maybe she is feeling what I am
But when did my wishes ever became real?
"Thank you" she said and drew back and just when our eyes locked and I was searching for something

That mirrored my expression
But none
Just the her beautiful blank face greeted me
Her name was called to come to the stage
She looked into my eyes one last time and completely left
Leaving me gazing at her retreating figure feeling a heavy weight on my chest
When she stood on the stage she looked at me and I drew a smile that I had in my life mastered to hide my pain and tiredness from my family and know I was glad I did it because even the genius Ice princess didn't notice my pain
And she looked away and began her presentation
She held herself with so much elegance and confidence that captured all the crowd attention
They were all in awe at my princess

I heard suddenly a click than a white flash but when I looked around I didn't find anyone and when I was about to go inspect further the crowd began clapping their hands while standing
Even the judges from before.
Cataleya nodded at all of them as a thank you and when the crowed sat down the man judge spoke
"Well Ms. Romano I am so proud your experiments were great and 2/3 are positive that gives us all hope that our worst fear the cancer will be just like a flu I am really impressed and to say a girl your age and alone did all this! well you are really a genius we will give you this time 1 month and a half to find a cancer patient that is willing to test your medicine and we will go with there but this time you have us also to help

And with that another round of clapping began and people scattered every where with just a respectful nod towards Cataleya

I couldn't because I was really happy for her and the moment she was in front of me
As much as I wanted to drew her in a hug I didn't because I am not stupid
I just kept my smile and said to her "Congratulations!!"
"Thank you" she said and then we heard another click and a flash but this time I saw a back of a boy with a camera in his hand and then I remembered the photos from before
And I begin to run toward him but I think he heard because he begin to sprint
We continue to run after him when he walked out of the door I was beginning to get worried but to my luck he went straight into an alley who have a wall that blocked his way
And I smirked because I got him
But when he turned to me my jaw dropped to the floor "Damien? What are you doing here?"
He was a 18 years boy from my neighbourhood who his parents are both in prison and he was a lost boy just like everyone there
But as much as he did shady things he would Never threat a person and make his life in danger so I know he isn't the one
But the other won't and I can't put my job on risk and say that I didn't catch him
I sigh when he smiled chipichly at me "a journal promised to give me money if I sneaked in and got photos at what is happening inside"
I groaned and walked to him and held his ears" how much time do I have to tell you if you need more money and your salary as a waiter isn't enough tell me I would help"
"Ouch!!ouch!! I just know that you have a family to take care of and you don't have to worry about me also no one does " he mumbled the last part
And I sigh leaving his ear "you are so stupid you fell into big trouble who will believe you now"
"I do" Cataleya's voice bummed into the alley
"Cataleya.." I begin but she shook his head
"I heard everything and from his body language I know that he isn't lying, but I want those photos and for you to come with Noah to my house the day after tomorrow I think I have a job for you" she said
"Cataleya it's not necessary" I said slightly annoyed because we don't need pity
"Noah" just that and I knew she won't change her mind
"Thank you" Damien shrieked out with a big smile "I will leave now" he said and was about to leave
"Damien" I said and extended my hand while pointing at the camera he smiled slightly and put it in my hand while mumbeling 'I tried'
While I was walking with cataleya towards the car I said to her "you didn't have to give a pity job"
She looked at me "pity?"
She then drew her usual notebook and flipped some pages
While I was getting angry that she didn't reply to me she then closed the notebook and looked at me
"I didn't give him a pity job I just heard that my father needs a secretary who is fast because he have one that barely could do all the work he ask and I saw the way the boy ran and he wasn't even panting when you stopped him so it's a perfect match he would bring all my father asks in a blink"
"Oh" that was all I said because I was more shocked that she noticed all the details
"CATALEYA!!"
