THE VIRUS
}(Y/n)'s POV{
We're on our way to Dryl because we want Entrapta to join the Rebellion and I was so excited I may have run all the way there but I stopped so the others could catch up.
"Seriously... (Y/n)...what...has gotten...into...you?" Bow asks between breaths
"what do you mean? I just wanna see Entrapta." I smile my most innocent smile at them.
"Ugh, whatever." Glimmer says walking past me when the other two finally catch their breath and we continue walking.
"Princess Entrapta will be a total catch for the Rebellion. My mom's gonna be so impressed!" Glimmer giggles
"Uh, I'm all for impressing Angella, but why is Entrapta so important?" Adora asks
"Well she's only the best technician there is!" I answer but the look at Bow
"Except for you of course Bow!" I panic
"Nah, it's alright, I know she's much better than me" he answers smiling.
"Entrapta's a pretty big deal in the Etherian makers community." Bow explains. Adora and Glimmer look at each other then back at me and Bow
"Which I am a part of, because I dabble in gadgetry myself." Bow brags shooting a tiny arrow on a tiny bow and doing jazz hands.
"Awe, that's adorable! you're great at making these Bow." I complement him
"Thanks (Y/n), I worked hard on these." Bow answers
"What does any of that mean?" Adora asks Glimmer
"it means if we convince Entrapta to join the Rebellion, she'll invent all sorts of cool junk for us, and then we'll finally have weapons that can stand up to the Horde's." Glimmer explains.
"Like my trick arrows! I'm running low, so I built new ones."
"Really? let me see!" I jump up and down in excitement
"This one is a stun arrow, this one is an emergency flare, and this one? this one's just pointy." Bow says while I examine them.
"And here's my newest one." I look up at Bow when he throws it into the air and catches it with one hand
"Sonic arrow!" Bow yells dramatically, and Glimmer laughs
"When will we ever need a sonic arrow? if we have to wake up really early?" making Adora laugh to joining in.
"Or in we get separated in a crowd?" they both laugh
"Wow, what kind and supportive friends you two are." I say sarcastically and sigh
"Come on Bow, let's go. I wanna talk to Entrapta" and we both walk off
"Hey, (Y/n) wait- we didn't mean-" Adora tries to explain
"Whatever!" I say.
We get to a where I assume a rockslide happened "Must've been a rockslide. Any loud sound could cause another slide. We need to be as quiet as-" Bow gets cut off by Adora turning into She-Ra.
She-Ra slices the rocks out of the way "Ha! I'm getting the hang of this." She-Ra says, I go over to her and slap the back of her head
"Ow! what was that for?" She-Ra asks
"Are you deaf? did you not hear Bow say to not cause so much noise? you can't just go around being so reckless! less muscle, more brain! ugh, princesses." I scold Adora quietly
"But I got the job done, didn't I?" She-Ra asks
"Yes, but in a very reckless manner. Just be more careful next time." I say walking up to the gate and I hear Adora groan in annoyance.
"Whoa. She's got lightning!" Bow says happily, Glimmer teleports higher up
"Something's wrong. The castle's destress beacon is lit."
"Oh really? I hadn't noticed." I roll my eyes. Glimmer ignores me
"They must be under attack." Glimmer teleports away.
"There's been no report of the Horde in this area." She-Ra runs to the castle
"Wait! Adora, what did I say about being-" I can't finish my sentence because a trap is activated, making Bow gasp we go around it and catch up to Adora and Glimmer.
We make it to them "Okay, we need to be careful. Entrapta has traps set up all over the castle, they're supposed to be really cool" Bow says with stars in his eyes suddenly there is an explosion
"Shit!" I panic
"(Y/n)!" Bow scolds
"What?!" I reply
"They're coming. Get out of the square" a creature says from the gutter.
I run up to them to ask who was coming but they're already gone "Should I be worried?" I ask no one in particular. The ground shakes again with a loud roar and I instinctively wrap my arms around Adora.
"I think we should probably move away from whatever is making that sound." Glimmer says
"Really? and here I thought we were gonna have a nice little picnic with them!" I say sarcastically.
"Now's not the time to be sarcastic (Y/n)" Bow says
"I'm sorry, okay? I throw attitude when I panic!" I say still holding onto Adora
"This way." She-Ra points, she grabs my hand and we all start to run, but we are stopped by an infected robot
"Well, you were right about the danger Glim'" I step back a bit.
The robot starts to charge at us and She-Ra let's go of my hand and kicks the robot in the face, knocking it down but it still tries to get to us.
Bow shoots an arrow at it's head breaking it. We hear another machine somewhere and we hurry "all right, stand back." She-Ra gets ready to slash a door down
"Adora wait! maybe you shouldn't do that!" I warn but she's already done and both her and Glimmer fall down the trap and I try to keep my balance but I fall in too.
We all land in a cage "Oof! god dammit Adora!" I yell
"I'm sorry okay?" She-Ra says helping me up
"Bow. He's all alone with those things. He needs us." Glimmer says with worry
"What? He's not bloody useless, he'll be fine." I say
"We have to get out first." She-Ra says
"Come on. I'll teleport us out." Glimmer says
"Nah, I'm good, I'll just stay here." I sit down but Adora lifts me back up.
Glimmer teleports us to many uncomfortable places then we finally end up in a hall way we can stand up in. I get out of She-Ra's arms and Glimmer gets off her back.
"Okay, no more teleporting from now on." She-Ra says
"Sounds like a good idea." Glimmer replies, a thud is heard behind us and we all turn around
"Oh, of course" I mutter, something crawls out from a vent with glowing red eyes and...hair with a mind of it's own? wait... I gasp
"Entrapta!" I greet
"Princesses. I'm saved." Entrapta says lifting up her mask "and (Y/n)! so good to see you." Entrapta says hugging me
"Is there a princess you haven't met?" She-Ra asks
"I've never met Princess Frosta." I reply.
"Princess Entrapta? I mean, so good to see you. I hope you don't mind, but we sort of let ourselves in." Glimmer says
"And then we let ourselves out of your cage trap thing" She-Ra coughs and I face palm.
"Welcome to Dryl. Things are usually really fun around here, but right now it's all gone a teensy bit deadly" Entrapta says playing with Glimmers hair a bit.
"You're lucky I found you. I designed the castle as a labyrinth. I'm the only one who can navigate it. Oh!" Entrapta bumps into a corner,
"which means you can help us find our friend?" Glimmer asks with a smile.
"absolutely" Entrapta and I jump down and the others follow
"Hi, um, I think we passed this picture already." Glimmer says nervously
"Oh, isn't it cute?" Entrapta puts a finger in the air and looks around.
"You might be right, I usually have my electronic map to get around, but well, like my bots, it's sort of evil right now." Entrapta looks at her map
"Uh, yeah, about that-" Glimner starts but Adora cuts her off
"Why did you invent killer robots?"
"You're abnormally tall" Entrapta says using her measuring tape on Adora and I giggle "hello! I like your sword. It's first ones tech. Can I touch it?" Entrapta goes to touch the sword but Adora dodges her
"Uh, thank you, yes and no, not right now"
"Ahem. About the killer robots?" Glimmer asks I look at She-Ra who is getting protective over the sword
"Chill Adora, Entrapta is just a curious girl. It's not like she's gonna try and destroy the sword." I tell her.
"Okay fine." She replies
"Ooh, and they're sound-activated. Here, I'll show you." Entrapta is about clap but I grab her wrists gently but firm enough to stop her clap
"No! no Entrapta we already know that, it's alright."
"Oh, okay then." Entrapta says a bit disappointed
"You can show us next time, that sound good?" I ask and Entrapta smiles when I say that
"Okay!" Entrapta yells
"....." I hear a rumble "...shit"
